[00:00:44]So I'm going to give you passing chords that you can use in the key of F sharp.

[00:00:48]But you can take the numbers to any key that you feel you're comfortable playing in.

[00:00:55]And we will look at maybe some [music] few song examples that we can apply these passing chords in, all right?

[00:01:03]Okay, so we are in the key of F sharp of course.

[00:01:07]This is 1 2 3 4 5 6 [music] 7 and 8. So these are kind of advanced passing chords. So if you're an advanced or intermediate, I don't need to go through the scale of course you know the scale.

[00:01:20]I'll just show you the concept. I'm not going to use a lot of theory in this lesson.

[00:01:24]I'm going to play the passing chords and show you what I'm playing exactly.

[00:01:29]All right? So there's a passing chords that I like to use them when I want to go to the four, all right? When I want to go to the four chords. So this is your one, >> [music] >> this is your four.

[00:01:41]Then your five.

[00:01:43]All right? So your [music] one.

[00:01:47]Then your one or then your five, >> [music] >> all right?

[00:03:04]Then you come down with a semitone each of them. You go you descend with a semitone.

[00:03:11]Or you go down with >> [music] >> a semitone, so then you play the sharp one and sharp sharp five together.
