[00:00:04]And in today's video, we're going to be talking about Timothy Hyth, okay, and his surgery plan to get essentially uh try with full facial implants. Uh I strongly believe that this is going to be a botch. Uh I think it's a horrible surgery plan. I think that Timothy has been misguided by the community. U and I'm going to be talking exactly about what would be a better and safer plan with a lot more high ROI. But before I get into this, I don't want you guys to think that I'm hating on Timothy. You know, I like Timothy a lot. I like his content a lot. I think you guys should go subscribe to him. I think that he's, you know, taken action, okay? I'm like 99% of the the basement dwellers and the Sunnil Richardson alt accounts. So, kudos to him for that. And I do wish him the best. You know, I hope his surgery goes well, but I'm strictly speaking in this video from a surgical perspective on his plan itself. And this has nothing to do with him as a person or anything like that. I like the guy a lot. Okay.

[00:00:59]So, basically, let's take a look at, you know, Timothy's surgical plan. So, obviously, he's doing a tryax with full facial implants, which includes, I believe, uh, uh, please, editor, please censor that word out, okay? I don't want to even speak that disgusting trash word. Uh, so he's getting these M implants. Uh, he's getting jaw angles and it looks like a chin implant as well. Uh, but I'm not I think this also, this may be a sliding goal. I'm not I'm a bit confused on this. So I fundamentally believe that Timothy is not a BAX candidate. There is nothing about his face that suggests that he has a strong Bmax candidate. Obviously if we take a look at his face, okay, his his his midface and paranasial area is not recessed. It's fairly forward.

[00:01:45]He seems to have a slight overbite, okay, which may be what is driving this diagnosis uh in his surgery plan. But if we take a look at his mandible, there's no significant recession of the mandible. Okay, he does have some submental fat here, but the mandible itself is not significantly recessed. If we take a look at his eline lip assessment, okay, he's actually passing eline lip assessment by a very small margin. But if we think about this from an ROI standpoint, does it make sense to do multiple osteotoies to, you know, fix this eline lip assessment and bring the maxilla forward? Absolutely not, guys.

[00:02:24]In my opinion, it makes absolutely zero sense. Um, I do not think that Timothy is a BAX candidate. You know, I think that even if he were to do BMAX to fix, you know, his his overbite a little bit and bring his mandible forward via BSSO, it's only going to give him a chimp look, like a chimp lip look. It's not going to impact his front profile significantly at all. Um, if we think about it, if we visualize what he would look like, you know, with his maxilla and his mandible brought forward a little bit, it would be a very negligible difference. Okay? Because he's not truly recessed uh at all. So, he's essentially spending, you know, upwards of or 50,000 bucks for maybe what is a 0.2 uh SMV improvement with a exponentially higher botch rate. Okay, guys. I think about hard maxing and surgery as if this were a poker game.

[00:03:18]Every single move you make has to come from an expected value perspective. Your success in this game of hard maxing is the mathematical sum of the expected value of every move that you make. If you're making decisions with positive expected value, you are going to win over time. You're going to ascend over time. Even if you have a surgery that doesn't go perfectly well, you can do a revision, etc. It's fine. Okay? It's not a big deal. We have plenty of guys like Lenoob, okay, and Nocturnal Kent that are walking botches, okay? And their life is not, you know, it's it's okay.

[00:03:50]They're still functioning, right? Maybe they're able to date some subhumans or LTBs. They're still functioning, okay?

[00:03:55]It's not the end of the world. They can fix this, right? They can fix their face by getting a revision, which they probably won't do anyways because they have the IQ of of of Wedi divided by two, but it's not the end of the world.

[00:04:07]But in in the case of Timothy Hireth, I think that this surgery plan is the result of of what is poor planning as well as the influence of all these basement dwelling Sunil Richardson alt accounts. Because in this community, guys, every single basement dweller thinks that the copypaste formula to become a Chad. Oh, Matrix and custom implants, bro. They just copy paste this to everybody as if it's the solution to every single person. Guys, surgery is extremely extremely variant, okay? from case to case. There's no such thing as the best surgery or the worst surgery.

[00:04:41]Okay? There are certain surgeries like M implants that are terrible idea for 99% of people. But when it comes to most procedures, it is very case dependent.

[00:04:50]Okay? We cannot sit here and assign a single plan and say this is going to send everybody just everybody go get you know double jaw surgery and custom implants.

[00:04:59]It makes no sense. The second thing, guys, is I think that Timothy would do a lot better with prioritizing soft tissue surgeries over osteotoies, okay? He's essentially doing custom implants uh and he's doing uh tryax, which makes no sense, guys. You you don't know how the soft tissue is going to respond, okay?

[00:05:18]These complete clowns and gestures on Instagram and Tik Tok that are making all these morphs of Timothy, okay?

[00:05:24]They're further misleading him, okay?

[00:05:26]Because these morphs have absolutely zero weight. THEY DON'T MAKE ANY [ __ ] SENSE. OKAY? You cannot sit there and make a morph and say, "Oh, this is what you're going to look like." Bro, these [ __ ] idiots have absolutely no respect for the SOFT TISSUE. I'M [ __ ] SICK AND TIRED OF THIS SOFT TISSUE BEING DISRESPECTED OVER AND OVER AGAIN. OKAY?

[00:06:00]So, we cannot sit here with some basement dweller, okay? Some basement dweller basically putting these morphs together, some loser who has never gotten a surgery in his life, who's probably never been on a date in his life, who has never been with a girl, okay, outside of playing Skyrim. Uh, these complete clowns and jesters need to get away from this community. Okay, this community is meant for guys who have the money to ascend, who actually take action and who actually want to have appeal to real life women and not to, you know, pursue Neil Richardson alt accounts. So anyways guys, I'm sick of these idiots, you know, who are basically misleading innocent guys like Timothy, okay? Taking advantage of these guys. Okay, so I don't think it makes sense. Okay, I don't think it makes any sense. Furthermore, guys, I think that the eye area is so much more important than the lower third when it comes to appeal, when it comes to SMB. Guys, even with my bad eye area before surgery, I was getting 90% of the compliments is girls saying, "I like your eyes." And they're not talking about my actual shape of the eyes or anything cuz it was not good. Obviously, they're talking about the fact that I had blue eyes or light eyes or, you know, eyes that are striking, right? Th this this is extremely important to the point at which somebody with one of the worst possible eye areas was being carried by their eye area just because of the color. That's how important the eye area is, guys. Okay, but these basement dwellers, you know, these autistic guys, you know, one of, like I said before, one of the biggest traits of autism is wanting to measure and classify and, you know, mathematically calculate everything. It's very hard to do that with the eye area, right? Because the eye area is is a very emotional thing.

[00:07:37]It's something people look at and they have an emotional opinion about you, how you make them feel. The jaw is very easy to measure. You can measure the millimeter movement. You can measure the lateral flare, the projection. So, that's why these autistic guys are obsessed with the the jaw surgeries.

[00:07:53]But I think Timothy Hyth's eye area is the most problematic thing in his face.

[00:07:58]Obviously, he has a lot of buckle fat and other things like that, but I think his eye area is the most important thing. If he fixes his eye area, he doesn't need double jaw. Well, he doesn't need double jaw surgery to begin with, but he probably doesn't even need implants, okay? If he fixes his eye area and does a few soft tissue surgeries, right? His eye area is not good, guys.

[00:08:19]He has a prey eye area. He does have positive canthal tilt, right? But everything else about it, the PFL, the PFH, you know, the the the upper eyelid exposure, the the the the high setness of the eyebrows, the UEE, everything else about it is problematic. So, in my opinion, focusing on the eye area, focusing on oculoplastics is a much better way to go than trying to focus in this autistic double jaw surgeries, okay, that all these guys in Mumbai are promoting. So guys, let's take a look at, you know, basically what I think he should do instead. Okay, I think the first thing, you know, Timothy should do is I think he should do Kanthopexi to increase his PFL uh and reduce his PFH. Basically guys, Kanthopexi, they will make the cut up here. They will bring the the outer eye outward and upward. And Kantoexi includes lower eyelid retraction, right?

[00:09:12]So he will also uh have a lower PFH, which is ideal for men. Okay. So that will fix his eye shape right there and then. I think the second procedure that he should do is zygos shaving. Okay.

[00:09:25]Timothy has very very wide set zygos.

[00:09:28]Okay. His bisyatic width is very high which is really throwing off his FWR.

[00:09:33]His FWR is too high. So I think shaving down the zygos would help improve his facial profile.

[00:09:40]It would help improve his FWR and it would make his bonial to bzyatic width more ideal. Okay, guys. Next up on the list is I think that he should do buckle fat removal. I think that Timothy is an excellent candidate for buckle fat removal. Um, and I think that this is something that he agrees on, too. It's already part of his plan. So, good job on that, Timothy. I think that's going to give you a great result. Um, obviously, we can see that he is holding a lot of fat in the buckle corridors.

[00:10:06]And in before the autistic guys jump in and say, "Oh, but he needs to cut down to 6% body fat. Bro, this guy has already shown his physique, okay? He's pretty damn lean. He's already in that 15% range. He just holds a lot of fat in his buckle corridor area. Okay, so buckle fat removal. This guy is an excellent candidate for buckle fat removal. Okay, he's literally textbook.

[00:10:27]So I think also rhinoplasty uh with you know specifically allerbase reduction would be a good idea for Timothy. Okay, obviously as you can see he has no gonians. um he has absolutely no gonians, you know, so obviously buckle fat removal and submental liposuction will help a little bit with that. But I do think adding moderately sized jaw angle implants, okay, right here, will help bring out his gonal angles more and give him a more masculine facial structure. Okay, combining that with the zygos shaving will put his bonial to bzyatic width closer to 90% or so, which fits the ideal masculine range. Okay, so we have drawing implants. And guys, these jawing angle implants, they don't need to be custom made by Sunil Richardson. Offthe-shelf silicone is best. Okay, so if he if you guys are going to cope with custom implants, go get botched, okay? Go lose your job and start working in 7-Eleven or McDonald's because that's what happens to people that get custom implants or people that get M implants, okay? It destroys their life. Your life is done, okay? Just just quit at that point. Your career in hard maxing is finished.

[00:11:33]So I think also one of the most important points is I think geneoplasty would would be a much better fit for Timothy than you know orthog than jaw surgery itself because you know obviously his chin is a bit recessed which I think you know is giving that illusion of a shorter mandible. So if if he were to add okay if he were to add a sliding geneoplasty to get a bit of projection on his chin he would much better be passing eline lip assessments okay by a higher margin and it would also improve his his profile from the front as his chin would be more projected okay so I think he is a good geneoplastic candidate that's the only osteotomy that I think would benefit him obviously it has a much lower bot rate and a much higher success rate than uh bmax/trimax right So naturally I think that you know geneoplasty would would benefit Timothy a lot. Um obviously we talked about submental liposuction along with the buckle fat removal. Guys the last surgery that I think would be extremely needed for Timothy is leg lengthening.

[00:12:35]Okay Timothy is 5'5. Um if you are 5'5 in the dating market it's over. Okay it's you need to have a extremely chadlike face to compensate which is not achievable for 99% of guys. So I think Timothy needs to get leg lengthening. I think leg lengthening would have 100x more ROI than uh you know Bmax or Copax.

[00:12:56]Uh I think that you know leg lengthening would actually bring this guy to a high SMV you know if he gets his face above average in gym maxes and things like that. So this is one of the few guys that is actually a leg lengthening candidate. Okay guys 5'5 that's the average height of women in America. Okay the average girl that I go on a date with is like 5'5. So if you are a 5'5 man you know it's it's done right.

[00:13:17]You're basically a the size of a girl.

[00:13:20]You know, you're the size of a girl. So, how is any girl going to take you seriously at 5'5? Okay, you're basically eye level with her. So, this is the plan that I think makes sense for Timothy.

[00:13:31]Obviously, he should do what he thinks is right. It's his face, right? Timothy is a great guy, okay? He's taken more action than 99% of these basement dwellers.
