She's sending a warning to the Jamaican Prime Minister. She's warning the Jamaican Prime Minister against the Chinese people for what they are doing in Jamaica. So, I want you to watch out this video till the end. Then, I'll be coming later with a lot of comments.

[00:00:47]That's very interesting that YOU WOULD SAY THAT BECAUSE JAMAICA IS BEING COLONIZED BY CHINA RIGHT NOW. I'M HEARING THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN GO TO SOME OF YOUR OWN BEACHES BECAUSE THEY HAVE BOUGHT THE LAND. AND IF YOU WANT TO GO ON YOUR OWN BEACHES AS A LOCAL, YOU GOT TO PAY. SO, YOUR STATEMENT SEEMS MORE POT CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK THAN ANYTHING.

[00:01:11]>> IN Jamaica right now.

[00:01:12]>> So, there's been an increased rate of women [music] being or children female children being taken and found um throughout Jamaica. We're going through things like accessing our own beaches.

[00:01:26]That a lot of them are privatized due to hotels. Um so, the [music] locals aren't able to actually go to a Jamaican beach without paying or not being able to go to the beach at [music] all in certain places because people have bought the land.

[00:01:40]>> about independence in the Caribbean only to hand that independence back over to another race of people. So, we fought for freedom from the white man.

[00:01:51]And now we're handing over that freedom to the yellow man.

[00:01:56]When I was in Jamaica, 2015, I keynoted National Heroes uh week, IRIE FM in Ocho Rios and Marcus Garvey's back and back uh yeah. Me and Mutabaruka actually.

[00:02:09]And while I was in Jamaica, I heard all these rumblings about the Chinese.

[00:02:15]And I've been to Jamaica before and I've seen the Chinese.

[00:02:19]But in studying what they have done since my last visit, I was astounded and appalled to find out that they had made so much inroads into controlling and influencing the infrastructure of the Jamaican people.

[00:02:35]The Chinese built a road from Kingston, one side of the island, to the other side of the island.

[00:02:43]And in exchange for the roads that they built, the Jamaican government, unless this has changed since then, gave the Chinese total control over the toll money that will be made by people using the northwest or east-west highway.

[00:03:03]Why would you give a foreign power complete monetary control of the tolls on this road that you know half of Jamaica going to be using?

[00:03:14]You're talking millions of dollars of revenue you're giving to the yellow man just because he built the road. In addition to that, the Chinese are building a what is probably done by now.

[00:03:26]They were building at that time two schools and they were bringing Chinese educators over to help the Jamaican people educate black children. They built a children's hospital, which is supposed to be largely staffed with Chinese.

[00:03:42]They also gave the Chinese total control of uh all tourism on both sides of that highway that goes from one side of the island to the other. I was also told that they gave the Chinese the right to drill in natural rainforests in the Jamaican on a Jamaican territory for Chinese exploitation. They'd given them tax abatements.

[00:04:07]And they also purchased, if I'm not mistaken, the port, the main port of Jamaica. All right, they own the port.

[00:04:13]Is owned by the Chinese. Exactly.

[00:04:16]If another race owns your port, that means they control what's coming in.

[00:04:21]They control what's going out. What about the drugs? What about the guns?

[00:04:25]What about the COVID? You don't know what them people bringing in. And you mean to tell me that the Chinese care so much about Jamaican people that they're not going to educate our kids and take care of their health? Chinese don't care about black folks. Go to China. Go to China and see how they treat black people in China. So, to me, what I think this is is the government of Jamaica, like so many African governments, so many other Caribbean governments have done, they've gotten in bed financially with the Chinese. The Chinese have studied the way the white man has practiced neo-colonialism throughout Africa, and the Chinese has learned that these black leaders don't really care about their people. They're all about their pocket. So, I'm going to do what the white man did, but I'm going to do it one time better. I'm going to offer them double the money. You let me take over this land right here. I'll give the white man offering you a million, I'm offering you 3 million.

[00:05:17]And I'm going to build your retirement home. And I'm going to pay for all your kids to go to college in China. You follow what I'm saying? And I'm going to give you a private military. So, the Chinese have basically become neo-colonialists 2.0.

[00:05:32]They're outdoing the Europeans. You follow me? And they're giving Caribbean and African leaders offers that they can't refuse. And guess what?

[00:05:41]When you abdicate on that loan that they give you, cuz all this is loans. These are not handouts. It's all loans. When you abdecate on the loan in that contract you have to give them large concessions of land and large concessions of your economy. There's an African country right now. Is it Uganda?

[00:06:02]There was an African country who defaulted on their loan to the Chinese and they now own their national airport.

[00:06:08]I forget which They own the airport now because they couldn't pay back the loan.

[00:06:12]The Chinese know what they're doing.

[00:06:14]The problem we have as African people is we tend to think anybody who's not white is a friend of ours. Nobody is our friend. Not the Arab, not the Chinese, not the Latino, not the except the African Latinos who identify with us. Not the East Indians, not the Native Americans. We don't have friends.

[00:06:33]But black people have been seduced into this multiculturalism which says the brown man is your friend, the yellow man is your friend, the red man is your friend. No, they're not. Black people don't have no friends. And my greatest fear about Chinese neocolonialism 2.0 My greatest fear about Chinese neocolonialism 2.0 is when the time for revolution comes because there will be a second revolution cuz you got to get rid of the Chinese.

[00:07:00]You're going to have to >> Now you've seen the video you've seen the way that black American lady she's warning the leaders from Jamaica to be very careful about these Chinese people in their country. From her own point of view or from her perspective she she feels like the Jamaican country is being controlled by these Chinese people. So that is the reason why she's coming out and calling to the Jamaican leaders to be very careful about their country. They should be on toes or they'll find that their country has been already taken away by these Chinese people. So, that is the reason why this Jamaican lady, she's talking to these leaders to be on toes.

[00:07:54]And also, you have seen from the video that I posted uh previously, you have seen uh Omar, Dr. Omar, when he visited to Jamaica, he also talked on the same. He He said that a lot of Chinese people they have been given uh a lot of support by the Jamaican uh government. They have been given free land, also and the properties. [clears throat] Uh so, this is the reason why also this uh uh the the lady from America, the black American lady, she's telling the leaders that they should be careful. On the same case, Dr. Omar, uh he has come out during the interview and said that these people Chinese people they they have been given a lot of support by the Jamaican government. If you see uh a lot of uh a lot of people know this history.

[00:08:58]For me, I knew very well that we have these Chinese Jamaicans, we have African Jamaicans, we have Indian Jamaicans. So, what I can tell you is that the people or the people who come to the country are these Chinese foreigners. They come into the country, they own very big businesses.

[00:09:18]And also, the government of Jamaica usually supports them. Whereby, they are being given to work for 5 years without paying tax.

[00:09:29]Imagine going to other people's country, you are working there for 5 years without uh paying any tax. Imagine how that is uh that is because for me, I know very well that if I want to go to another uh country uh for me, in order to be a successful businessman, I must uh uh pay taxes for that country. And you cannot just travel to other people's uh country uh then you go there, you're being I'm being given a uh to work there for free. I own very big businesses without paying a tax. Uh that is completely uh unacceptable. So, Dr. Omar um he's telling us that this uh foreigner Chinese, they've been uh receiving a a lot of uh support uh by the uh Jamaican government. And if you see um they are they control uh big businesses in uh Jamaica.

[00:10:31]Well, they also control the the ports.

[00:10:33]So, you can see they are the people controlling the goods that enter and uh leave uh the country. So, this uh black American lady, uh she has come out uh warning these um uh Jamaican uh leaders to be very careful about their country because their country is almost being uh taken away by these uh Chinese people. Also, uh there's this video about uh these uh politician uh from >> [snorts] >> um yeah, Ghana. Also, she's he is uh talking uh on the same that that these uh Chinese people uh are coming to their country and also they are taking over. So, I want you to watch uh this video of a a Ghana politician and see uh the reason that uh he's giving out about these Chinese people in their country.

[00:11:35]It's not about gold. We have given everything to them till date.

[00:11:40]All the sectors are managed by whites.

[00:11:42]The oil sector, the whites have taken it. The mining sector, Chinese and Canadians have taken it. Bauxite, Chinese have taken it. Tell me one sector that belongs to the Ghanaian today. Even the banking sector, Nigerians have taken it.

[00:11:58]We are in the 21st century slaves.

[00:12:00]We are in the 21st century, but we are slaves in our own country.

[00:12:03]Look for the best houses in this country and go there and see those who are living there.

[00:12:08]Foreigners.

[00:12:09]Where do we live?

[00:12:11]The big companies in this country managed by foreigners.

[00:12:14]>> Would you pass a law where you will regulate foreigners, you know, taking over?

[00:12:20]>> I will I will pass a law. If you remember in my 2020 campaign, I said when I'm president, no foreigner can buy property in Ghana.

[00:12:29]>> Do you still stand by it?

[00:12:31]>> stand by it.

[00:12:32]>> How will you do that?

[00:12:34]>> Because I'm going to issue three passports.

[00:12:37]>> Okay.

[00:12:38]>> One passport that Ghanaians will have.

[00:12:41]It's a full Ghanaian, father Ghanaian, mother Ghanaian. And those people are the first class Ghanaians. And those group of people are the only people who can buy property in this country.

[00:12:51]If you're not a full Ghanaian, you cannot buy property.

[00:12:54]>> Okay.

[00:12:55]>> Because because first of all, we are losing everything to the foreigners.

[00:13:00]The whole country has been taken. Go out and look at the big big mansions and big big companies and big big properties.

[00:13:06]It's not for Ghanaians.

[00:13:08]We are joking. In the next 10 15 years, no Ghanaian will have huge property unless you are damn rich.

[00:13:18]Everyday, go around and see.

[00:13:20]All the properties springing up are for foreigners.

[00:13:22]>> On that note, let me ask >> Why are we Why do we think because we are poor we must sell I get I get sad and I get sometimes I get mad.

[00:13:33]>> Is it because we are selling our properties in foreign currencies?

[00:13:36]>> It's because we are giving out for peanuts. We don't have to sell the property. We lease the property.

[00:13:41]>> If we are giving it for peanuts, then why can't our Ghanaians afford it?

[00:13:45]>> Because the peanuts we are giving out, the Ghanaian do not even have it.

[00:13:51]We've made a system so hard. We are not protecting what belongs to us.

[00:13:55]>> I hope you have watched that video from Dr. Omar. Dr. Omar he's talking about those Chinese people who usually travel from their country. Then they come to Ghana whereby these people start owning very big businesses and also taking um their lands. You see these people also are being given a lot of support by the government. This is the reason why you are seeing Omar he's calling out so that people can see that their land is being taken away by these Chinese people. That is the reason why you are seeing Omar he's really complaining.

[00:14:41]You know also this has been happening since colonization. When we were colonized by those Western country. I'm talking Africa at large. Africa was really colonized by those West African countries whereby you know very well when these people came to Africa a lot happened whereby people were forced to go and work for those whites. Also people were forced to work as slaves.

[00:15:14]So you remember that story of colonization very well. So And the reason why Omar, Dr. Omar, he's picking out boldly that these people should never come to their country because when they come you find that these big big businesses are being owned by these uh Chinese people.

[00:15:40]And not only the Chinese people, also the whites when they come they take away their land, their resources. So, for from my own uh point of view is that we know very well that when these uh when these uh Chinese people come to your country uh you know they bring I cannot say that it is a bad thing, but they usually bring development. And um I I don't complain about that because in order for a country to continue there must be very big uh businesses also. But, um in most cases also you have never seen an African uh just traveling from a his own country then going to another maybe country and the start uh investing their or grabbing um people's lands.

[00:16:42]That I've never seen. Also, this applies in Jamaica. We have seen a lot of people complaining about those Chinese people in Jamaica.

[00:16:56]But, from our knowledge we know that um uh Jamaica is a is a mixed race country.

[00:17:03]You find that there are um Indian, Chinese. We have these what we call African African Jamaicans. We have Indian Jamaicans. And also we have uh um uh uh what we call uh Chinese uh Jamaicans.

[00:17:21]So, that is the reason why uh you find that uh most of the people are complaining. But, let me give you the reason uh the the This is now the uh reason why these people are complaining. You'll find that I uh we have these uh Chinese uh Jamaicans uh in Jamaica. But, the people who you usually uh bring uh problems to these other uh uh Chinese uh Jamaicans who live there are these uh foreigners. Because uh if uh you have watched most of my previous video, um I think um I'm I had mentioned this. You'll find that these are a foreign uh Jamaicans.

[00:18:02]Uh uh they come to um uh Jamaica and start owning a very uh big businesses whereby they're given a much support from the government.

[00:18:15]Whereby they are uh allowed to do business in Jamaica for a period up to um uh 5 years without uh paying tax.

[00:18:25]That is insane. You know, I cannot just walk out from my country, then I go um to uh other people's country, then I start investing there and then um not uh I'm not I'm not able to to pay tax. Uh that is completely uh impossible. And I know that is not going uh to work. For in order for a country to continue, that's the reason why uh people pay tax. You'll find that uh these people uh Chin- uh these foreigner uh Chinese when they come um to Jamaica, they they they are not um uh they are not uh allowed to pay taxes.

[00:19:01]Instead of paying the taxes, so they uh country is uh can develop. That's the reason you are seeing uh these uh black American uh lady. Uh she's uh really talking about this issue. and uh she's uh telling uh the Jamaicans to protect their country because these people are going to dominate that area and they are going to take away their country. So, they should be awake and they know which steps that are they are going to take.

[00:19:28]Because these uh Chinese people are also given um uh very big privileges [clears throat] is whereby you find they control even the ports in Jamaica. Imagine controlling the ports. You know that is one of the big area in the country because if the person controlling those ports, we are the various anchor. You are the one who controls the goods that enter and leave the country. Maybe these people may be transporting bad things or bad goods.

[00:19:59]So, this is the reason why this lady from America who is a black who is black is she's a calling out those Chinese people, I a Jamaican people, sorry. So, that they can be aware of these people who are being given a much support by these by their leaders. Whereby you find also these local people in Jamaica, they are not given such support. That is completely uh insane.

[00:20:33]You you you find that most of these people Jamaican people who live there, who have been living there since they are therefore forced to close down their businesses because when these Chinese people come to their country, they usually lower their prices. And you know very well there's no way this local business person in Jamaica is he or she's going to lower down his or her prices because that is where he depends on. And there's no profit that is he or she you're to get. So, that is the reason why most of the people are in Jamaica, they are forced to close down their businesses when they see these uh uh Chinese uh foreigners who travel to their country and start owning uh business uh very big uh business with the support of the government. Also, uh we have seen um Dr. Omar from Ghana.

[00:21:25]Also, he's calling out. He's saying that these people when they usually travel to their country, uh that is Ghana, you'll find that um uh they take uh a large uh portions of land and they usually oppress them. So, he's calling out people to be awake and to know that um uh this thing uh that is uh so-called uh colonization I I should never repeat it again. Africa is a very good uh country and a a lot of people we have seen um a lot of uh people are usually uh traveling from uh uh different countries uh to go and invest in Africa. Not only in Africa, also we Africans or usually uh travel uh from our country and uh so that we can go and uh start uh businesses in other people's country. But, under this blue sky, I've never seen uh um any African maybe traveling uh from uh his or her own country then traveling to another people's country then um he or she's given that chance uh to uh work or that extension to work uh free for uh 5 years. Uh that is insane. So, it is a a call for all uh people in the Caribbean and also uh people in uh Africa, not only in Ghana, to wake up when these people uh come in in country uh in your country, you should um also be on toes and also work with them uh closely so that one day you'll never wake up and uh find um uh your country is gone. But, uh uh that is not going to happen because I know also when these people come, uh they come uh so that they can in also uh make other your country uh develop because when though we have those foreigners coming to our country then I start building a very uh big businesses. That is the chance where also we get some of the people are being employed. Now they where the problem comes in is that you find most of the investment uh does not happen in your country because these people doesn't continue to invest uh in your country.

[00:23:34]When they get the money, they usually uh travel back to their country then they start investing there. So, that is the reason why uh you're seeing this black American lady, she's coming out and she's calling about and she's calling upon those people in the Caribbean. It is time to wake up and see these uh people who usually travel uh to their countries, those foreigners, so that they are not going to take their country. Also, Dr. Umar from Ghana, he's also calling upon so that people can be on toes about these people uh who are coming to their country who come and oppress them by taking their land.
