Applying high-level business jargon to a podcast beef is a pretentious attempt to turn celebrity drama into a strategic case study. It over-intellectualizes a simple lack of professional discipline by dressing it up in "value creation" buzzwords.

ARIES SPEARS JUST ENDED HIS PODCAST CAREER AFTER THIS…Added:
What up? It's your boy Aries Spears here. Listen man, I said I wasn't going to address this cuz I didn't feel like I really needed to. But I'm going to address it because the warriorike spirit in me that's a Aries cuz that's my zodiac is fighting it. But I'm going to try to be a gentleman about it as much as I can. Apparently Vlad decided to do an interview where he's taking shots at me and throwing me under the bus. And let me just say for the record, uh Vlad, you are a coward, a narcissist, and a hypocrite. because I didn't even really watch the whole video cuz what turned me off immediately was he started out by saying we not friends. You said to me in my face on multiple occasions that we are friends but now all of a sudden because I asked you for a bump in pay and that pissed you off, we're not friends. So which is it? Tell the truth.
And let me give y'all a little bit of backstory. So basically I called Vlad and said, "Look, I feel like I want a little bit of bump in pay cuz I know my value. You once had Lord Jamar, Goffrey, Tony Ao, Boozy, and me. All of which many times people said were your best guess. Who's the only one left? Me.
Goffrey left. Jamar left. Yayo left. And Boozy left. I'm the last one standing.
And when people go, "Yo, I watched the show because of you. Yo, I I I I subscribe to his channel. The moment your interview's over, I unsubscribe."
There's value in that. So, you're mad at me because I'm recognizing my worth. And I told you I wanted TO BE FAIR. I WASN'T even saying pay me what you pay boozy cuz I get it from a numbers business standpoint. I get it. I'm just asking you to be a little bit fair. And now here's the thing again. You're a liar.
You're a coward. And you're a hypocrite because what you do is you want to be seen so badly instead of just doing what you do best, which is stay behind the camera. Two times you asked to come to my shows. One, I forget where it was in in in LA. I think it was Oxnard or Braille, whatever. And then the other one at the Nova Theater. Both times I gave you free tickets. And you said to me both times, "Yo, shout me out. SHOUT ME OUT." WHY IS THAT? BECAUSE it's so important FOR YOU TO HAVE THE attention on yourself. And I didn't shout you out because I knew that. That was my moment.
That was my time. When I'm on your show, it's both our times. So, there's that.
Then here's the other thing. You went and talked [ __ ] about my podcast partner Andy Steinberg, WHO YOU BEFRIENDED BOTH TIMES YOU CAME TO MY SHOW. NOW, ALL OF a sudden, you talking [ __ ] about him. Make that make sense. And let's get another thing straight.
Nine times out of 10, when you want to boost your boost your your numbers, who do you always go to? The black community. So whether you are using us to help your platform, and I'll be real, we help each other. And I've said that.
I've never disrespected you. I've never talked crazy about you. I just simply said I want my worth. But you use the black community when you need us. And you play the black card when you in some black dussy. And when I say dussy, I don't mean the word dussy. I mean a word that starts with P that rhymes with dussy. Cuz that's who you are, gadget.
And when I SAY GADGET, I'M not talking about the word gadget. I'm talking about a word that starts with F that rhymes with gadget. YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M SAYING? YOU GADGET DUSSY. AND I'LL do you one better. I'll come on your show one more time for free. You ain't got to pay me [ __ ] and we could talk about it right then and there so we could get the truth. Cuz there's three sides to the truth. Your story, my story, and the truth. So don't be a coward. Bring me back and let's go through it. And I'll take a page out of Cannabis's book, Second Round Knockout Against LL. We can get it live in front of the cameras on your own sitcom. I'll let you kick a verse. [ __ ] it, I'll let you kick them all. I'll even wait for the studio audience to applaud. Now watch me rip the tack from your arm. Sticky for your vanguard award in front of your mother first, second, and third born. Had me get on the horn. Call Minister Farrakhan so he could persuade me to squash it. I say now that he STARTED IT. HE FORGOT WHAT A HARDCORE ARTIST IS. YOU WANT TO TALK [ __ ] ABOUT ME? The one the one OF THE BEST [ __ ] TALKERS IN THE GAME, BRING YOUR ASS, [ __ ] BRING YOUR ASS. HAVE ME ON. Don't be A COWARD, DUSSY. DON'T BE A COWARD, GADGET. LET'S GET IT ON. And because you Russian, I'll do like Drago.
If he dies, he dies.
>> See, the issue with Mr. Spears is, and I'm noticing this with him, Booy, and a lot of people like when it come to bloggers and people who got podcast, who pay artists or whoever to come on their show, everybody want to talk about numbers and getting more money, right?
And then the ones who deserve more money, they don't usually have to talk too much cuz the pay I mean the numbers going to show. Sometimes [ __ ] still got to speak up for theirel cuz sometimes [ __ ] get big numbers too early like they just blow up out of nowhere and yeah so they may still get played on a little bit but a mother who's sturdy in the game. You ain't gonna play with Kat Williams off the back because he's too sturdy. It's just certain people you ain't gonna play with 50 off the bat because you you ain't gonna play with Jay because he you know uh they don't never call Vlad say cheese ask DJU ask yella ask anybody who 607 anybody who interview [ __ ] how many people call and say hey what can I do better for us to get more numbers cuz this [ __ ] a team this [ __ ] a partner ship [ __ ] Should we come up with some skits? Should we come up with a play?
Hey, now certain [ __ ] do that.
The ones who run plays and [ __ ] like that. They be more so when they a real team. But I'm talking about when you just interviewing a regular guest. How many mother called be like that you already interviewed the first time? How many of them call be like, "Hey, man. We got to do better to get more likes, more clicks, more subscribers, more Yeah, because I'm trying to get up to 5K."
Mother don't never call and be like, "What numbers I need to hit to get 10K per interview? What goal do I need to reach so we can reach this goal?" Because this what I need. But I'mma keep working with you for this price till we get here.
Once we get here, I get this. If we get here, I get this. So, I'm trying to get 10K, then I'm trying to go to 15 and 20.
Buddy was supposed to call Blad be like, "What I need to do to get to 25K?"
Study, [ __ ] who getting the 5 million views, the six million views?
You a comedian, you got talent, so why the You can't go viral. Study the game.
Link with the Instagram.
Comedians.
Yeah. Sharpen up your skills.
learn new sayings and [ __ ] like that.
Put your own little twist to it.
And then when you do the interviews, mix that [ __ ] and yeah, reer rock that [ __ ] and split it out. If that [ __ ] take off, it do. If it don't, it don't.
But [ __ ] don't even try to come up with a plan. [ __ ] don't got no goals, no game plan, no nothing. Don't even ask.
Don't even ask. Hey man, show me the numbers. [ __ ] got a fall out with you for a [ __ ] Be like, I'll show you the numbers. Hey, ask Vlad. [ __ ] go over there and sit down with them. Talk the numbers. What I need to do? Should we start going in a little bit more? Should I start learning about more topics?
Let's say shooting cases or situations with rappers, let me understand the [ __ ] more. That way, when you ask me about it, I don't be like, I don't know. I really give good detail.
I give a good feedback to it because I'm paying attention.
Little [ __ ] like that. Like [ __ ] just don't never try to get better as a guest. They just want more money cuz they feel like they got a name. Some people ain't really got to get better.
It's just them. They lit. They just want more money, right? But like him, it's a lot of work you need to be doing.
You getting to 4K, but they don't even have his [ __ ] green most of the time.
Your [ __ ] be yellow.
[ __ ] ain't making no real profit off you. You supposed to use take that 4K, get you some merch, sell the merch on Vlad, like promote it whatever you got going.
Well, other merch for money.
Then you could have got yourself more money on Vlad. You sitting on the platform. He let you come up there the most. You can't tell [ __ ] hey, I wear your t-shirt. Give me 250, 500.
I wear your hat. So you can wear a hat, give me 500, give me 300. T-shirt, two 300 pants, two 300 shoes, two three 400, however, a thousand. Whatever you worth.
I'm just throwing numbers out there.
Shout outs. Throw you in the story. Make up a story. Finesse this [ __ ] man. You can make [ __ ] look good. Hey [ __ ] I can make you look good. Hey, you want more females? [ __ ] I could be like I come up with some [ __ ] I'll come up with some [ __ ] Hey, you give me a couple racks. Give me a horn. Give me I'll turn you up. Yeah, I'll turn you up. I even have them put up your picture and everything cuz the story I'mma tell them. Yeah.
I had you. Yeah. Looking sturdy. You'll be able to tell little joints you have come through the crib. Hey, I'm on Black Vlad TV. You heard what my boy said about me.
That's a whole different type of little finesse play. I ain't saying that [ __ ] will work or glad to let you run it, but [ __ ] it's something else to bring more income, man. You could tell different brands like this right here. You could be holding this [ __ ] drinking that [ __ ] the whole time. That's promotion. That's a bad [ __ ] That's a bag. You can have somebody the album. They bring up music.
Hey, you know I've been listening to had the album right there. Tell the dude make a hard copy. Charge him a thousand and [ __ ] I'll put your [ __ ] on Vlad TV.
That's six million people that see your [ __ ] That's six million. That's potential of six million people that can see your [ __ ] However many followers bu you just want all the money to come from Vlad, [ __ ] Learn how to work the situation.
Your extra money is the customers. The same fans is telling you, [ __ ] we don't need subscriber. You need to get the money out of them by selling merch, different [ __ ] Yeah, you could have had Bl You could have did some 50-50 [ __ ] Had Blit, come up with the merch. He get his cut cuz you know he'll push it. You or you ain't got to give him 50%. Give him 30%, 20%. He want you to eat. So he ain't really got to you dig. So you ain't even try to come up with no other solution. You ain't tell them like, "Hey man, pocket hurt." Like, cuz I ain't trying to ask you for more money. Either I'mma do better and get more money, earn it, but we need to come up with some other [ __ ] Like, I could have did a couple episodes and let [ __ ] come up there and spit the [ __ ] that you be saying garbage when Will Smith was rapping. You could have made that [ __ ] go viral, right? And then I could have had like two or three episodes. See how I do. Have a come spit.
Either they file or they garbage. Had a little button and say garbage or you say it in the mic. Bam.
Never know what they can do. What if that [ __ ] do three 400,000 views cuz the people you got coming up there. That's why you got to find dope people to come up there and godamn go against each other or just spit a verse.
You dig? So man, you ain't never try to call them and come up with no ideas. Five figure ideas, six figure ideas, million dollar ideas. None of that though. It's just [ __ ] up the pay or [ __ ] [ __ ] you. Same [ __ ] with booy. Up the pay. You want to up it click. So he feel like [ __ ] don't respect him. So now he know like n the ones who respect me respect them.
Other than that we keeping the [ __ ] business. Yeah, we keeping this [ __ ] He really keeping it 55th Street because he with [ __ ] M. He really keeping that [ __ ] 55th Street right now. You leave at Bat Rouge. Yeah. You leave at Bat Rouge and then keep that [ __ ] 55th Street. Get money on the West Coast, you dig? So, another [ __ ] that burned the brussy can burn the Vlad Bridge. [ __ ] still do 100K a weekend. What about you though?
Booy can afford like all this backlash we give Booy. That [ __ ] don't matter.
[ __ ] got movies, real estate, albums, all type of [ __ ] man.
There's dude doing promo. You getting paid about eight, nine, 10 different ways. Probably more than that. Probably more than that. So, he can afford to lose 25K cuz somebody calling him with 25K for a show or a verse in a show, you dig? So, man, you trying to copy Booy, but Booy got backups. Booya already got M's in the bank account. You think he bought that house off black TV interviews? You think the cars he drive came from black TV interview? He about to spend that [ __ ] on clothes. You got to think he taking care more than just him. Child support.
You know, that's why you shouldn't really burn the bridge with little money like that. 25,000 they can cover child support. They can cover a little small expenses that you don't want to come out your pocket. You dig? Like it could be exotic whip, you want jewelry and you don't want that [ __ ] really coming out your pocket just sitting down two hours. Then you can cut that [ __ ] in half. Tell Vlad like, "Hey, we should do more interviews."
You know, you could pay me my 25,000 for one and then when I just keep coming back, we can do 10 10 10 or 12. You know what I'm saying? Let Vlad eat a little bit more at the top.
Then you go to 30. You could have did it like that, too. You could be like, "Okay, give me 35 on top, off top, but I'mma start coming a little bit more.
Give me the 35 off the top first of the month, first week of the month or whatever. However we do it, then I'm I'mma double back. We cut that [ __ ] in half. That way you can eat whatever you didn't make up. Say you didn't you broke even on that. You ain't make nothing on that interview. Well, I'mma do you 15.
I'mma do you 15 or 125 on the next one.
that you you know because if you make 30 35 and you uh uh uh get off debt the next year I may come back depending on how the schedule is.
Let's try to knock out at least three interviews a month.
Let's do three interview. We ain't got to do two hours. We ain't got to do two hours. Long as we talking about the current events, we can just run it like that and you top of the month pay me my full amount. Other two cut that [ __ ] in half or however one we cut in half so you can eat off the top. The other one say one you give me 15 so you can eat eat the next one give me my regular 25,000. So give me 35,000 for one give me 15 for the next one. Give me 25,000 for the third one. Then start all the way over and play it like that. That way Vlad still eat E. you still can make 50 60,000 give or take between 30 to 50,000 and you still get your shoe three interviews per month.
However, it could be FaceTime like uh Chad Johnson and um Shannon Sharp.
It could be that. It could be face to face like how I've been doing. Just do it and switch it up. Sometimes be at the crib, boostery crib. Sometime go do an interview looking at cars, however, man.
Just do a fishing interview, all type of [ __ ] man. And see what they should do.
Say you don't want to do it like that.
You can tell Vlad, all right, give me the 25,000 what you been doing. But if the interview hit this, do this, give me 40, give me 35, just pay me on my back end. So let's say you saying the numbers don't go up.
Okay, give me the 25. But if it sh do 7 million, [ __ ] throw me another five.
That's 30.
Yeah, put that [ __ ] in half. If it do 8 million, [ __ ] give me my whole 40.
Give my whole 40. [ __ ] really just do the same. You making 10K, keep it at 25.
Keep it at 25.
But it's different ways. the goddamn skin a cat.
But with Aries though, he could do the same [ __ ] just smaller amount.
Hey, you want a little bit more? I want 7,000. All right. Keep giving me the four. But if it do this, give me the seven on the back end. If it don't, yeah, play it like that. He only can say no.
He only if he really with you, he ain't going to do that for everybody. But if he really [ __ ] with you and he really value that relationship, he may got them do it like that. Like, all right, bet.
That's fair. That's fair.
>> Gary Spears. So, the $25,000 thing comes out. I'm out with my kids, right? We're doing like an escape room, if you know what that is.
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> Right. I'm out with my twins. We're doing an escape room and I'm I'm enjoying my time with my kids. So, then I get these text messages from Aries.
Yo, Booy's getting 25,000.
We need to renegotiate.
And look, look at these comments. Look at these YouTube comments. I only watch Vlad TV when Aries on. Yo, Aries needs a raise. Aries is my favorite guest. He's the only one I watched.
And I said, well, first of all, you you just got raised up.
You get nowhere near the views of Booy.
Nowhere near the views. Like Booy is just a way bigger figure.
The shows that Booy does are massive compared to what Ary Spears does.
Like Booy on camera is way more entertaining than damn near anybody.
Booiey's a force, man. He's an awesome personality.
And on top of it, when I told him, you know, the whole thing with Booy getting paid 25, Booy was really getting paid 20, but then I figured out a way to get him more money by doing house tours. You see what I'm saying? So, it's really 20 plus five for the house tour. And a lot of times, the interview might not make the 20, but the house tour will make some extra money. And overall, it makes money. Me and Aries don't do house tours.
>> And I'm like, like, fam, like, you just got raised up. We can't have a conversation based on YouTube comments. He said, "Yo, you're not gonna convince me what I'm worth. Look at these people. They say they come only for me and you need to you need to up my salary."
>> Oh, it's like a hostile takeover, huh?
>> And if you don't, then maybe we're done.
>> Oh, wow.
Playing like that.
>> I said, "Listen, I'm out with my kids, right? I don't have access to my laptop, to the numbers, or whatever else. So, I get home and I said, "Yo, now I'm home.
Let's have a conversation about the numbers." He said, "Cool. Let's do it."
I said, "Cool. What What time works for you?" "Uh, at 5:00." Bet. I change around my schedule. I clear my schedule out and I I'm like, "Okay, me and me and Aries are going to have a a business conversation at 5:00."
5:00 rolls around. He doesn't respond.
I said, "All right, cool."
Next morning, maybe around, I don't know, 10:30, 11:00, I hit him up again.
I said, "Do you still want to have this conversation?" You know what he said?
What?
>> Yeah. At some point, h >> I looked at my phone and I said, "I am done with this [ __ ] forever."
Gary Spears.
>> He's just disloyal, a hater, pocket watching. and he don't put up the number getting more than what he deserve because Vlad won't make no money off dude. Vlad shows you everything yellow.
Then a making no money. He giving you four bands and he ain't making nothing.
Everything yellow. Now you want to try to play this race card like you stepped on something that's white or you didn't apply pressure to something white. Stop bringing that up. You ain't going to do nothing about nothing. Yeah, man. N he showed that you disloyal. Like you ain't you worried about the next man, man. You need to focus on being more funnier and going more viral when you own the show.
No, you need to focus on how to go viral and make sure his videos turn green. If his video start turning green and he actually make a profit, he can't even say the profit he was making from you.
He's saying the profit he made from Booyu. How come when it come to you, it ain't no profit he saying. He just saying he paying you 4,000 but he's showing everything yellow. But you don't you talking about some you want some more money like you that good. You ain't never been that good. You had a moment on Mad TV. Uh when he on Mad TV, Mad TV, couple other little moments. That's it, man. You know, money through with you.
You know that.
Money through with dude, man. Why he keep playing, man? Yeah. He have a moment where he may tell a good joke here and there, but too cocky for the results, for the jokes, for the career he had. He too cocky.
He did like and it's burning a lot of bridges that he shouldn't be burning.
Like how you burning bridges that pay you especially when [ __ ] going slow. Then when your moments do happen, you don't do right with the money. I don't know what you be doing with the money. If I say Vlad, he undefeated right now. When it come to them two, yeah, when it come to them two, look, dude really disloyal. Don't give a [ __ ] about that back in the day. All your great moments you did have back in the day don't matter because you ain't rewrote history, but you popping it like you been that [ __ ] for the last 15, 20 years. That ain't the case.
That ain't the case, man. If you was an artist, you would be a one hit wonder.
If you was an artist and a one hit wonder song wouldn't be Ice, baby. It wouldn't be that good. It wouldn't be that strong though. Vlad, the reason why your name still probably in the algorithm right now, real talk, you take him away from you, we don't you ain't see your page. You did a video 3,000 followers. Only a hater or [ __ ] know he wrong or a [ __ ] know he greedy.
Really know he ain't a real one bring up comments to a business meeting.
Three or four comments, not millions of comments.
Not millions. It don't matter. They unsubscribe. People unsubscribe every day. You know how many people unsubscribe from Netflix stars then more people subscribing? You know how many people buy YouTube Premium one month then they don't pay it the next and get it back.
That's in every business that offer service like that. Give they unsubscribe.
[ __ ] still do millions and millions of views per month.
He did 400 million views last year, man.
Ain't true, man.
It's a lot of people with talent. Now, all Vlad got to do is open his doors more and start picking people who got the talent, but he still might run his same program cuz he feel like that'll water down his [ __ ] So, until that really the way he doing it really stop making a big profit or it stop making sense, he ain't going to switch it up. But like I said, he don't need to. You got Charleston White. I think Charleston going to bring Finesse through the door. Aiden Ross, all that [ __ ] Yeah.
Aiden Ross going to turn Vlad up too.
Let's not forget when these streamers start coming on these podcastes like that. What that's going to do, he ain't got to kiss Booy ass. You don't. If you cut the check, you ain't got to bow down to no rapper. Now, if it's a Money Man Say Cheese situation and a [ __ ] up and coming and Money Man gave Say Cheese an interview for free, gave him another interview, I think a verse or two, a whole bunch of [ __ ] then yeah, it'll make sense. He asking for the bread. But if a [ __ ] already built million subscribers, millionaire already already turned, man, it's just business. Stop acting like we friends when it's time to discuss more money. It's just business. You ain't never scratch my back.
Yeah. You ain't never He probably missed at least. Yeah, he missed hundreds of thousands. Not cutting off Charleston for four years. That's hundreds of probably a M.
Yeah. At least three 400 grand.
At least three 400 grand. Four years.
I ain't saying net. I'm saying gross.
Gross. So you making if he made 30,000 off of Charleston White interview and he interview him at least six times a year for four years. Yeah. He'd be at least two 300 grand.
That's if it did them numbers. Could have did more. He could have came up that more because Charles understand the value of them subscribers.
Booy just ain't give me more more more more right here. But not looking at the other doors that open up the you know a lot of people didn't that don't know Booy like us that didn't get the DVDs.
It's just no Booy from Shade Room or say you didn't grow up on Booy. You'll only get to know him from black TV interviews like that. It's a lot of people like that. So because everybody ain't street, everybody ain't urban. Everybody went on boo. Everybody to listen to that hardcore down south, dirty south music.
Like I say, I told y'all it was going to happen. Charles White TV.
The only separation from that was Booy for the most part. Charleston say it was money though. So I guess money and booy.
Now Charleston going to get paid a decent bag cuz Vlad know what Charles bring to the table. So we going to see how this [ __ ] play out. Hit that like button. Y'all subscribe. Y'all check these two videos out. I got right here, man. If y'all haven't. He was with him.
