And one of the most detectable realities of life, that is death. Death is one true, undetectable reality of life that most people try to escape from. But unfortunately they cannot because it is inevitable and unavoidable. So, or There Are Ways by Which You Can Plan and Prepare for Death. So that on the day of death rather than being sad and painful. You can be happy and joyful. Ah but unfortunately people rather than preparing for death they try to escape from death and they can't because escaping from death is impossible and preparing for death is possible. Well before getting into the depth and discussing the essence of this topic. I remember one of the sayings of one of the saints of Allah Subhan Taala Hazrat Sheikh Saadi Rahmatullah Taala Alh.

[00:01:48]You Rahmatullah Tala Al say a wonderful thing.

[00:01:50]It is full of wisdom. The Words of Wisdom. If possible, write it down on the roots of your heart and try to remind yourself about this thing. You Rahmatullah Taala say that there is one thing in this world which is impossible to avoid, but still man keeps trying his best to avoid it.

[00:02:06]And there is one thing that is possible to avoid but still no one tries to avoid it.

[00:02:11]So to explain about this two things the first thing the first thing you Rahmatullah Taala say is one thing which is impossible to avoid. Still, man keeps trying his best to avoid it.

[00:02:26]That is death. That means it is impossible to escape death.

[00:02:29]You can't get away from death. But still man tries a lot. This hospital, that hospital, this doctor, that doctor, hakim, tabib, maulja, tablets, medicines, he puts in his entire deposit. Somehow I should be able to escape death. But at the end he has to face death. He has to taste death. He cannot escape death. And the second thing you Rahmatullah Taala say is that there is one thing from which it is possible to escape and that is the fire of hell. It is possible right if you do good deeds, if you please Allah Subhana wa Ta'ala if you attain the pleasure of Allah Subhana ta'ala if you live your life in accord to the Quran and Sunnah if you refrain from sins and unlawful desires. There is a possibility perhaps that you can be protected from the blazing fires of hell. The fire of hell can be saved. But unfortunately, today man is trying to avoid something which is not possible to avoid. It's just next to impossible to escape from death.

[00:03:23]And today man is trying to escape from it.

[00:03:25]And I am not trying to avoid what can be avoided. Remember death is unavoidable. Even your wealth, your power, your position, your name, your fame, nothing can protect you from death. Nothing will save you from death. Your wealth, fame, power, strength, nothing will be able to save you.

[00:03:44]If death was avoidable with wealth, then Karun would have never died. He was one of the richest personalities on the face of this earth. If it were possible to escape death on the basis of wealth, then Karun, who was the richest man of his time, would never have died. If death was avoidable with power, then Rustam and Pharaoh would have never died. Give. Give. Give. Give.

[00:04:02]Give. Give. Give. Give. Give. Give. They were the most powerful personalities of their times. If it was possible to escape death on the basis of strength and power, then Pharaoh and Rustam, who were the most powerful people of their time, would never have died. If death was avoidable with kingship then Namrud would have never died who was the dictator to half the world. If it was possible to escape death on the basis of kingship, then Namrud, who was the ruler of his time and ruled over half the world, would never have died. If death was avoidable with ministry then Haman would have never died who was one of the most influential personalities in this world. If death was avoidable with medicine then fake Noah who was the biggest doctor. He was one of the greatest hakim and doctor of his time. He would have never died. The message is very simple. Death will come and it will take you straight away. Not even a split of a second and a fraction of a second will be given to you. nothing. No one will give you even a second. The time is over. You will be lifted from this world.

[00:05:00]Today people deny God, people deny Allah, people deny Quran, people deny profits but no one denies death. It is a unanimous agreement of the entire humanity that death is certain.

[00:05:11]Death will come, death will reach there. No one denies this. You are a big celebrity or a popular personality.

[00:05:20]You have to face death. I remember one incident, which had happened just a couple of decades ago. One of the greatest celebrities in this world. One of the American popstars. And such was his popularity. He was such a great popstar and his popularity was so very high that till today the world has not witnessed such a great celebrity with such great popularity like him.

[00:05:44]Because to get just a glimpse of that person of that celebrity people have to go crazy and there has to be steampad and there has to be ah death rates to just have a glimpse of that person. And when people would get a glimpse of that personality they tend to go unconscious with joint pleasure that I saw him. He was such a big celebrity.

[00:06:05]So what happened was ah from some sources and may be someone had told him some scientist told him that a human body, the mechanism of a human body and the organs are designed in such a way that if you take care of this human body in a proper manner and if you manage your organs in a proper way then this body this human body is fit to live for 150 years if we protect ourselves from viruses bacteria and other infections so what did he do? Without even giving a second thought to himself, he announced and declared to the entire world that I am going to live for 150 years.

[00:06:44]He declared that he would live for 150 years. And he didn't just announce it out of thin air. He took the precautions as well. I will tell you the extreme level of precaution that it takes to not inhale the normal oxygen that we are doing.

[00:06:57]He did not inhale normal oxygen. There have to be fresh oxygen cylinders that he has to keep beside him. And he has to inhale the fresh oxygen from those cylinders. And he did not sleep on the bed. He had to sleep in a case where fresh oxygen would be provided to him. And his food did not come from the kitchen. His food came from the laboratory. Entirely checked, not even a single bacteria should be there in his meal. And he is to not travel in a normal and ordinary vehicle. His vehicle was completely customized. And his vehicle was sanitized. That not even a single germ should be found in his vehicle. And whenever he has to make his foreign trip, there has to be a team of doctors who would accompany him. And very frequently they diagnose him from head to toe that everything is working properly and the mechanism of the body is moving on swiftly. And he had donors ready in case if anything happens to his liver and kidney, the transplantation should be done immediately. He took so much precaution but at the age of 50 he had a heart stroke and a heart attack. Death Took Him From the Brightness of This World and Through Him into the Darkness of the Grave. Death took him away from the world's charm and threw him into the grave. He had gone to challenge death. He had gone to challenge death. Even today people are living in such a manner that dying is not in their schedule.

[00:08:22]We are thinking that we are not going to die.

[00:08:23]Just living is living. You are doing such deeds. We are living our lives involved in such crimes that today we are not even feeling that we have to die. We have to face Allah Subhana Taala. We are living our lives as if we have to stay here forever. They come back after burying people.

[00:08:42]But it does not occur to us that one day someone will bury us too. People's dead bodies are being lifted. But it does not occur to me that our funeral will also be carried out. We don't even think of it. So many long expectations – I will do this next week, I will do this next month, I will do this after a year, I will do this after 5 years, I will do this after 10 years.

[00:08:59]Years of planning is ready. But in that planning there is no planning for death, that preparations for death also have to be made. Here I remember a very lovely saying of Hazrat Ghaus Pak Rahmatullah Tala. There are three orders of Hazrat Ghaus-e-Pak (may Allah have mercy on him).

[00:09:14]I will tell it to you and it's really very soul trembling. You listen to that and try to count on it. Even I will try to explain it to you. Hazrat Ghaus Pak (may Allah have mercy on him) says that many shrouds are washed and ready but the people who will wear them are roaming around in the market.

[00:09:32]If you just ponder upon this point there is so much of depth and insight in this point that I will just explain it to you. Whenever you go to the market and visit a shop where you find a shroud, you can buy a kafan. If you go to that shop, you will see that many shrouds are washed and kept ready in the racks.

[00:09:52]And you know that the shrouds that are kept in the racks, packed in plastic, are not for any dead person.

[00:09:58]That is for living people. That means the person wearing it is roaming around in the market. It is possible that the person wearing it may be present in the same shop. We don't even realize that our shroud has arrived in the market. It is packed and kept in the shop and we have to wear it after two-three or four days.

[00:10:16]Just look at the depth of the sayings of Huzur Gaus Pak. There is so much depth in this that the shroud comes first and the person dies later.

[00:10:25]Just look at it. So the second order that Hazrat Ghaus- e-Pak (may Allah have mercy on him) says is that many graves are ready by themselves and those who go inside them are engrossed in worldly life in the markets outside.

[00:10:39]Here too, if you ponder upon this point, there is so much depth in it.

[00:10:43]Whenever you go to a graveyard, you would have noticed and observed that the person who digs graves, if you go to any graveyard, you will see one or two graves dug and ready, that they keep them ready, if anyone comes, they will bury him in this grave and whenever we call any graveyard and say that brother, such a death has happened in our house, then they say yes, yes, come and bring him, we have a grave dug and ready. So as per the orders of Hazrat Gaus Pak, many graves have been dug and made ready. But those who enter it are engrossed in the life of the world. It is possible that the time may come for one of us to go to the grave which Gorkhan has dug and kept ready. That means he is digging his grave with his feet and the man is engrossed in worldly life. He is not even aware, nor does he have any idea that after two-three days I will have to go to the grave. So a person is lost in the beauty and the glory of this world that he has forgotten the purpose of his life. He has just forgotten his death. Hazrat Gaus Pak gives the third order that many houses are ready after being built. But the time for those who want to go inside it is also over.

[00:11:51]Before explaining this third a narration of Huzur Gaus Pak. I will share with you one incident, a live incident that I had heard from someone that there was one person in our neighboring country who went to Hong Kong. A man went to Hong Kong from his neighboring country to work. And he was working as a personal there as a security. And he had a dream that I should build a bungalow in my hometown. He had a wish that I should build a bungalow for myself in the country from where he had come. So he was working really very hard and every month he had to send a big amount to his family so that they could take care of their expenses and also fulfill his dream of building a bungalow for him.

[00:12:31]So for 30 years he worked relentlessly and with unwavering dedication. He was working very hard day in and day out. Worked for 30 years. He kept sending money home and getting his bungalow renovated. After 30 years he got a call from his family.

[00:12:47]His family members called and said that he should come home now. Now 30 years have passed and you have worked very hard and your bungalow is also ready.

[00:12:56]Now whatever time is left, spend the rest of your life with your family. So he said okay, let's go home now and spend some time with our family.

[00:13:05]So what he did was he packed all his belongings. I packed my luggage and booked a flight and asked him to deliver my luggage to my home. And for himself he arranges for a farewell party.

[00:13:15]He arranged a small farewell party for himself.

[00:13:17]So that he called some of his colleagues, his friends and said to him that I am going to leave this country forever and probably I am not going to come back.

[00:13:27]So let us meet together have a meal together so that I am going to leave tomorrow to my hometown. So he gathered everyone and arranged for food. Everyone came, his friends and colleagues all came and were eating food. Were having fun. There was a lot of laughter going on. Suddenly that person who was supposed to go to his bungalow tomorrow, he got a hard stroke without even getting an opportunity to take him to the hospital, he was declared dead, he passed away, his body came back on the same flight by which his luggage was to be brought back, now after narrating this incident I want you to recollect the narration of Huzur Gossip Pak what he had said, many houses have been constructed and are ready but the time for those who were to go inside them is also over. That means his bungalow was ready. For 30 years he worked relentlessly with unwavering dedication. Kept earning money for 30 years. Kept building my house.

[00:14:24]Just one day later, next day he had to reach his home. He died. He could not go but his dead body entered that house.

[00:14:32]So today people have such high expectations. So many will do this, they will do that, they will do this. They don't have any planning for their death. What's Going to Happen When I Die. And death is just uncertain. It's not going to tell you that I am approaching you. Please be prepared for it. Death is just uncertain.

[00:14:51]People die while sitting. People leave this world as they go. In which overwhelming situation we are in that we are not going to die. It's the bitter reality of life. Be prepared for it. So this is about the death. Now, let me give you the solution as well.

[00:15:07]That's How to Prepare for Death. I am going to give you two solutions. And if you can note it down, if you can remember practice upon it. So that it could be for you to proper for death. The number one, the first solution that I'm going to recommend you is that seek knowledge. Get an education. Try to Seek Education with Regards to the Purpose of Our Existence. Because if you don't know the purpose of your existence, how are you going to live your life. Today people have determined and have plan their purpose of life to achieve the success in this world. Today people understand that our aim is to do big business.

[00:15:45]Our aim is to expand a lot of import and export. Today people think that becoming a doctor is the goal. The aim is to become an engineer. The goal is to achieve your dream job.

[00:15:52]So these are the necessities of a life.

[00:15:55]What is the purpose of a life? This is not something which will be determined by ourselves.

[00:15:59]We do not have the authority to state our own purpose. Why? I will give you one example. For example, this mic. This mic is something which is being invented by me. I invented this mic.

[00:16:12]Ok? And the next day I have a press conference. I called up some journalists, some press conference people. And in the press conference I'm going to launch this mic. So, now, ah who is going to tell the purpose of this mic that why have I invented and manufactured this mic?

[00:16:29]Why did I make this mic?

[00:16:31]Who will tell its purpose? Will he tell me whether he became a journalist or the audience will tell me or I will tell him. It's quite obvious that I have made the microphone, so I will tell its purpose. So from this example it became clear that the person who created the thing himself tells its purpose. The person who created something tells its purpose. So who gave birth to you and me? Obviously the Creator is Allah Subhana Taala. Allah Tabark Wa Taala created it. Did you ever ask him that or Allah Azajal you have created us? You Have Sent Us Into This World? What is the purpose of our life?

[00:17:07]What is the purpose of our existence?

[00:17:09]Why were we sent into the world? Why were we born into this world? Did we ever ask? As per one of the research that I have read, there are around 20 million species who are living and dwelling on the face of this Earth. And not even a single species is being created by Allah Sunnah Taala which is without a purpose. Every species has some purpose or the other. There is some wisdom in making even a small thing. Every creature that Allah Tabark Taala has created has been created with some purpose. So when every creation has been created with a purpose, then you and I, who are the most noble creatures, the superior in all the creation, were created like this. We don't have any purpose. We have a purpose. We have been sent for a purpose. Our aim is to play, laugh, just wandering in the streets, having fun and enjoying our desires, chasing the pleasure of our life and fulfilling all our wishes and desires and just chasing the unfulfilled desire. This is not our purpose of life. A Purpose of a Life Is to Prepare Ourselves for the Hereafter. Whenever you get time, ask questions in the court of Allah Tabark Wa Taala. O Allah, why did you create us? What is the purpose of a life? You will get the answer in the Holy Quran Allah Sunna Ta'ala will tell you Al Khautsan Ala We have created death and life to test you who among you does good deeds. We have created death and life to test you who is the best of deeds among you.

[00:18:40]Who is the best among you? We are not being sent to just have fun and just to have gossiping and friends get together and social media and wandering in the street changing our unlawful desires fulfilling our whims and wishes and temptations so we are not sent into this world the only purpose that we are being sent into this world is to prepare ourselves for the year after so the first solution for everyone is to learn what is the purpose of our life because if we know the purpose of life then we will get a proper guidance and a road map where to go, what to do and how to prepare for a death. This is the first solution. The Second Suit Remember Your Death Frequently and Abundantly.

[00:19:23]Remember your death with exercise. Let me tell you honestly, this is really a powerful tool.

[00:19:29]Remembrance of death is such a powerful tool that it will propel you to refrain from sins.

[00:19:36]You will be saved from sins. I will give you one single example. If you get to know from an authentic source that tomorrow you are going to leave this world and tomorrow you are going to die from some authentic source may Allah grant you a long long long life but just imagine for a second of consideration that you are going to die tomorrow afternoon ok tell me with all honesty and sincerity tomorrow if you die in the afternoon will you go near any one sin will you watch a film will you watch movies will you qaza namaz will you lie? Will you take the females of your house to roam around the markets without any veil? Forget about committing a scene. You will not even think of committing a scene. The rosary will not fall from your hand. I will not feel like leaving the mosque. I will not raise my forehead from prostration.

[00:20:31]I gave you a very big example.

[00:20:33]Till tomorrow afternoon. Our situation is such that we do n't even know whether we will be alive for the next 30 minutes or not.

[00:20:41]We don't even know whether we will be alive for the next half an hour or not. If we get confirmation tomorrow afternoon that we will die tomorrow afternoon, then we will not commit even a single crime, we do not know about the next minute. Then why are we so boldly disobeying Allah? We're Dwelling Down Into the Ocean of Sins. They are committing so many crimes. Despite that there is no fear. There is not a teardrop.

[00:21:06]That we are living this life in true according manner in an undisciplined way disclosing Allah Subhan Taala. So remember your death. This is really a powerful tool that you can get to know by one of the narrations which I am going to read it now. That once bilaw profit sallahu taala alaihi wa sallam was passing by some of the Companions. Who are having a good time they were laughing and they were talking to each other as Prophet Sallallahu Taala Wasallam said remember death because death is the destroyer of all the pleasures. In your talks and conversations, remember death because death is something that destroys pleasures. If you remember that you will not be able to cross the boundary lines and the limitations said by Allah Subhana Taala. You should always remember that after death I will have to answer to Allah.

[00:21:57]And If You Forget Death That Is The Cause Of Headlessness And Going Astray And Living Your Life In Accordance To Your Whims And Desires. So do not forget death.

[00:22:08]Remember death. Remember by exercising. Remember your death very frequently and abundantly.

[00:22:13]Abundantly. Always keep remembering. Think about this when you wake up in the morning.

[00:22:16]I have to die.

[00:22:19]Think about it before going to sleep at night. I have to die. This will help you to refrain from sins and encourage you to do good deeds and please Allah Subhan Taala. So keep this in mind.

[00:22:29]So it is the best solution. Hazrat Umar let me tell you this. Hazrat Umar had hired one person and his task was just one thing to come and remind Hazrat Umar that he had to die. Omar Remembers Death. This was the only work of that person that he used to come every day and remind Hazrat Umar that Umar is going to die. And he is to pay him. Hazrat Umar is to pay him. And do you know who Hazrat Umar is? Hazrat Umar is the person who is the Khalifa-Duaam. Hazrat Umar is that person who is confirmed as Jannati. It is from the Ashra Mubashara. Hazrat Umar is that person on seeing whom the devil changes his path.

[00:23:11]Hazrat Umar is that person who, if he throws his arrow on the ground, stops the earthquake coming on the ground.

[00:23:17]If someone writes a letter to the Nile River, the Nile River starts flowing.

[00:23:23]Hazrat Umar is that personality whose name makes even great kings tremble. Hazrat Umar had hired a man to come and remind him of his death every day. So if he being such a superior personality and his rank and status is such at a peak level that we cannot even think of going to that rank and status.

[00:23:45]How much should we remember our death? So remember your death frequently and abundantly so that it could be easier for you to prepare for death and abstain and refrain yourself from sins and unlawful desires. May Allah Subhan Ta'ala grant us the faculty of understanding to remember our death and prepare for that death. So that it could be easy for us when we leave this world and approach death and it could be a day of joy and celebration for us because if a person is prepared for death he would be joyful and cheerful to embrace death as well may Allah subhana taala grant us that rank and status sallu al habib sallallahu taala mohammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam talash ibadat to dar tas bhi hai jahanjustujue ilm ye bulundi hai jahad justuju ye bulundi hai
