A 360 deal is a business arrangement where a content creator receives upfront support (equipment, resources) from a partner in exchange for a percentage of future earnings, but creators should critically evaluate such offers and focus on developing a consistent niche rather than seeking fame through drama or other people's platforms.

Nomad & Sammy Sitting In A Tree? Why She Didn't Accept the 360 Deal!Added:
What's up? What's up? What's up, everybody? It's your boy AT2. How everybody doing? How everybody feeling?
How everybody living? All right, let's go ahead and hit y'all with the intro and then we'll get started with the show. But did y'all know that uh Nomad and Sam Girl had something going on? I had no clue. Let's talk about it.
Heat. Heat.
What's up? What's up? What's up, everybody? Uh, first of all, let's start out by saying happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there, all the mothers, grandmothers, aunties. Uh, thank you for all that you guys have done, sacrifice, and just all the love and support that you have given us. Uh, we wouldn't be nothing without the woman, right? So, definitely shout out to all the women out there. But happy Mother's Day. Um, shout out to all the mothers. Yes. Yes.
Exactly. What's up, Destiny? What's up, Jackie? What's up, Michelle? What's up, Denitria? What's up, Tasha? What's up, Kea? Shout out to y'all. Happy Mother's Day.
What's up, Joy? Hello. Hello. Hello, Southern Bell. Hello. I see y'all up in the building.
Yeah. Um, so my mom, I called her earlier. I was all like, "Oh, I wonder what she's doing. Maybe we can go to uh lunch or something like that." She was knocked out. She didn't even answer.
Then she called me back and was all like, "Oh, yeah. I was I was knocked out." And then when I got off the phone with her, like before I got off the phone, she was like, "Yeah, I'm about to go back to sleep." So yeah, shout out to all the moms. Get your rest.
I don't blame y'all. Get y'all rest. Uh, so anyway, so I that kind of came up in some of this mess, but I'm not going to talk about the part that included me because it was rather ridiculous. But I wanted to uh Is that Lil Zo? Oh, what's up, Lil Zo? That's the guy uh who be on Kimmy channel.
I heard about Liz.
Um, yeah, you be cussing everybody out. You even made that uh that one lady Pissy T piss on herself, right? Yeah, I I got to give you credit for that one.
You made her piss on herself. Yeah.
Hey, Tinkle Tinkle Little Star. That's what I like to call That's her new name. instead of uh uh Pissy T. Her name is Tinkle Tinkle Little Star. You know how I wonder why you ain't got a diaper on.
Oh [ __ ] I know she gonna come at me now. Oh, whatever. I don't give a damn what these people have to say. Okay, so um again, like I said in the description of the video, I'm not beating up Sammy.
I know. What's up, Queen Bemore? I know Sammy is gonna do a video about me all like you you you just so fat. I hope you >> All right. Okay. I'm fat. Okay. All right. Whatever.
But anyway, so I found the whole thing interesting with Ben. Uh so his name is Ben Israel. Like I have never heard of him before, but his name had been coming up and stuff like that. And I was on Trees of Station Head and I was listening, right? And I was all like, "Oh." So, basically what's going on is that I guess uh Ben and Sammy are in the talking stages. Well, I guess they actually met before or whatever, right?
So, they they linked up or whatever. And so, but I don't think they go together.
Correct me if I'm wrong if anybody knows the storyline. I don't think they go together. Well, this is why I don't think they actually go together because the way Nomad was going in on Sammy and like Ben didn't say anything, but as soon as Nomad went in on Cleo, he was like, "Oh, no. You can't be talking about Cleo." But everything that uh uh he was saying about Sammy, he had he let it go like, "Oh, it's fake." Oh, okay. So, they never hooked up. Okay. It was It's just a story line. Okay, got it. Got it. Got it. Okay, got you. Um, but anyway, you know, Sammy beyond the ninja dent looking for love. This ain't nothing new. But I didn't know that she had liked Nomad because I remember there was a rumor that um Nomad had and Sammy like hooked up or she sent him some news or something like that and like Nomad was like, "Oh, no, that's not true." or whatever. Right. So, I was like, "Oh, okay. That that was just a lie. That that wasn't true." But NMA had never told me like, "Oh, yeah. Well, she asked like, you know, about my personal life if I was married and she was like trying to get at me." Like, he never told me this. So, this was something that I learned. I'm all like, "Wait, hold on."
And I'm listening on my phone, right?
Because I have it on the station head and I'm all like, "Now, this [ __ ] ain't never said nothing about this." Like, he made it seem like that was just a lie or a rumor, right? So essentially, you know, they were just up there arguing about like, oh, what it was and what it wasn't. But then they got into the 360 deal. And this is where I come in where I wanted to talk about because Nomad, I guess they were talking about politics or something like that on her channel one day and he was all like, "Oh, this would be great for your channel because this is going to be very popular with Trump and everything like that." And so he offered her to get her computers, cameras, and everything. And basically when she started making money on her channel, uh she would then pay him back.
And I was all like, damn, he was going to do all that. And so you kind of think like, okay, so a man is just going to give somebody, you know, all this equipment and everything upfront, but then you don't want anything in return like a little ass.
You know, but essentially, if you guys ever meet Nomad, because shout out to Nomad, you know, he came to the meetup, right? If you ever meet Nomad, you'll know that he's a legit guy.
You know that he's legit. Um, and I'll tell you this, and Shell can attest to this, money was not an issue with anybody. We weren't all like, "Oh, well, you need to pay for your you need to do this." Money was never an issue. Um, there was times where Nomad covered everything. And you know, he probably doesn't want me to say this, but there was times where he would like cover for stuff and like it wasn't even about like, oh, well, I only ordered this or that. He would just do it. And it was like, oh, okay, cool. You know, thank you. And like we got each other and stuff like that. So, yeah, it money was not an issue at all. So you'll never hear anything about money except $700.
Shill, why is everybody mad at me?
Because I was upset over the $700.
Yeah, if he would have kicked us out.
Listen, the limo would have been on top of somebody's [ __ ] head if I would have got kicked out that limo or we would have got kicked out the limo.
Yeah, I was mad about MY $700. LIKE JACKIE, PEOPLE MAD AT ME OVER THE $700.
They all like, "Oh, you had no reason to be." What?
I'm all like, "How did I become the bad guy and not y'all?" They just love to hate me.
That's it. I accept it. I accept that they love to hate me. Okay, got it. We good. Right. So anyway, so Sammy, I guess I I didn't really get why Sammy didn't want to take him up on the offer or not. Um, and especially, you know, if he's willing to upfront you everything up front, I didn't understand it. But I think this goes into a larger conversation, and I kind of told you guys about this. You'll have people promising you things and they don't they don't come through.
I've had people promise to fly me out.
People promise that they were going to be my manager. People promised they were going to buy me this and that. People promise to pay rent. People even promise to give me money so I can move closer to them and um get my own apartment. And you know, you'll have people promise you endless things. And most of these people are full of [ __ ] They just want close proximity proximity to you. But what in turn is interesting is that Sammy has paid the um y'all know Peach McIntyre, the lady who known for fighting with her family and all that stuff. Well, Sammy is taking courses with Peach McIntyre.
And as I understand, Peach McIntyre course is about $2,000 a month.
Mind you, I need to up my prices, by the way. Um, but it it's like $2,000 a month. So, Sammy is spending her money on getting this training from Peach McIntyre.
And I'm all like, when you could have had a whole computer and everything and had somebody help you out and like upgrade your [ __ ] And I'm not going to say don't take Peach. Uh, non-refundable. Yeah, non-refundable, right? Um, I'm not going to say Peach is whenever I do like my my uh Streamyard training, my mentorship, which I actually have a client right now, which you guys don't even know about. I never promise that they're going to be the greatest YouTuber ever. Please do not promise people success.
That's what a lot of these people will promise. Oh, you'll be as big as me.
No, they won't. They possibly could be bigger than you, but also they probably will fail, too. I want to say, what's the statistic, y'all? It's like only only like 80% of YouTubers have more than 10,000 subscribers.
I mean, no, no, no. Less than 80%.
Wait, hold on. Let me look up the statistic real quick. I'm saying it wrong. Yeah, I'm definitely saying it backwards. Uh, let me see. How many How many YouTubers have over 10K?
uh 3.1 million YouTubers have more than 10% uh subscribers representing roughly 4.8 of creators. Reaching that milestone places channels in a top tier of the platform as 97% of channels have fewer than 10,000.
So I was way off.
So only 4.8% 8% of subscribers have um whatchamacallit have more than 10,000.
That's crazy when you think about it. So promising that these people are going to be big content creators, the only thing that you can help people with essentially is like knowledge, how to run their platform, how to, you know, get things organized. You can help with that, but you can't tell anybody that they're going to be successful. Even shout outs. You have to be careful with paying for shout outs because yeah, somebody can share your video or shout you out, but that doesn't mean that those people that watch your video or subscribe to you are going to stick around. They're just subscribing out of pity. Like, oh well, my favorite content creator said I should subscribe to you, so let me go ahead and do it. If your content sucks, it's not going anywhere.
Nobody's going to stay around.
And I'm not saying that directly about Sammy, but essentially, yeah, like that's kind of like because as far as I understand, Sammy has erased all her content.
And this is one of the things that we got into. I don't want to say an argument. So, for those of you who don't know me, me and Sammy's history, right?
This is what happened.
Sammy one day was complaining on her channel about how, you know, she's not understanding why her channel's not growing and stuff like that, right?
Paraphrasing. She said more, but I'm just paraphrasing. So, I clicked the link and I was like, "Oh, well, Sammy, what it is is that you need to structure your channel in a way where, you know, you're in a certain sector. Your your your audience is, you know, interested in what you're talking about. You can't one day talk about planting fruits and vegetables and then you're over here dragging somebody in the black tea sector. Then you want to talk about politics, then you want to talk about um you know doing mukbangs and stuff like that. Like your content has to be centered. Your content is not centered at all. Like your content is all over the place. Well, she took offense to that and was talking about, "Oh, I didn't ask you for no suggestions and blah blah blah." So, since then, she's hated me.
Mind you, I wasn't trying to be disrespectful at all. I was just letting her know like why her platform hasn't grown because, you know, it it's not structured. Like, the niche that she's trying to go in, you're all over the place so people don't know what they're watching, you know?
Just like the reason why my backup channel, this channel right here, hasn't grown because it's all over the place.
You know, I talk about whatever I want, but over there on the other platform, you see that it's about politics, right?
Uh like Mel had you and night and day and fumbled it. Yeah. And I want to clarify something. I was not Mel's mentor. She would call me her big bro even though technically she's older than me. Way older.
Okay, let me talk a petty, but she is older than me. Um, but nine and day, she she was, you know, her and JR was having text and stuff like that. They had a deeper connection. Like, this was strictly platonic over here. Like, you know, I didn't have her finger banging herself on a bunk bed with her son and [ __ ] like that. Like, that had nothing to do with AT2. That was her and JR. So, I just want to clarify, you know, I was not her mentor at all. Like would I help her out? Yes, I would help her out, but I wasn't her mentor per se. Like, you know, let's be clear, you know.
And now she said, "Yeah, she she put ME ON A MOUNT RUSHMORE." YEAH. YEAH. YEAH.
NO, for real. SHE CAN'T OH, OKAY. WELL, YEAH, that's Hey, that's the history of Sammy. Sorry.
Sorry, Jackie. I know a few of y'all in here are like, "Dang, AT2, why'd you have to tell?" I know. And listen, y'all can like Mel. I don't. But you can like Mel. I don't care if y'all like Mel, you know. I I know y'all only support her because she's a sad charity case. I get it. I understand. But, you know, anyway.
Uh, so yeah. So, Sammy, you know, has been trying to make it. She's been trying to figure it out and it's like, "Oh, I'mma do it my own way. I'mma get there how I know." Okay. Well, has it worked out yet?
It It hasn't It It hasn't worked out yet.
And again, it'll be different if like, "Oh, I'm just coming on YouTube just to have fun, right? There's some channels that, oh, I'm just on here just for shits and giggles." Get it. Totally understand it. And there's some people who are trying to make this lucrative and make this a career. Sam Sammy wants to be one of those that makes it lucrative. And so it's like you'll try to give her advice and like she just doesn't want to take it. She don't care.
And then I think also with her getting into like the whole uh love thing, like y'all got to stop like trying to find love on YouTube.
And especially if you ain't never met the person before.
like no, no, stop looking for love, you know, stick to your content or your content, whatever one you want to call it, and find you a niche that you actually like.
If you like the black tea sector stuff and you want the drama, then okay, stick with it, but at least make money off of it because Sammy I want to love you. Yeah. Yeah. All the computer love stuff. Yeah. That got to stop.
But Sammy had said on her channel, because I did watch her last video, she was all like, "Oh, people are making money off of me and, you know, telling my story and blah blah blah." Yeah.
Because you went on somebody else's channel and told your story or gave them the content. Yeah. That's why people are making money off of you.
Oh, they're getting more views than me and this and that. Yeah, because you're giving them all the content. I always tell content creators that you need to like be very stingy when it comes when it comes to going other people's platform. Now it's a little better because through Streamyard somebody else can share it on their channel and then um also now YouTube has the thing where you can tag a channel on it and then you know there's certain things that you can do now um where it's more lucrative for everybody but essentially if you're giving other people the content then yeah that's what it is.
Whatever you're doing that's not making the people want to come back to your content. That's what that's the problem right there. It's honestly not about even going on other people platform.
It's the fact that they won't come back to your platform. What's stopping them from coming back to you? What's making them go like, "Ah, well, I don't really like your [ __ ] You boring. I want to stay on this other person platform even though that you're the main centerpiece of all the drama and the chaos.
And then I don't know if Sammy really likes chaos. I I think if essentially she likes it because she likes to feel important, but I know when it gets like hot and heavy like Sammy will bounce out. Like I didn't even know Sammy was back to tell you the truth because remember she had left um like three six months ago. remember when like uh incoming and Danny and all of them were all over her like she couldn't handle it. She backed out and rightfully so.
[ __ ] these [ __ ] Like I'm leaving. Screw this [ __ ] You know, I I'm not even mad at her for that. But essentially, you know, if you don't like fighting with people or you don't want to um if you don't want to do the back and forth, then hey, don't do it. But then don't tiptoe in it and then back out like you gotta stand in it.
Um, didn't you two? I I don't know what that's in reference to. Um, if you're talking about King Dirty Neck, um, Powderhead, uh, Pissy T, uh, Tinkle Tinkle Little Star, um, I'm not going on their platform and acting acting like a monkey fighting back and forth yelling. Oh, also uh uh Maggie Pepe Lew, I'm not going over there. No, no, thank you.
I'll cuss you out on my own platform and make money off of me.
Oh, no. I didn't leave the sector. No, no, no. Sammy didn't just leave the sector. Like, she left YouTube. That's what I mean. Okay. Gotcha. Got you.
Truth in the house. Um, no. Sammy like left left like she took down all her videos and like bounce she was out. Like that's that's not the same thing.
Yep. Um Ro T, you know what I'm talking about, right?
Like Sammy like left left. Like not I'm not saying left a second. She left left.
Jackie, you know what I'm talking about too, right? Sammy left left. She didn't just, oh, I'm just leaving the sector.
Like, she like deleted her content, didn't go do no videos, nothing. She went in hiding. Like, that's not that's not the same as me. No, no, no, no.
Yeah, we definitely two different people.
It's Kimmy. Uh, yeah, that was Kimmy's ex moderator, Sammy. That's the one. She left YouTube all together. Okay. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's what I was referencing. She left all together. Like she was all like, "Uh, I'm up out of here." Yeah.
Yeah. Okay. Yeah. See, see. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. No. Yeah. Me. Yeah. We didn't do the same. Yeah. We didn't do the same thing. She She up and left and she she got out. She got out of dodge, as they say. Um, but anyway, essentially I think what has to happen is that Sammy has to actually let because I don't even want to say because I don't want to stop nobody's money. I'm not saying don't pay $2,000 for Peach McIntyre's training or whatever. I'm not trying to convince you guys not to do that. If you feel like it's worth it, then do it, right?
But essentially, I don't think Peach is telling her to go on other people platform and make a fool of herself. I I don't think she's telling her that. I don't think Peach is telling her, "Oh, go look for love and all this other stuff."
Peach is probably telling her, "Post content. Make sure that you're doing um you know uh uh putting out content daily strategically.
Make sure that you're posting interesting content. Make sure that you're talking about your daily life.
You're showing like Peach is not an avatar. And and Sammy does show herself on camera, but Peach is like a lifestyle channel, right? That's more the category that Peach would be in. She would be more in like lifestyle.
I I don't know what kind of lifestyle that Stammy is selling us.
I don't know.
So, essentially what she's what she's doing right now, she's just all over the place and it's not structured. She's not in a niche and I guarantee you she's not following the stuff that Peach is saying.
But hey, she's whacking so wrong.
Should I put this video on members?
Because I know Sammy is going to be like, "You don't know nothing. Nathan, you think you don't promise like this video is not to like bash her. It's not." Do y'all feel like I bashed Sammy? I don't think I bashed her at all.
I just think I'm just thinking I'm giving a perspective from the I'm the godfather of YouTube.
I'm I'm giving her advice. Happy Mother's Day, Sammy, by the way.
Yeah, I'm not trying to bash her. And I think the thing is is that she's not afraid of me.
Yeah, she will retaliate, right? She's not afraid of me because let me tell you this. If this information was coming from incoming opinion or Danny, she'd be LIKE, "OH, OKAY. THANK YOU. I APPRECIATE YOU." But because it's coming from me and she's not afraid of me. She's going to be combative and yell and scream and and that's fine. But essentially, I'm saying the same thing. No, other people have said the same thing that I said. I actually was the first one to say it.
Everybody repeats what I said.
But hey, the unsolicited advice. Yes.
Constructive criticism, right? And listen, even if she don't like it or not, hopefully somebody else took this information and was all like, "Thank you, AT. I appreciate it." Yes. Happy Mother's Day. Thank you. I'm just saying, you know, she has never taken your advice. Yeah, I know. I know. Yeah. Oh, shout out to Nomad. Nomad, if you doing one of those 360 deals, let me know because I want a new computer. So, uh, anyway, y'all, we about to get the hell up out of here. I love y'all. Stay safe.
Deuces.
