Indoor Pool HVAC DEAD… Was It REALLY Broken?! (Simple Fix Found)

[00:00:00]All right, folks. Customer's complaint:  The Desert Aire CA2500. It's actually a Honeywell thermostat is uh dead. There's all  the the wiring. We have your typical heat pump wiring terminals. G for fan, Y1 for one stage  cooling, W1 for heat, RC is 24 volts coming in.

[00:00:26]X and then you have H with a small P, an H with a  small C, and an H with a small S. Plus T4, T3, all being utilized by the Desert Air dehumidification  HVAC system for this indoor pool. Let's see if we have 24 volts. I never touch it. Okay. R, C,  and G. We should have 24 volts. We got nothing.

[00:01:03]Yeah, there's no power to this. You  think it's a breaker thing? Maybe.

[00:01:10]No. Off. Desert Aire is off. AC is off.  Are these off for a reason? No. Positive.
