Reasons for the decision US vs Sweden

[00:00:00]According to many Americans, tourists comparing the country of Sweden versus the United States, they have all arrived at the same conclusion that the Swedish culture is more prioritizes egalitarianism, consensus, and social harmony. Also, that the American culture is more emphasizes individualism, direct communication, and ambition. Therefore, the Americans are generally more competitive and status-driven. And the Swedish prefer having higher value work-life balance, sustainability, and privacy instead. Which makes the Swedish people like small talks, and the Americans loves both long and small conversations. The Americans are famously outgoing, making friends, and engaging in small talk easily with strangers, baristas, or colleagues. The Swedish value privacy and personal space, meaning they rarely engage in idle chitchat with strangers. However, this does not mean that the Swedish can't do long conversations, because long conversations happens when they get to know you. But until then, the Swedish prefers their privacy and space. Either way, both cultures are lovely in our opinion. And also, we would like to know what's your thoughts on both cultures.
