[00:00:11]I want to define clearly 100% on-chain should not be vague or marketing language like with these other blockchains. I mean the front end, the website, should be fully on-chain. The logic, for example, when you interact on a website and you click something, that all needs to be on-chain. When the data that drives the website, for example, a picture of social media website or somewhere like OpenChat for communities, the pictures, the comments, the likes, the sign-in, the identity, the governance, all of it needs to be on-chain or it's not actually decentralized because whoever controls the off-chain identity layer or whoever controls the website where people vote is completely capable of doing whatever they want.
