Differentiating different chest pains is really very important clinically. So let's see what are the differential diagnosis of different chest pains. If a chest pain is central crushing and radiating to the left arm and jaw then think of myioardial infection. If a chest pain is burning kind and associated with food then think of GD gastroofial reflux disease and if a chest pain is suddenly onset tearing and radiating to the back then think of iotic dissection.

[00:00:42]If a chest pain is increasing in intensity with inspiration or cuff then think of pluritic chest pain that is something related to pluritis and pulmonary causes. And if a chest pain is improving on leading forward then think of pericarditis.
