Outside the theme park, Jillian is loaded into an ambulance to be taken to the hospital for basic first aid and to be checked out for any serious injuries before she can be taken to the local jail to be booked on her charges.

[00:16:36]Two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence, resisting an officer without violence, and domestic violence battery. She was held on a $5,000 bond, which she later posted.

[00:16:46]Prosecutors formally filed four of the charges, declining to pursue the felony charge of resisting with violence.

[00:16:51]Ultimately, she entered a plea of no contest to the misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer without violence.

[00:16:57]She initially pleaded not guilty to battery on a law enforcement officer.

[00:17:00]However, the charge was dropped by the prosecutor.

[00:17:02]The judge withheld adjudication on the charge of resisting an officer without violence. No action was taken for the remaining charges. [music] She was required to write a letter of apology and pay $1,348 in court costs, fees, and investigative reimbursements to the police department.
