When sports club management prioritizes personal power and self-interest over collective club goals, it creates a toxic environment where stakeholders fight against each other rather than working together, ultimately harming the club's performance, reputation, and long-term success.

😡Nobody Fighting for JUVE, all fighting for POWER! | Juventus NewsAdded:
What's up, guys? Welcome back to the channel. Welcome back to the Bianconeri Zone, and let's talk about the real issue at the club. Um, we are actually dealing with cowards at at at the management level.
Um, and that goes all the way to the top. That goes to Spalletti. That goes to Commolli.
Uh, Chiellini, Elkann. They're all being selfish, and I will say or I will explain why I think that is based on a couple of reports I'll read out. But, nobody's actually thinking about the benefit or the good of this club.
They're all thinking about their own, you know, uh, self at this moment in time because it's everyone against everyone. And somehow Elkann thinks that this is the way to go, that this is going to be successful. In the next couple of days, Spalletti can walk.
Based on the early reports, it's very possible that Spalletti is walking away, leaving you with limited of options because all the other coaches are already moving. Many coaches are already on the move. And you extended players because you thought Spalletti was going to stay, and now you come to a conclusion that, well, it cannot work, you know, with with each other because Chiellini picked Spalletti, and you know, it broke down relationships last month or so, and now you created another toxic situation at the club with, you know, keeping players that maybe the next coach doesn't even want to keep. So, we will get into that and more because it needs to be discussed. Um, you know, and it's having an impact on the on our window. It's having an impact on the future of this club. So, before we do that, as always, hit that like button and subscribe to the channel.
Okay, so, like I said, I'm going to read out four reports, and reports that I need to believe based on the way Spalletti speaks, the way Commolli speaks, early other reports throughout the the you need to believe that. And it tells you how mad the situation is behind the scenes. So, the first report is that Comolli is not backing down.
He continues to push for his own working methods, which makes sense, you know, he wants to work the way he does, to be implemented. Everyone is expecting expected to follow it as agreed with Spalletti when he was signed in October or brought in October. At Juve, the Comolli method is the only way and that's it. Other reports also said that Elkann is going to back that because he is he picked Comolli, didn't pick Spalletti. And he picked Comolli and he believes that's the way and if Spalletti walks, it's his own decision, it's not the club's decision. Another report saying that Comolli has behind This is actually from a good source, you know, Antonio Antonio Corsa. If he puts something out, it's very good, it's extremely reliable. Saying that he is reportedly called a closed-door meeting with selected journalists where he's expected to make some statements. We'll talk about that in a sec as well.
Another statement or another report is that Elkann will ask Comolli and Spalletti to find a compromise, you know, Comolli will need to involve Spalletti more in decision-makings while Spalletti will need to work on his character-related decisions, you know, or issues, the way he approaches things, the way he speaks about things, etc. And then the final report is that Spalletti wants four things: less interference from the management, he want greater influence in the transfer window, he want scouting department, which maybe makes sense because we have none at this moment in time.
Anyone more involvement from Chiellini. Now, this is crazy because everyone is in the wrong. Based on all these reports, nobody is really thinking in first place this is about Juve. You might argue, maybe Spalletti, but still. First off, no coach should be in charge of picking sporting directors, picking management people. That should not be the case, no matter who the coach is, not even Pep Guardiola is doing that. Not even Pep one of if not the greatest manager of all time is doing that at or has done that at Man City. So, why would anyone do that at Juve? Even Spalletti, Conte, Allegri, I don't care. That should not be the case. You can have a preference and say, I can work with him, yes or no, but management-wise, it needs to be picked by the guys at top. And the guy at top is Al Khelaifi. Now, the issue is he made wrong picks. So, that's one part. He picked Comolli. That's why Comolli is saying, I'm not backing down because you put me in this place. I'm not doing anything. I'm not going to, you know, uh take a step back. But, he's also in the wrong because you hired Ottolini, a sporting director, and you're not allowing him to do his job because you are doing the window again, and that's not your role. You have proven to be horrible at it because now we're in a situation where we need to sign Openda for a shitload of money.
David flop, Sekou Koïta flop, João Mário flop. You know, you did nothing in January to help basically what was needed. It flopped. You hired somebody to do a better job to do that job, and you're not allowing him to do that job.
So, you are also in the wrong. What makes What makes it worse is this report that he will control the narrative. I don't I don't give two F's about whatever the quotes will be coming out out of this meeting because it's a controlled meeting. It's not an open media where everyone can come in and the entire world can see journalists ask questions that are not prepped, that are not fed to them.
He's going to control the narrative with these journalists. Whatever the quotes will Whatever the statements will be, it's irrelevant. Unless the statement is I'm leaving or something. I don't care what he's going to say because he's controlling the narrative. We don't know what the questions are, if there are questions. He's just going to say what he wants and he and the journalists are going to put out what they want to put out.
So, also not for the good of the club, but for the good of himself, controlling the narrative, and saving himself. It's cowardice. It's coward behavior, excuse me. It's selfish. It's not thinking about the club, you know?
Chiellini being more involved. Why? What has Chiellini proved to be more involved? That's Spalletti basically saying, "I want my guys who believe in me around me so I control it." Don Don Don Don coming in, fine.
But as a sporting director, what's his track record? At Granada, he hasn't done a good job. As a scout, he has done a good job. Now he needs to become a sporting director. Why hire Don Don?
It's June already. Who the hell is holding talks? Commolli. If he leaves, who's going to pick up those talks?
Peop- like, management, managers, excuse me, agents, players will be looking at this and be like, "What the hell is even this? Why would I join this show?" Yet again, nobody like if you if anyone thinks they're really working for the good and solely for the good of the club, they're lying. They're lying. Maybe Alkan is trying to do that, but he's failing. But Spalletti is also thinking about himself. Commolli is thinking about himself. They're all thinking about themselves.
It's a toxic environment. And this report that Alkan is going to ask them to, you know, kind of work together, everyone knows they don't like each other. It's not going to work because of the moment things go south, the moment things go bad next season, we know Commolli doesn't want Spalletti.
He's not going to protect Spalletti.
Spalletti is not going to protect Commolli if signings don't go well. It's going to be looking horrible. The only thing this is going to work is if somehow Spalletti wins a title next season. Nobody's going to talk about it.
But the moment it gets difficult, Commolli is not going to come out and protect Spalletti. Spalletti is not going to protect Commolli when when to, you know, saying certain things, it's going to be bad. It's going to be bad.
All these reports are extremely worrying.
Extremely worrying. I've always said I want stability, you know, and changing management and all those things every single time is not good. And if you do that, do that early. Make it clear. Yes, you're in a top four race, but still, you know.
Now, based on these reports, I need to I need I need to backtrack it.
I'm like, this is like look at this.
They all do not like each other, basically.
Elkan is too afraid, basically, to actually pull a trigger unless somebody forces him to do that or somebody steps up and said, "I'm going to walk." Then it's easy for him.
Chiellini is in between, you know, playing both sides a little bit. Comolli doesn't like Spalletti. Spalletti doesn't like Comolli. And they're all forced work to work together.
Ottolini is in charge for the sporting on paper, but he's not. Elkan, uh, excuse me, Spalletti wants Tonyozzi and Chiellini to be more involved or take control of the sporting area and Comolli be pushed back and away from the sporting decisions. And Comolli doesn't want to do that, even though that he hired people to do that. It's madness.
It's actually madness. Let's say kick Let's say Spalletti walks.
You extended it McKennie and Locatelli because of Spalletti.
Now they're walking. Now you get a new coach who's going to inherit more players he probably don't want. But you gave more money You gave more money to them an extra deal.
The conclusion is it's like they're cowards. Nobody's really stepping up. Everybody's blame, you know, blaming themselves blaming others, excuse me, not really taking the blame, all shifting it away. And who's suffering? It's Juve. It's the club.
It's the fans.
Those are like these guys or these people, whatever, you know, want to call it, they're suffering. These guys are not suffering. They're fighting between each other and that's it.
That's it.
That's the reality at this club right now.
And it's really, really sad to see.
Whatever happens this summer, it's already an awful start. The season has ended poorly, awful. And the start of a new season, of a new year, whatever, new season, yeah.
It's starting off poorly.
Cuz there's no strong signal being sent.
It's all leaks and the leaks are all over the place. It's telling us everyone is protecting themselves. And how can I expect him this to move forward and create something special?
I will be stunned. Like I said, the only way this works is for him to win the title next season, if he stays. Other than that, this is going to explode.
It's a ticking time bomb, in my opinion.
I don't know what you guys think. Let me know in the comments, but for me, it's toxic. It's not manageable. It feels completely off.
Ciao.
