[00:00:00]It is over folks. Oh man. Oh man. How quickly we get into that very beautiful bullish run and how quickly for the XRP community for us investors that we get smacked in the face. And the question becomes, was this just a big bullish trap or what do we got going on? Mo, I'm here to answer that. The Clarity Act did fine. Everything you were waiting up for that markup vote did exactly what we expected. It was the aftermath of the inflation of the the energy prices going through the roof. I told you that if you had the the Iran and US settle everything, we would have been moving to levels that would have been obscene. You would have been looking to two to three dollars based on what happened. But because of everything that just happened and a lot more, I'm going to tell you something. We got some uh we got some rough waters ahead of us. And of course, I'm making the appropriate moves in the Discord. [00:04:43]Um, XRP family, let's just let's just talk about the the dirty here that no one wants to discuss, but I will. I have uh a lot of moves I've been making and I follow the charts. I love it when it's going up and we buy it and we ride it up. We hit this. We Hey, the five's cross and we jump in. It rolls up. But now we're at a point. It's something a little different. And we had back here we came down. You say right here, wouldn't you be worried here? No, because I knew that the markup vote was going to pass and I knew we were going to bounce up and the question was how high. So, we got up here. Now, we were hopeful that they would have came to an agreement. Iran, US, straight to Hermoose, all that was taken care of.

[00:05:28]No, none of that. Actually, from what I'm hearing from the experts, a 70% chance some of them are giving that conflict will move into to uh warfare again. And that's massive. If that happens, energy goes even higher and you will see the stock market coming down in my humble opinion. And that means the correlation between crypto and that tells me that most likely you're going to see more XRP moving back down. Where do you think it's going to go, Mo? I think we're going to retest down there in the mid120s up to 130. So, right now we're at 135. So, I I you know, for everybody kind of watching and stuff, you can see a few areas that I believe, not to go out on a limb, but you can see we hit this one three different times.

[00:06:11]Boom, boom, boom, boom. Well, four counting this, so I'm not going to be shocked to see us down around 127 and then bounce off of there. Now, why? A few things. One, you can just see the technicals. The main thing for XRP, just to make sure everybody understands, is that they're not doing anything till the end of June. So, you got the rest of May, you got probably three weeks in June before they start buying again. And what what do you mean before they buy?

[00:06:39]Well, in that area, they're going to want to frontload this before the Senate votes. The Senate is going to probably vote on a full package.

[00:06:48]Well, let me rephrase that. Um, we're hopeful to have the agriculture and the banking committee have one single bill that they can put on the floor by the end of June into the first two weeks of of July. We don't even know if they're going to be able to, but I believe they will. And with that being said, if they do, that's when you'll see some excitement. That's when you'll see good things hopefully. Um, and that's where I'd want to be all in. Right now, I'm not all in. About half. About half. Um, and that's what I'm doing because at this point with what I'm seeing in the overall markets, the crypto markets, the equity markets, interest rates, inflation, energy, it is a mess. It is a mess. This is not the bullish thing where you're like, "Oh, everything's so good, Mo. How can you?" But because look right here. So, what I'm following is this run. This run was magnificent.

[00:07:45]Everybody was doing great. Now, we topped out. This is where I had to top out. We hit that called it. You know, we're hitting it perfect. Now we're coming down. As I've been warning, I've been warning I my yesterday's video was a warning and I came out and I talked about the uh the Schiller index, the sh the Schiller ratio. It's just in cra it's crazy how over valued this this market is. And I was a part of the the.com bus. Massive. I don't expect that. I'm calling like when I look at this I'm expecting a retracement a normal fib retracement. What do you mean normal? Well, look, we were down here topped out here. A normal retracement would be between the 50 and 60 right here 61.8. So anywhere from 637 down to 617. That's just a normal retracement into this zone and then we explode back higher. To me, I think that's going to happen. I personally think we're going to go down. We're going to hit the 50.

[00:08:44]Uh, this is way overbought. And normally when you're that overbought, we're up there around 85 on the RSI. That's ridiculous. Last time we were at 85 on the RSI. Let's see if we can find it.

[00:08:56]Good grief. Right here. That was one.

[00:08:59]Got all the way. Let's just look at that. Let's look at this because that was the last time. And we had a double here. So, I would argue um right here we got all the way up. Uh, were we at 85?

[00:09:09]Right there. Yeah, we were 85. So right here we got up there roughly 487 all the way down to 473. Not much. Then it ran up again. Had a little fake out. It was a bear trap. Then we did top out again.

[00:09:23]See this right here? This is the normal.

[00:09:25]I would say two out of three times you hit these many X's in a row on the overbought, you are going to have a correction. And what happened? 502.

[00:09:34]Where'd we go? All the way down to 420.

[00:09:37]So that was a big big big loss. I would say about 16% 17 down to there and then of course wow that's just massive. So that was there. Then we had another one here and we topped out and we went 413 all the way down to 393 roughly 5%. So it depends where you're at. But for me, what I'm looking at, what I'm seeing personally is this was insane. That's just straight up. How often do you see the market? Seriously. Look at that.

[00:10:16]It's straight up. It never stopped. It was Look at It's just That's the overall market, man. That is insane. So anyways, in my humble opinion, last time I seen something like that, it was a long time ago and it was during some times when I was an adviser. It just seemed like no matter what anybody did, the markets only went north. And now we know how that ended. So for me, I think that we're looking at a 10 to 20% pullback.

[00:10:42]I'm calling that now. Um, and I am getting ready for that in the Discord.

[00:10:47]Uh, you can make money on the way up, you can make money on the way down. I'm going to show people who are Discord members how I'm going to try to make money on the way down. For those who have been following, I just showed you guys a little bit in here. And what do we have? Boom. Right there. So, like I showed six, five out of the six plays, calls and puts. You can see you can and this is just over a Yeah, that was one day. That was one day. And so, it is possible. Uh I have some big plays I'm looking at as well. There's plays I'm going to be doing, especially if this pulls back. I have some really juicy ones that are going to take advantage and some uh some future IPOs I want to get uh you know there's so many things I'm doing right now for the members. So you guys will see as we get closer and we go forward. So I'm excited about that. But for the XRP, I will tell you this, as much as we're loving it and everything else and the Clarity Act, from what I've been told, they are going to fasttrack the best they can rec the consiliation of the agriculture and the banking committee different versions, put them into one so they can take it to the floor. Once they get it on the floor, they're going to have to have the ethics. They're going to have to have all this other stuff. And um we're going to find out if they're if they're going to be able to pull that off. I only have that in an 80% chance that they can come to an agreement with the Democrats, but I do believe it's going to happen.

[00:12:11]Remember, that's 80% chance. That's huge. But we got to have that happen. Uh and if we have uh if we have that done and the Democrats and the Republicans can get together, that's fantastic. I actually have a little bit that the Republicans won't be willing to budge.

[00:12:28]So if they can't budge, we all lose. All right? And so are we going to get them to come to the table and negotiate ethics with the Democrats? If they are not willing to, then we lose. If the Democrats are willing to come over and uh negotiate and make a sound stock act like agreement on ethics, then we win.

[00:12:51]And that's kind of how it is. It's going to be both sides, folks. I'm here for crypto. I'm here for crypto. I'm here for the long term. This gave us an idea how it's going to play out. The price may drift north a little bit, but it wasn't until after right here May 14th that you saw the explosion higher based on the agreement the day before and into that day I should say. So with that happening, that was fantastic, right?

[00:13:19]Was that not fantastic? It was a great day and and that was the the news event.

[00:13:24]But then after that, down we came because they found out it was going to take all the way to July before they could move this thing, which puts it under a time crunch. Remember, President Trump wanted this on his desk July 4th.

[00:13:38]I think the Democrats said, "Hey, we can get it to him possibly if we can come to an agreement by the second week of August." I took that as a win. If they could come together and work together and get it by the second week of August, fantastic. I'd love to see it by July 4th. I don't expect it by July 4th, but I will be positioned correctly at the end of June. I am now going to move things around based on the technicals, which are now firmly bearish. And of course, uh, some of the other plays I want to do. I want to take some a little bit higher risk moves that I've been doing lately. I'm going to continue to do them. You saw this line right here.

[00:14:15]See this? This is the ultimate support for me. This is a double top. Double top. and you just broke the double top.

[00:14:23]If today's candle confirms below this neckline, two out of three times we will not like what we see. So, I'm not playing them odds. So, I derisked a little bit and I do have a plan for this, but I got a boatload stills. So, I don't like seeing this at all. Just hurts. It hurts. I'm going to be honest with you. It hurts. But, um, in the long run, for those say, "Hey, what about long run, Mo?" Long run, you guys already know what I think, man. I already gave you my my XRP price predictions which after the Clarity Act passes within 12 months. I expect us at 350 as a base price uh with a possible short squeeze up to the uh anywhere from 8 to possibly 12 if we get the short squeeze and the institutions with the Black Rockck come in with the ETF. I think that happens but we're not there yet. I don't think Black Rockck will do anything until the the Clarity Act passes and we need that to pass. Uh, and so that's not passing for until the end of June at the earliest. So you got a whole month of of this and this and for everybody saying, why is this happening?

[00:15:26]That's why. Now you know why. And so that's one of the big things I I think everybody thinks to themselves, hey, it's only going to go one way. It's not the case. Clarity Act odds though, 65% chance. I love seeing that. That always makes me happy. But at the end of the day, be careful, folks. We're still got a long ways to go.
