The video offers a sophisticated look at urban resilience, demonstrating that a community's social fabric can remain vibrant even when its physical infrastructure suggests otherwise. It effectively challenges the reductionist "dying town" narrative by prioritizing lived experience over cold statistics.

JARROW - Is this place dying? (I was completely shocked)Added:
And what is going on people of the content cast and today I am in Jarro.
Now I had to make this video because if you watch any of me other vlogs where I mooch around different types of places, estates, doesn't matter where it is, talk about the crime statistics, check out the litter situation and show you what it's actually like in and around Jerro. Now my first impressions already as I've been here, this place does feel a bit rund down. I cannot lie. But I've started at the Viking Center. I believe it's called the shopping center in Jerro. What we're going to do is going to mooch around the estates outside of the shopping center. see what it's all about and let's see if this place is as as rundown as what people are saying it is. Now you can see that there's still a new look here which is definitely a good sign because a lot of these shopping centers and high streets are are kind of closing but this looks pretty cool to be fair to know that this is still here. So first impressions still things going on which is good to see.
So this place here behind us Calf does an unbelievable fry up. If you're not from Jarro and you ever do come into Jarro, come into the Viking Center, Rosy's calf. They do an unreal uh fry up, >> you got a you got some kind of feature, whatever this is. It's a big poppy, so it'll be a memorial. It's nice to see B&M Bargains everywhere's got one.
And up here you've got an Iceland card factory spec savers, a big Morrison's over there. I'm not going to go towards Morrison's cuz that's just a big car park. But let's see what's up here. A lot of these are ran down there. You can see that used to be an old coup.
As I've always done, I'll try and get some people on camera now. Boots on the ground. See what it's like to be in and around Jarro and see what people think of the place.
Good old Dixon's Butchers. Who knows about Savaloid dips?
Superdrug.
You've got like a veteran support, forces support. I'm assuming all the proceeds of the stuff that you buy in there goes to uh all veterans and stuff, which is lovely to see. Wonder if it's worth getting in and speaking to someone and seeing what it's all about.
That's class.
So you're donating now, >> which is mint.
>> Can I ask you a couple of questions?
>> No.
>> No. It's just about the shop basically because you you know it's all No. Do you not want to be on camera?
>> No, definitely not.
>> Right. Okay. I'll keep you off camera, but so this place can anyone donate anything here?
>> Yes.
>> And what what is the purpose of it all?
Is it for like veterans and stuff like that >> and families of veterans as well?
>> Families of veterans as well. It's unbelievable cuz I'm from Sunderland.
There's not many place like this where I see, you know, are still operating and stuff. So it's nice. Does this get used a lot as well?
>> It does. Yes. It's getting busier all the time.
>> You didn't want me on camera. No, fair enough. No, thank you for that. Really appreciate it. Thank you.
>> I say you can get furniture.
Full on 3B suites. You got clothing and stuff out of there, which is meant to say.
Then as you come out of that back on this old street, Greg's optitionians Salvation Army, it's that one there. Lucy's Legacy working together to end homelessness.
And then up here you've got a Wilos, which I shut down. I thought so. Is Wilton's ended now? Is that a thing of the past?
I know there used to be a Wils in Sunderland, but I think that shut down as well. Now, put in the comments if you're not. Is it the end of Wilkinson's?
Who knows? And then at the end of here, what you got? Well, this is basically the end of the high street, I guess.
If you want to get a feel for a place, go into the shopping center or the high street because as we all know, the high streets and shopping centers are dying.
And if you look at any of the comments, I've did a lot of vlogs now. I've did hundreds of them and a lot of people say come to Jarro because it's like the last of a dying breed. But I see the positive in that because if it's a last of a dime breed that clearly means it's still operating and you normally get a good feel for the place when you come to the high street or shopping center because you see how many people of the local community are actually using it and as you see you've got a B&M, you've got a big Morrison's there. You've got a lot of little shops in and around which is still open. Yes, of course this place is shut down, but I don't know if that's because there's a big Morrison's there and that's got a massive car park and if people are coming to do the daily shopping that might just trickle through this place. So that could be a good idea for high streets and kind of shopping centers. If you've got a big supermarket nearby, maybe that's going to bring more footfall through. So why anyone who's watching this from the council and you want to perk up your high street, put a big supermarket there or somewhere nearby. And then here you've got I don't know what Silver Gate is. You've got a big home bargains out of the road. That must be a bus station around the back because I've seen a lot of buses come from out of there. But let's have a look over here. Do you want to be on it?
>> No. Can I can I ask you one question?
I'll keep you off camera.
>> What is Jarro like? Cuz the reason I've come here cuz I'm from Sunderland and a load of people say like high streets and shopping centers are just now they're just kind of going away. They're dying.
Would you say this is dying and all? Cuz I I was actually surprised. I think there's more open there than what I thought. No, it is dying comp compared to what it was like in the last 10 years.
>> They're either like Turkish barbers, charity shops or vape shops. That's pretty much all it's coming down to now down there.
>> So where if you're from Jarro, where do you recommend gone then if you didn't come here?
>> Oh, I'm not from Jar.
>> Oh, you're not?
>> Well, we live here. But yeah, >> right. No problem.
>> I is right. No worries. Cheese anyway.
Thank you.
>> KT Studio got a butchers. That's a That looks like a naughty little butcher. Is that >> all right?
>> What's happening, mate?
>> I'm just staying a little video, mate.
Can I ask you a question on camera?
>> He's staying out of it.
>> Basically, it looks like lovely butchers this mate.
>> Now, not many people get to butchers anymore, do they?
>> We're finding a bit of a change now, mate.
>> Oh, yeah. What's the change you finding?
>> Personally, I think people get new customers coming through >> cuz I'm I'm all for it. me like there's a little there's a little butchers in whip burn where I gan and if you're going to go anywhere you always go to a butchers I always believe but I wonder why so you re people are now looking at supermarkets on the quality of the meat shite basically >> unbelievable m we've done this for years it's just super >> unbelievable mate and this is a family butcher is it >> is it yours >> unbelievable m you mark them >> legend what's your Most popular thing that you sell then >> steaks mate >> steaks got steak >> legend mate. This is class.
>> So this is where you come if you want proper meat. Come down to Mark's Family Butchers.
>> Where are you?
>> Uh it's on YouTube mate. It's called the content cast. I've done I've done I did them all over the world mate to be fair but cuz I'm from along here. I try and do as many little places as I can when I'm in around the area. H started off as a podcast and then just started like exploring other places and that legend mate. Thank you mate. What you doing?
See you later. Right. Try now. Cheers mate. lovely ladim Mark's family butchers and there's something about that when it's an actual family as well and they've been there for absolutely years and the quality of the meat looks unbelievable obviously I've not tried it yet but if I'm ever back alang I am definitely got to sample some of that because I think it's all about keeping butchers open now I don't know if you agree but let us know in the comments what you think do you go to a soup market for your meat or would you rather come to a butchers but I Mark's family butchers in Jerro go and have a look at that place gezers and gals Barbers, a nail salon, gyro mindset. Like the sound of that.
What's that all about?
>> Let's have a look here. Youth voice matters, digital support hubs, community support, dog support groups, autisticled family support, threads of friendship, ketamine awareness and support group.
There's a lot of support groups which is unbelievable. a lot liking it gyro mindset. Now, what I think is class about that is is that a sign of the area like there's a lot of support groups going on like especially that ketamine one. It could be a sign of the communities and stuff and people do suffer with things like that and they need the support but isn't it unbelievable to know that they've got support like that. As far as I'm aware where I'm from in Sunderland, there's nout like that. So, obviously Jarro is in South Tinside and is that a reflection of South Tinside in general?
like to people battle more addiction and problems and they need these groups. But it is unbelievable to know that these are these are here on hand like you've got the Ben Lemon Pub.
What's this little bad boy?
The Vikings. This sculpture presented to the Burough of Jarro by Sh Chippendalees Eesque on behalf of the Arndale Property Trust was unveiled on the 17th of Feb 1962 by the worshipful the mayor of Jarro Councelor Mrs. VM Hope. I've only gone and caught the rain and I normally see on the vlogs that I bring good weather with us but uh been definitely caught short here. We've got a bukis here, lad brooks. And again, that's something you will find in areas that are quite rundown or impoverished.
You'll find that a lot of bukies are in them places. If you go to the likes of Gosworth or Pontand or Darus Hall, them places which I've did vlogs in, you never see any booies are out like that.
And it's quite sad really when you think about it cuz you'd think that's just going to draw more poverty and more problems and more addictions and stuff like that. You know, your fast foods, your buies and all that type of stuff in these areas. You think there should be less of them. Just sad how it works really. Is it what you got over the road Wilkinson Court? I've noticed a lot of people don't actually want to be on camera, which is sound, but like them lassa said, obviously I kept them off camera, but they were saying that this place is dying. It's just Turkish barbers and vape shops and stuff, but you find that in a lot of these places, a lot of, you know, local little suburbs and stuff of areas like Jarro that there is a lot of these places popping up.
Now, I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but does that not show there is a demand for it, or does it show that they're becoming a nuisance? I don't know. Now, I didn't know if I mentioned this at the start of the video, but a lot of people like to know about crime statistics and how dangerous a place is. Now, Jerro is actually ranked seven out of 10 on the crime scale, which is actually higher than the UK average, which is wild when you think about it. Cuz as I'm walking around, it seems absolutely sound. But I thought what I'll do is I'll come on to the estate and see what it's actually like.
Like, see how ropey it actually looks and see if we can pick up some people on the street to see what it's like living around here. And of course, we've got to check out the litter situation because I know how much you love that Beverly Court, Beverly Knight.
Now, there's loads of these little ginels and stuff. Alleyways, ginels, I don't know what you call them. What do you call them, by the way? Is it an alleyway or is it a ginel?
Have a little look around here.
See some boarded up houses in the distance.
It's absolutely pissing down.
So, this is Cleveland Court.
>> Hello, mate.
>> Just doing a little uh video for YouTube, mate.
>> Can I ask you You didn't have to be on camera if you didn't want it. Can I just ask you a question?
>> No.
>> No. Oh, it's all right, mate. Cheers.
Anyway, postman didn't want to be on camera, which is understandable. There's a ropey house to me left.
But the rain is absolutely pelting down, but it's not stopping this lad from mooching around these estates.
But uh I I mean I don't know if the bins have been emptied, but seems fairly clean around here. Doesn't seem like there's out to report on.
Now, what I have noticed is there's loads of no ball game signs, which irritates me, you know. Let us know in the comments if it irritates you as well. Cuz when you're a kid, you want to get out with a footy and get out with the lads and have a bit of a laugh and not around the street. When there's them signs, it's like, well, where else do you gan? Unless the place has got something to offer for kids to go to like a youth club or a place that can play football or five side courts or tennis courts or a boxing club like they're going to be putting them signs up cuz it's just going to I feel like that kind of makes people go down the wrong path when you can't even play ball games where you live. I might annoy a few neighbors and stuff kicking a ball around, but surely that's not a bad thing for young people to do.
load of green area around here which again is class. I've commented on this before in other videos. I remember when I did the video in Washington and when there's loads of greens and stuff again it's very inviting especially to play footy in that and it's I suppose that's why they've got the signs up isn't it because there's loads of greens but again surely a green oh that's why you kick the footy around and and do all that type of stuff. It's just a shame when I see that like I don't know if it's me and me old the age like but again let us know what your thoughts on that are another little view of this estate no ball game sign up there but when I was doing me research on Dr. Google Jamie Pollock, the ex-professional player from Man City.
He's actually from Jarro. And I believe, is it Chris Ramsey, the comedian? Is he from Jarro as well? Let us know in the comments if you're watching this. I'm assuming if you're watching this, you're from JRo because there's probably other reason why you click on the video. But if you are, let us know like who's from the area. Like what cool things is there to do in Jara as well? Like what did you do as a kid growing up around here?
Now, if you see that big whatever that absolute contraption is over there, when I think of gyro, that's the first thing I think of. Like that's when I know I'm passing Jarro, I'm in Jerro. It's that contraption in the distance. But where I actually am is the pedestrian tunnel, which basically is where the Tan tunnel is. But So this is the River Tine and what you can't see is the Tine Tunnel. So that's where I am now. So obviously there's people who've drove over the Tunnel. I've used that Tine Tunnel thousands of times. By the way, the toll on that Tunnel is getting ridiculous. I think they just put the price up as well. But I think it's might pay to use that tunnel. Anyhow, where I actually am now is the pedestrian tunnel. So, if you're on foot, not many people have actually seen this place, but is where you can literally cycle or walk over the tine to get to the other side over towards North Shields and that. And uh I not many people have actually seen this hole. I'll show you down anyway while I'm here just to give you a little look, but it is a mad place. It's a proper mad place. This like I'll try and show you if I can cuz not many people have actually used this to be fair and there's so many people, you know, who know about the pedestrian tunnel or they've seen pictures.
Obviously, it's an iconic spot. There's been loads of photographers and videographers who have actually shot down there, but there's not many people who've actually seen it, you know. So, I'll Yeah, I'll tap you down. Anyhow, >> there's a bloke here in Al, so I'll ask him about it to say how long it takes to get across.
Hello, mate.
>> Are you all right?
>> Hello, mate. You work on here?
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> How long does it take you to walk across the tunnel?
>> About 10 minutes.
>> 10 minutes? I thought it was lang. I thought it was about 20. Is it about 10 minutes?
>> No, about Well, well, I mean like depends on how fast you walk. About 10 15 minutes.
>> All right, let me Can you Is it Is it shut today?
>> No, no. Um, >> you can >> The vertical lift over on the corner is getting replaced, >> but you can still use that lift there.
>> All right. I just want to do a little bit of filming on the just to show people the tunnel.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> I'm not going to walk across it like it's >> Oh, no worries. Oh, yeah. So, just wait for this lift to come back.
>> All right.
>> If you press the call when it gets down to the bottom, >> just press the cold button. Wait for it back up and it'll take us through.
>> Legend, mate. Nice on cheese, mate.
How cool is this?
Like I say, the gentleman over there said takes 10 minutes to walk across the T, which is wild. Feels like about 10 minutes when you're driving across it.
But, uh, I'll try and take you down anyway and give you a little glimpse of what it looks like.
face mask. Hey, >> how wicked is that one?
>> You worked down here long, mate?
>> What >> have you worked down here long?
>> Uh, since the start of January.
>> Oh, right. I sound so m couple of days off. New year.
>> Enjoy it. Must be a canny little job. I can't get can't can't get boring after a while doing the same thing. But uh it's only a 4 hour shift in the money's pretty good.
>> Plus it's even better now that the sun's finally coming out especially near that side near the [ __ ] sun.
>> Ah mate that's what you want like is it.
Did you walk right through the whole tunnel and all? Do you walk right across it and that?
>> Uh when I first started I did I was doing the entire tunnel both sides cuz the other clean up was off sick.
>> Right. Right. Right. So when he came back out of this side, he was in the other side.
>> Oh, legend, mate.
>> Oh, nice one, mate.
>> I do.
>> Just let you know when you get out, you have to walk through that way cuz that's a pedestrian tunnel. That's a cycle tunnel. Soon as you start walking through there, you'll get bull by the security guy with the camera.
>> So you've got to walk pedestrian tunnel, right? Cheers, mate. Thank you.
>> And there you go. Come down that lift and this is what you're presented with.
You've got the cyclist tunnel and the pedestrian tunnel. And as that Jen said there, if you walk down the cyclist tunnel, you get absolutely bollocked. So now, fair play. He seems like a lovely chap. Happy with his job. And uh I think this be a pretty cool little place to work to be fair. So I just another look.
That's the lift that takes you up and down.
Make sure you go the pedestrians tunnel.
And this is it. And here.
Has anyone seen that film Creep on the London Underground? It's what it's like.
But look at them, man. This just gans.
Like I say, it's a 10-minute walk all the way across. You're literally walking under the river time, which is mental, isn't it? But even like the tiles and stuff reminds of like just old school England, like the metro tiles and you know, like an old pub in England or something.
It's class. But I I just thought I'd show you the pedestrian tunnel cuz believe it or not, there's not many people who have actually seen it and been down here. But if you're ever in Jerro, just come down, have a look at it. Just experience it. Have a walk across. Just you can literally park at the top and just walk down. And why not come and check out the pedestrian tunnel while you're in Jer that's a mad little experience going down there. You know, it's about 79 ft beneath the riverbed, which is mad. And it was made in 1951, uh, just after World War II, which is crazy. You know, it's about 9 I think it's about 900 meters across, which is wild to think you're walking literally under the river tine, under the riverbed. I've just been speaking to a bloke that I didn't record and the lift knee used to come down here and he used to go fishing. He was saying he'd even have to bring his bike and put it on the old stairs and gun all the way down the stairs to get across before obviously them lifts were put in. I think them lifts that I've just used were fairly new to be fair but even that he used to come out of there used to ride his bike and uh use like a little hand line to catch crabs. I were in North Shields. But it's mad when you hear little stories of people who have used these places. And he said he was only five year old when he used to come across doing that with his friends and his dad and stuff, which is it's mad.
But place like this, there's so much nostalgia for people. Like it brings back a lot of memories. And just coming down here, and I don't really have memories of this place. I never visited this place at all when I was younger.
Um, as I got older, I've been down a couple of times, like I say, but I've actually never did the full thing all the way across. And I didn't want to bore you just by walking over there for 10, 15 minutes, you know what I mean?
I if you've not been down the pedestrian tunnel in Jara, obviously this is this is the part where you cross to go over to North Shield. But as I say, if you didn't know where it is and you crap with your satnav, look for that contraption. As I say, and you can literally park just here, this might be better for you. Actually, South Tinside Council Tine Street, free parking at all times. I risked it like for a biscuit, but it's handy to know that that's actually free. So, come down here, park, make it part of your day out. But now, I'm going to get back into the estates because there's a place that I need to check out and uh keep you up to speed with what it's like around there and the litter situation because that's a bit I haven't really touched on a lot yet.
There's a an old derelic pub on this estate.
I think pubs are becoming a thing of the past now. I've actually watched a lot of different types of uh videos on pubs and stuff, you know, and I think they are just becoming like people are going to bars and restaurants and stuff now as opposed to old pubs. But this one here, Johnny's, it's a shame to see you go.
For anyone who is from this area and who's been to Johnny's back in the day, I bet you there was some absolute sessions going on there. So again, please do let us know if you've been to Johnny's Pub, but it's a shame to see it. can where I'm now. I'm just walking around a place called Gowen Court and kind of the shops and stuff where I started the video are just up there.
Remember them flats I pointed out?
But these look quite nice. These look quite like a bit of a new development in a council estate.
I mean I cannot lie looks ropey around there like but again need lit to run out and just walked further round the corner from Gowan Court and he's another one the queen's arms sad to see like it is sad to see another pub though I bet you've had some screams in there people of Jara's a jarro a jara that's the question.
>> Look at that, man.
>> Shut down pub. It's m a video. Have any years been to this pub before?
>> Years ago.
>> When when did it shut? I'll not kick you on camera. When did it shut?
>> I don't know. Cuz it got shut cuz people were growing in it.
>> Is that what it was?
>> Yeah. People had grows in it.
>> Bloody hell. People grow in it and the police seen through one of the windows and they shut it down.
>> Is it the same as Johnny's run the corner? No.
>> Yeah, I think they both will run like that.
>> Will that like around here? Is it all right?
>> It's all right.
>> Is it all right?
>> We live on Spencer Street. It's just like older people like not our age.
>> Like they're very it's quite quiet.
>> Quiet. It seems that way when you're walking around like doesn't it?
>> What's called the content class mate.
I'm from Sunland. So basically I just walk around different places doing daff vlogs and that >> you on Tik Tok.
>> All I'm out of place.
I've seen >> Have you seen >> It's not that bad around here though.
>> No, not spot on. Right. Cheers. Thank you. Flatting here. Watch what you doing. See you later.
>> I was watching them this morning.
>> Yeah, that's mad. That >> h YouTube not be on TikTok. These ones.
These are just for the YouTube videos.
>> I'll watch.
>> I legend watch your DNC's later.
>> Lovely people of Jara. That's mad that are on Tik Tok. It's always wild when people have seen us. She literally just said there she was watching us this morning, which sometimes you just kind of get your head around. But coming from kind of that little estate there, you come on to this bit where you've got like just a local premier shop that's clearly getting worked into it and a few more like new buildings. That looks like, like I say, like a bit of a newer estate.
One thing I'll say, like when I first came around this area, like I did feel like, as I said, it felt a bit sketchy, but the people are just unbelievable.
Like I've said it a million times now, salt the earth, but you just can't beat the people around here. I think it's a northeast thing. Honestly, the further south you go, you get less of that.
People are just so friendly. They're kind of enough for you proper community people.
And it's interesting to to find that these places were grows like it's mad.
So here we're on North Street and I've came across another one shutdown pub. I mean there's Harden around it so that could be a sign of you know it's getting done up and stuff but the Albian 1885 Jin and Al House but I have found that like like I say there's a few of these pubs and I mean these are all within really close proximity if you're from Jarro Nar but and by the way is a Jara or Jarro obviously I'm from Sunland I say Jarro but I think the locals are calling it Jara so that's what's called Jara but I these pubs are all in close proximity and the fact that they're all shutting down and stuff and there's Loads of pubs around here. I mean, there's literally that's a pub there on the corner. There's a pub around the other side. There's pubs further the left. Again, I feature them at the start of the video. I think it's just a shame to see. And I don't know if that's Now, I don't know if that's a sign of drinking culture in general. I don't know if that's a sign of Jara, but I think the way people do things and the way people drink are different now.
Anyway, people, you know, stay in or when they're out, they're going they're going day drinking to bars and restaurants and coming home earlier. So, I don't know if there's a place for pubs anymore, but let us know cuz I think it's sad. I think there's not like a good traditional boozer, especially for people of the community. I bet you they're sad to see this go. So, I bet you again the albian Johnny's the queen's arms. Is that a sad thing for you people watching this? Ajara, are you pleased to see them go?
Come on, Eileen Court.
So, basically, just to let you know where I'm at at the minute, you've got Home Bargains, kind of where I started over the road around there. And here you've got Palmer Community Hospital, which is quite refreshing that they've got their own hospital here in Jara, which is uh which is lovely to be fair.
And then over the road, like I say, you've got Home Bargains, big car park here, which definitely will help with the footfall. And then you've got the bus station, I believe, over in the distance. Well, it is the bus station. You can see all the different stands and stuff. It's where the bus stepper was, you know, when I said earlier on about all the buses coming through. So, like I say, you've got the Palmer Community Hospital there. And then over here, you've got the Roseway House care home, which you don't normally see, do you? Right next to a shopping center and stuff, care homes.
But again, you've got this big car park area of Home Bargains, which will definitely drive a load of footfall into Jara. You've got the bus depot. One thing to mention about the bus depot is obviously with it being situated right where it is like Sunlin interchange like most places they've got the bus depot. I feel like because a load of things are in close proximity here that's why I feel like JRo isn't dying and people said it was. I mean there's obviously people who I spoke to earlier on in the video that said it was. But to me it seems pretty like the shops are still open. There's still things going on.
Like I say the local butchers and stuff slap bang in the center. If you're going to open a butchers, you wouldn't normally think put it in the shopping center. If you're putting in the shopping center or in and around that area, there's clearly business. There's clearly footfall. There's clearly traffic. So, that's got to be a good sign for the place. And over here, you've got Jara metro station as well.
So, if you're looking to come to Jara, this is where you get off. It's quite a short video this, but in and around Jarro and the crime statistics, the litter situation. What do I think of the place? Well, it's definitely not dying like a lot of people told us to come here. I did think it was going to be dying. A lot of people did say it was on its ass. I cannot lie. But me coming down here and creating this, you know, it's only been a short video, hasn't it?
But the people I've spoke to definitely reinforces that salt of the earth northeast. There's definitely a sense of community here. It's definitely a shame to see the pubs all closing though.
Again, let us know what you think about that. The litter situation was massively surprising. Again, I just thought because of what I've been told and the fact that people requested this video, I thought it was going to be a bit of a [ __ ] hole. I cannot lie. But it wasn't.
Definitely not. There's definitely places which seem a bit more rundown.
you know, the estate that I went through with the no ball game sign and stuff, but I suppose that's happening everywhere, isn't it? It is definitely a shame to see the pubs closing down and all that type of stuff, whatever reasons they were. But the crime statistics, again, it was this place is seven out of 10 on a danger scale. Now, for me, you've got to remember and you've got to tap that with a pinch of salt because again, the bus station, that's normally where you get these crime statistics from these type of areas, bus depots, train stations. So, that's not really a a true reflection on the whole of Jara or Jarro. Again, please do clear that up if I'm saying it wrong or right. But I think the place is absolutely sound. I think the people are unbelievable. I think there's definitely things to do as in the shopping center is still here.
It's vibrant. Again, you've got the butchers. You've got these places where there's definitely people kicking around. You even had New Look, B&M, Home Bargains. There's probably is too many vape shops and barbers. I did see quite a few of them to be fair, but that does show that there's got to be people using them or they're not just opening up. So, I don't know. Overall thoughts, I think Jara, you haven't been a letdown. You've actually surprised us. But anyway, I'd like to know what you think. Let us know what your thoughts are in the comments.
Let us know where you want us to go next. Let us know what guest you want to see on the podcast. And uh other than that
