ASMR Magician sends you to sleep.Added:
Hello. I'm back with more videos. So, this one is going to be something different, something I haven't done before. So, now if you at home have a deck of cards, I want you to take them out because this is going to work in your hands and your deck of cards. This is almost like an interactive magic trick, if you will.
So, as long as you follow what I say, this trick will work in your hands. And if it does, let me know in the comments.
So, grab yourself a deck. It doesn't matter what cards it is. And give it a shuffle.
Again, it doesn't have to be an overhand shuffle. can be as long as cards are mixed. It doesn't really matter. Okay.
So remember, shuffle the cards. And when you finish opening, I want you to take between four cards, four and eight cards. So one, two, three, four, five, six, seven. I'm going to take eight for this.
Okay, here we go.
four cards to eight with these in your hand. Now I want you to shuffle these.
Okay. And on you've done I want you to remember the bottom card. In my instance is the three of spades. So check this out.
I'm a magician and in this case you will be a magician as well. So I'm going to spell the word magician. Now watch what I do. Every word it's going to go underneath. So M card at the bottom A, G, I C, that's magic.
A 10. That's magician. Now take first card to eliminate it and place the next one at the bottom.
Take the card. Eliminate it. The next card on the very bottom. Take this card.
Eliminate it on the bottom. We're going to rinse and repeat the process.
until there's one final card.
One card eliminated underneath the last card eliminate which leaves one card, one card only. If you followed my instructions correctly, in my case, it's the three of spades.
Should be the only card in your hand. Whether it's the three of spades or whatever card is this trick works, let me know if this trick works for you.
So, I'm going to briefly explain to you how that trick works, why it works. I can't explain why it works. It just works. So, I urge you to get a deck of cards and literally follow the instructions and it will work. It will always work.
So, as long as you take one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight cards.
Well, it can be eight, but it can also be between four and eight. So, it can be five cards, six cards, seven cards, or even eight cards. That is basically as long as you've got four, five, six, seven or eight. So, five, six, seven, eight cards. It doesn't matter.
And they can be shuffled. It can even be a borrowed deck of cards.
And all you need to do is remember the bottom card. So, the four hearts when you're doing it, it could be any card, four hearts.
And the word magician has eight letters in it. As long as it's a word with eight letters in it, it doesn't matter what it is, magician. Because I'm a magician and I know how to spell it, but it could be any word with eight letters.
And all you want to do is literally just put the word cards underneath.
M at the bottom.
A G I C I A N.
Step two is literally just eliminate the card and then put it at the bottom. That is it.
And look, this is it.
It is always going to be your card that you remember every single time.
It's a mathematical card trick, which means it would just work as long as you follow the instructions to the team. Not only that, if people don't know it's a mathematical card trick and you perform it in a pub, they're going to think, "Wow, that's amazing." And it is actually quite a falling piece of magic. So, you don't need to know any slight of hand. You don't need to be an expert with cards.
All you need to Follow those instructions and you've got yourself a very nice piece of magic.
There you go.
So, this is a beautiful I love this one.
It's really simple, really effective.
So, got a deck of cards. This is a blue deck of cards. And inside my pocket and box of deck of cards, but inside this box is a playing card from another deck completely.
So that's the addiction. Okay. Now if you're in front of mail, you can have a handle of the box and the put in your pocket, but you're not here. So I have to place in my pocket.
So what I do is I can hand you the cards, but I'll get you to cut very small portion.
about eight, nine, 10 cards and turn them face up. And then we cut deeper, not half the deck, but deeper, but not too deep. And turn over. So when we're spread out, it's going to be one card and one card only. The very first card that is going to be face down is going to be the card you pick which is the six of spades. Now keep this in mind with 52 cards. If you come here it would have been different it would have been completely different.
Okay.
So you could you could end up being the six of spades.
The prediction is the thing in the box, the six of spades. It's a very simple, beautiful trick.
So I'll teach you this one because it's very simple, but I won't be teaching you hard complicated moves like like that like this. kind of certain moves, certain things that professional magicians know. But what I can teach you is selfworking tricks that you may want to know. Okay? So, I can't teach you. I mean, well, I could, but I don't really want to ruin the magic, if that makes sense. So, I hope you don't mind, but the only tricks I'll be teaching you are very easy selfwork. Don't forget these tricks. They actually do pretty well.
So, what you want is cards, a random playing card.
It doesn't have to be. It could be a piece of paper and you put in the box for this inance. I'm just using the random card. It's going to be the six of spades for this instance. You just place it in the box. If you're writing on a piece of paper, it's the six of spades or whatever you want to.
Put that in your pocket.
And obviously when you're walking over the deck, that was also very nice.
cards.
It was eventually six of spades is on top of the deck and the prediction in the in the box on a piece of paper and we begin. So what I technically did was I force the card on you. It's called the cut deeper force. Let me show you how it works. You say to the person, cut a very cut a small portion from the top.
Normally they go for about 10 cards, but it doesn't matter as long as it's a small portion.
If you are a little bit unsure to say I need to cut a very small portion from the top you can show say I want you to cut a very small portion of the top down you hand them the deck because now they know what to do everybody knows what cutting cards means. So remember you have the deck and then you say look I want you to cut a small portion just like that.
They take the cards and they do it say okay now turn them all over.
Okay.
Okay, six there. So, the next movement we're going to do is reverse and show what I mean. You say to them, I want you to come a little bit deeper. So, more cards off. So, take more cards off the deck.
Not too much, but not too little.
And turn those over.
And that's going to be their card.
Again, this is a selfworking trick. It just works.
You say, "Okay, now spread through the card." So, when you get to the first face down card, face down. These are face up. This is face down.
Take the first face down card.
Have a look at it.
and then shuffle the deck.
You say, you know, I actually predicted you would actually pick that card and you save, you know, if you cut a little bit deeper, if you cut a little bit, completely different cards. So, you know, depending where you cut it, the outcome would be completely different.
Although that's a lie, but you want to perform, you want to sell it, you know, want to sell magic.
You come here to the king.
Look, you hand them the box or they take the box out their pocket.
So he showed a bit. So I hope I explained that properly.
Remember you can always reverse the video, rewind it or whatever.
Yeah. So there are two tutorials beginner friendly.
Now on to the creative type of magic.
So yes, there you go. There's a few magic tutorials for you. I know a few people.
I remember one comment said that they've been inspired to pick up a deck of card. Yeah, give it a go because you never know. You never know. You might get to the reaction eventually to do a k me when you become the best magician in the world, you know.
So, I thought I' change the deck a little bit, you know. Says use plain old bed blue. I thought I'd use the arcane deck, which is quite nice, you know, king of hearts.
I thought I' change a little bit, you know. So, I'm a fan of Doctor Who. I am a big fan of Doctor Who. And I found a way to kind of make one card time travel which is weird but show stop there. Okay.
What's 10 of diamonds? Okay. So 10 of diamonds.
So what I'm going to do I'm going to kind of push the diamonds through the time portal.
I'm going to push it to 103 years into the future and then place it back into the deck.
There's one card that's aged the 10 of diamonds.
It's a very old card now.
Now, sometimes when I perform magic, it's just one trick I could never ever ever do, no matter what. And no magician can do it.
No one dynamic plane. No one Not one person.
I don't know why. So attempt to try to attempt this one right now in front of you. Okay. So stop anywhere you like. Stop there. And these two cards use the 10 of spades and the six of diamonds. Okay. So here's what's going to happen with these two cards. They're going to swap places.
Okay.
Okay. So, which one we want? The 10 of diamonds, the 10 of spades, six diamonds.
Okay. Here we go. Let's place it. Okay.
Let's put Okay.
See, I got that wasn't supposed to happen.
That's weird. See what I mean?
No one in the world can do this trick.
Yeah, sorry about that, ladies and gentlemen.
But I do have to say it makes a nice little card, doesn't it? The 16 of spade diamonds or something like that. I don't know. It's weird. And then we got this card which is blank.
do this one again. It ruins my deck of cards.
Okay, so um I've got a new invention.
It's probably the most pointless invention, but would you like to see it?
It's called the palm printer.
There it is. It looks exactly like my but on the deck there is it's about 3 in tall.
Got another one there. So got two just in case the first one that the ace ace of spades.
Check this out.
There you go. Yeah, you got 4G Wi-Fi connection.
It's kind of odd, isn't it? I mean, if you want to print your palm somewhere, then you got one of these.
Yeah, strange, right? But hey, you know, magicians can do anything.
So, I was looking through me magic drawer as every magician has a magic drawer and I found something very interested regular store from a local corner shop down the road to bought this deck of cards and I noticed a difference in how they how they feel and how they the size of them.
They're all rectangular.
Notice the size difference.
They are different in size and they feel different as well. This has got more shiny finish. This is shining. These feel better in my honest opinion. These are these are just a regular deck.
As a magician, it shouldn't really affect how they perform magic. So, yeah, it's kind of a fascinating deck.
These are obviously a nice deck of cards. not really used much, but like I said, this is probably going to be your first type of deck of cards. Okay, again, every trick I teach is going to be kind of basic deck of cards, deck of cards, but I thought I'd show you a magic trick using this deck of cards.
So place first near the top second place.
You can tell they are separated near the bottom and not at the bottom.
Fair as fair.
Okay.
This is um probably the hardest trick to ever achieve. the deck. The aces lost in the deck and I'm supposed to find this few cuts like so.
That's nice.
That's cool.
Second.
Now that's cool for this voices.
Thank you very much.
