[00:00:08]Imugene, trading on the ASX as IMU with a $40 million market cap, has reported an 81% overall response rate for Azer-Cel. It's off-the-shelf allogeneic CAR T therapy targeting CD19 positive blood cancers. The data covers 16 evaluable CAR T-naïve patients from an ongoing phase 1b basket study across multiple B-cell malignancies. Four cancer subtypes achieved 100% response rates, including marginal zone lymphoma with three complete responses and one partial response. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia with three partial responses, follicular lymphoma with one complete response, and Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia with one partial response. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma achieved a 60% response rate, and primary central nervous system lymphoma recorded 50%. An updated data set will be presented at the American Society of Clinical Oncology annual meeting on May 29th, 2026.
