Client communicate through AI 🗣️

[00:00:00]We're hearing about clients coming to the architect with something they've actually generated via AI for better or worse. They're coming with a house that they they render like this is what I want, build it. Um you're like, well, it's not quite that easy. The other thing they're they're starting to do, too, is maybe they've been shared something by the architect, you know, been given a rendering or something.

[00:00:17]They're actually taking that and adjusting it via AI. What they saw in their mind, um adjusting the image accordingly and then sharing that as part of their feedback. So, it's a very different process and I think part of this is that we're also looking at a shift in who's the client. That client is getting younger. They grew up in a sort of a different digital environment, a different expectation. And I think there's also a shift in expectation of how communication should work. Perhaps nowadays people expect a lot more communication.
