Jeanine Pirro's Reflecting Pool Prosecution Hilariously Falls Apart

[00:00:00]Jeanine Pirro is watching in real time as yet another high-profile prosecution from her office completely falls apart for the entire American public to witness.

[00:00:12]Jeanine Pirro has of course already famously lost the case of the ice sandwich thrower or National Guard sandwich thrower, I guess. Uh, she's lost several other prosecutions, right?

[00:00:25]I mean, she didn't get James Comey the first time she tried again. She didn't get Letitia James, but now she thinks she can get three-time Olympian David Hearn for allegedly vandalizing the reflecting pool.

[00:00:41]There's just one big problem.

[00:00:43]Recently, Hearn's lawyers, his defense lawyers, uh, got with the prosecutors and said, "Okay, uh, take us to the crime scene, right?

[00:00:52]Walk us through this and obviously show us the evidence of him vandalizing and cutting out this 2-ft by 2-ft square of liner that you say he cut out. Show us all this." And the prosecutors were like, "Oh, hell yeah. Well, well, let's go right now."

[00:01:10]They go over to the reflecting pool.

[00:01:12]They're like, "This is the spot right here where he did it."

[00:01:16]And the defense lawyers are like, "Okay, well, where's Where's the square? Like, that is the central piece to the case is the square he allegedly cut out or ripped out. So, so where is that?

[00:01:30]And they were like, "Oh, yeah, that thing, you know, the evidence?

[00:01:35]Um, the cleaning crew threw that all away.

[00:01:38]Like, it's gone."

[00:01:41]And the defense lawyers were like, "Okay.

[00:01:44]Good to know.

[00:01:45]Um, we're going to go file a motion to dismiss right now."

[00:01:49]And they did. And the judge has not yet ruled upon that, at least not as of this recording. But let me explain to you how pathetic a lawyer, a prosecutor has to be to do something like this. Imagine the cops go and there's a scene, somebody lying lifeless on the floor, and there's a firearm next to the person, okay? And that firearm has fingerprints, DNA evidence, all of that. So, that is the central key. If you got that, you've got the prosecution. But then the lawyers come in and say, "Oh yeah, hey, cleaning crew, just throw that gun away.

[00:02:31]Throw it away. We don't we don't we don't need it."

[00:02:33]And they do, and it's gone forever, right? Do you know what the prosecutors no longer have?

[00:02:39]Any case at all.

[00:02:41]But that's what they did with the alleged piece of the liner that Mr. Hearn allegedly ripped out, which he didn't.

[00:02:52]So, the one piece of evidence in this case that they could have used is gone.

[00:02:58]So, in other words, there's no evidence.

[00:03:02]Cuz they don't have him on video doing this because he didn't do it.

[00:03:06]You don't have any eyewitnesses because he didn't do it. And the one thing you were going to march into that courtroom and show the jury like, "Look at this piece of liner that he ripped out with his bare hands," as Jeanine Pirro has repeatedly said. He did it with his bare hands. It's gone because y'all threw it away.

[00:03:26]They threw it away.

[00:03:30]You can't make this up.

[00:03:34]And I've said it a million times. I'm going to keep saying it because they keep proving me right.

[00:03:40]Thank God for the incompetence of every single person that Donald Trump has put in power.

[00:03:46]Because if he picked anybody with even half a brain, we would be a full-blown dictatorship right now instead of a startup fascist dictatorship.
