We got to start seeing contracts of some sort. Like, hey, if we offer you this six-seven figure deal, you're going to stick around and you're going to be a part of this program for at least two years or whatever. And if you break that contract, you we get this certain amount of money back or whatever. Like, there's got to be stipulations because this is ridiculous. And it's just like, how are we constantly letting teams get away with this, too? That's a lot of money.
