From the New York Stock Exchange, I'm Jane King for News out. NeOnc Technologies, a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, advancing two phase two programs in central nervous system cancers, announced financial results for the first quarter ending March 31st, 2026, and provided an update on recent operational achievements and upcoming milestones. Amir Hashmatpour, CEO and executive chairman and president of company, said the first quarter of 2026 marked a transformational period for NeOnc as the company advanced both of the lead clinical programs toward important regulatory and value creation milestones. He added NeOnc successfully completed the phase one dose escalation portion of Neo 212 and established 610 mg as the recommended phase two dose.
Also importantly, the company observed encouraging early signs of clinical activity and potential durable disease stabilization in heavily pretreated recurrent GBM and brain metastasis patients despite the study being primarily designed to evaluate safety.
