Here in this video, we are going to discuss the gunshot questions for this subject of BBA semester 6. So coming back to the syllabus m there are five units you are having into your syllabus. First unit is evolution of customer relationship. Second unit is CRM concepts. Third unit is planning for CRM. Fourth unit fourth unit is CRM and marketing strategy. And the fifth unit is CRM problems in implementation. Okay.
So these are the five units you are having into your syllabus. Now okay. So first we will discuss the short questions which will be useful for your part A. Okay. So from first unit only four questions I have given up. This four questions is more than enough to cover part A. So define CRM benefits of CRM types of CRM. What is meant by CRM?
Customer relationship management. Okay.
And customer profitability. These four questions. In unit number two also define customer satisfaction, customer retention, customer loyalty and customer lifetime value. This four questions is more than enough. And unit number three also again four questions customer centricity, customer object, CRM objectives, CRM outputs, CRM strategy.
Okay. Now coming back to the unit number four again four questions only I have given. So be prepared with this four questions. Okay. So, Salesforce automation, campaign management, call centers and CRM. This is most the most most important questions. Okay. And the last unit, unit number five. Again, this four questions is more than enough to cover part A. So, whatever the questions I have discussed from first, second, third, fourth, fifth unit will be more than enough to attempt part A and to get the 20 marks weightage. Okay. Now coming back to the part BMA long questions. I will discuss. So whatever the questions I'm saying from each unit that will be enough. So unit number one if you are preparing these three questions you will cover every question every concept from unit number one definitely one question will be in your question paper. So evolution or emergence of CRM framework and scope of CRM benefits or types or importance of CRM. So compulsory there will be a topic question related to the CRM. compulsory question. Unit number two also again three questions only we are having customer acquisition and customer retention, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, customer lifetime value and customer experience management. You need to discuss these three questions. Okay. Now coming back to the unit number three.
What are the steps we are having in planning for CRM? What are the elements you are having for CRM plan?
