The video highlights the bitter irony of ideological zeal meeting the cold reality of policy consequences. It serves as a sobering reminder that political loyalty provides no immunity against the very disruptions one votes for.

MAGA Voters Now PANICKING Losing Jobs As Their Vote BackfiresAdded:
I lost my job at a conservative network because I said I was pro-choice. That's a big no-no there. It was a big no-no.
You know, I offended the community. I went on The View and I said just a a point that I a feeling that I've had for a long time. I'm very limited government. Like that's just me. I'm not pro-abortion. I'm just very limited government. That's my perspective on a lot of things. And I lost my job at a conservative network for that.
>> How did you know you lost your job? Like what did that look like? So you go on The View, you say this, and then what happened?
>> Then they told me don't come back on Monday to do your show. You're suspended indefinitely. That's how it was.
>> Were you shocked? Were you like, "Oh, this makes sense."
>> No, I was shocked. I was shocked, and that's why the lawsuit ensued. I have a view that some conservatives still to this day take a real issue with, and they tell me I'm not a real conservative or this or that. It's on both sides. A fire for being pro-choice is absolutely mental. I mean, this is what happens when the right gets to decide who deserves a paycheck. It's It's absolutely insane. If you haven't already, please make sure to leave a like on the video, subscribe to the channel. Let's get into it.
Right before I turned 30, Donald Trump fired me from my dream job at USAID.
Uh right, six months after that, I broke off my engagement with someone who I thought was the love of my life. And uh flash forward six months after that, I am now sitting in a mountain town in Peru recording one of my first TikToks for this new account because I'm going to start documenting what it means to build a life of my dreams when everything gets pulled right up out under you at the ripe age of 29 when you thought you had everything figured out going into your 30s, but now here I am in my 30s not knowing what the hell I'm doing um recording a TikTok on a phone in the middle of a mountain town in Peru. So um give me a follow if you're interested in in this journey. Well, to be fair, at least the view looks really good, right? You know, but Trump tanks her career and her relationship in absolutely one shot, which is horrible and very unfortunate, you know, but somehow they still call him the jobs president, which is interesting.
Okay, so Wednesday is when I was fired from work, and I know some of you saw the video on there.
And then the next day our company rehired us again after the grant funding was reinstated.
So we found out yesterday afternoon that we were all going to be given our jobs back.
I know that like obviously I'm super excited and grateful to have my job back but also the last few days has just been so stressful and I personally feel very drained and exhausted and just I'm just tired.
>> [clears throat] >> So but and I can't imagine like everybody on our team is probably feeling so demoralized and not to mention all the other people that are commenting in the video that I posted previously how many people have lost their jobs because of this and then that back and forth it just feels like emotional whiplash to be completely honest and so I'm just trying to move forward from here. I took a day off today just to rest because yesterday I had no mental capacity to even like post or respond or give an update. I was just trying to just go through the motions and process as much as I could process but >> [snorts] >> obviously it was really exhausting mentally, [clears throat] physically, emotionally and I know I'm not the only one. So I really appreciate all the support in the comments. I appreciate um the kindness from strangers that really means a lot. It's obviously not ideal to go through that and then to go back to work the next day and just have to be kind of normal. It just feels really really strange. Super weird man. Fired one day, hired rehired the next. I mean this is what chaos looks like absolutely through and through when you put a reality TV host in charge of the entire country.
No surprise.
A Trump supporter has just lost their job directly because of Donald Trump's policies and they are in a state of confusion. They are reaching out to Donald Trump for help and thinking that this should not have happened to them.
Take a look at this.
This person says, "My wife is a nurse and was recently hired by the VA. Our home is packed up. We have a new home, spent thousands to move from Fort Worth to Waco." Following Trump's hiring freeze, the VA rescinded her job offer.
Now, look at what's highlighted. "We are all huge Trump supporters and I know this was an unintended consequence."
What do you mean it was unintended? Did they really believe that Donald Trump could create policies that would only affect non-Trump voters? That somehow Trump voters wouldn't be caught up in all of this? This is the find out phase.
This is exactly what you voted for, someone who would sow chaos. And it's not just going to affect the people you don't like, it will affect you, too. And now all I can think is that this guy and his family are singing, "I never thought." This is interesting. Trump voter shocked. Um his own hiring got frozen.
Go figure, right? You know, maybe next time don't vote for the guy who promised to gut the government from day one.
Not surprising.
Well, that didn't take long. Fortune 500 companies, private organizations, and nonprofits are now laying off their employees. And you want to know why they're laying them off? They say because of Donald Trump, because of his executive orders and actions, and because of his hiring freezes. They cannot afford to pay these employees anymore. Hello, Republicans. Hello, MAGAs. You're getting what you asked for. I'm already hearing for Republicans and MAGAs saying they're losing their jobs. Well, this is what you wanted. You said the man was going to make America great again. All he has done is cost you your jobs, cost you your livelihood, and your way of life. And to make it even worse, to make it even worse, he cut unemployment benefits down to only 20 weeks. Welcome to America. I told you it was going to get worse and it's going to get worse and it's going to get bad and more people are going to lose their jobs and their livelihoods and they're going to be stuck in a rut. But this is what you voted for, Democrats, Republicans and Magas. Now get ready for what happens. They're already laying off employees from jobs and this has only begun. Companies can't pay workers because Trump ended up freezing the money, but you know, sure, he's such a great businessman that, you know, Maga always talks about, you know, uh freezing fundings, companies can't make payroll, you know, workers losing their jobs, you know, this this is exactly what Maga voted for.
So, are you happy?
So, I was fired in my first week in the US State Department, me and hundreds of thousands of other civil servants. And for me to get in that room, for me to take upon that job was anything but straightforward. We would joke when I was a kid that our family was the actual modern family. I grew up in a multicultural, multiracial, sexually diverse, working-class family. I grew up in California the first half of my childhood and then moved to Iowa for the second half. My mother was a teacher and my father was many things, but mostly he was a contractor. My grandparents were immigrants. My grandfather was raised in the orphanage in Canada and through his own hard work and his military service was able to become one of the most successful car salesman who got to see the world. I had a lot growing up, but I also knew what I didn't have. I started really working at 12 years old. When high school came along, my family fell into hard times. At this moment, I became more interested in checking out sports, working, making money. For a little bit there, I didn't think and most didn't think that I would graduate high school. So, what I had to do was give myself an escape dream. And so, what I did is I decided I was going to travel to China the moment I turned 18.
And luckily for me, a dream was enough and I graduated early from high school in my last year at a full porno and then I went to China. At the same time, I applied to universities all over and in doing so, despite scholarships and local tuition, I knew I had really two paths forward. The first, go RTC, join the military, go to American University. The second, study abroad, where I could actually afford tuition. I knew I wanted to be of service. I just didn't know how I wanted to be of service yet and I had no idea how I was going to get there.
What I chose to do was my bachelor's in the Czech Republic and very quickly I began working as a journalist. Then by kind of luck, I got offered a fellowship in the US government. And at the same time I got offered some of the best advice of my career. A New Yorker journalist told me that if I wanted to work in the field I wanted to work in, I needed to learn the people that I was reporting on, not just the substance of what I was reporting on. And what this meant was learning the lingo, learning the ins and outs of how they move, how they behave, all their mannerisms, understanding their field as if I'm one of the contemporaries in it just like them. This sent me on a quest to understand the decision makers that I wanted to report on. But very quickly I realized that I was not one of them. You see, the world of international affairs is full of jargon and insider speak. And that's the case because the world of international affairs is primarily occupied by privileged white men. Tail, male, and Yale. That was the old saying at the State Department that I learned when I finally made it into those rooms.
And to get into those rooms I hustled. I chose paths that at times I couldn't afford, but I knew I had to do what it takes to get there. I did my masters in Spain, I worked in the US Congress, I worked in think tanks in Brussels, I worked in consultancies, everything and so on. And it all led me to getting one of the most competitive US government fellowships there is, the Presidential Management Fellowship. My peers became the elites. And then after 3 years of recruitment and background checks, I finally moved to DC to start my job. At the same time, Donald Trump came into office. I spent years trying to get into the rooms where I could affect change as a working class kid. Trump pushed that out. Now I understand that that was a blessing because Trump let me here, back to where I started doing journalism.
Except the difference is that now I actually understand what the elites are doing in the rooms that we all don't see. Anyone who is like me, and there are people like me, who don't come from these circles that make their way in, they are all well aware that there is a massive disconnect between what our policy makers are thinking and doing and talking about and what we, normal people, think, want, and do. So that's why I'm here. That's why I'm making content. I intend to do my part to close that gap. Dang. Respect. That is a very long road. I mean, spent his whole life working towards State Department, right?
And then Trump wiped it out in a week because cruelty is the point. Um absolutely.
Well spoken, too. You know, um uh Trump, he likes to fire people who actually want to help and then uh ends up, interestingly enough, filling those jobs with billionaires who uh strangely who have never worked a real day in their lives.
Interesting.
I know people get on the internet and they always want to show the good things and [ __ ] in life, baby. I'm about to keep it all the way real with y'all.
This is what I'm going through right now.
Just removed any victor out of my home.
I've been in Atlanta for 6 years. I have never been by myself and have my things set outside. Um I'm just being completely vulnerable. I still have a smile on my face because I know that God has a plan for me and he's going to take care of me and he's going to put me in a better situation than this. People out here, they've already stole like four pair of my designer shoes cuz I stepped around the corner while I was waiting on a truck to arrive. But it's materials and we going to charge it to the game because that's the price you pay when you have a financial hardship and you fall short. But I'm going to get through it. I need y'all prayers.
I'm in a transition right now. I need your prayers. I need your prayers.
I need your prayers. Even if you want to help, DM me. I will gladly take any donations, but this is what's going on.
But you know we going to rock out.
[ __ ] we ball, you know.
They say what do they say? Uh storm happens in the night, but the sun shines in the morning. I don't know. Y'all tell me what it's called in the comments, but I'mma keep y'all posted and hopefully the next time y'all see me, I'm in a better place. That really sucks, man.
Losing government job overnight because Trump's restrictions, you know, this this is exactly the kind of stuff that makes America great again, you know, exactly. You know, this is this is the kind of stuff that's somehow making America great, you know, and uh it's interesting because that absolutely beats me, you know. Uh Trump's federal purge, for a lack of better words, is throwing working people like him, like you, maybe people you know, uh just out to the street while he golfs at Mar-a-Lago and pretends he's uh draining the swamp. It just It doesn't make any sense.
Um like literally none at all. That said, if you haven't already, please make sure to leave a like on the video, subscribe to the channel, notifications on, and I'll catch you in the next one.
