[00:01:06]Yeah, Shivangi, we have the order copy and I would request my cameraman to zoom into the order copy so that we can clearly establish that this is first on Republic exclusive because we are the one who have been tracking the story from day one and repeatedly the father of the deceased that is Mr. Navnidi Sharma had been demanding that a second autopsy should be done because uh there was lack of trust. There was a clear trust deficit in this entire case and they were demanding from day one that first there would should be a CBI probe and second there should be a second autopsy that should happen in this case.

[00:01:43]Now Shivangi, you very well understand the entire matter where the main belt that was used in the crime was not submitted by the investigative officer in initially when the probe began when the uh the first postmortem took place and also the body was decomposing and the family was continuously demanding that a second postmortem should happen and just yesterday this was ordered which was a big republic impact and a big victory uh for the family also a step towards becoming victorious in the entire matter. Now I I would like to read the order copy and it clearly states that Shri Navnidi Sharma the father of the deceased is present in person before this court and the writ petition has been filed by him. And also I I would like to go on to the sections.

[00:02:28]It mentions 828535 of the BNS section 2023 section 3 and four of diary prohibition act to immediately direct the respondents number one uh and to to four to secure and preserve the mortal remains of the deceased that is Shrimati Twisha Sharma in this case which is lying at the morttery in as Bhopal and restrain them from releasing the body for cremation, burial or otherwise disposing of of of it because you know Shivangi how they were trying to release the body so that they can do the cremation. The family was denying that we don't want to uh do the cremation in this case. We want a second autopsy in this case. And now the order further states that and also directs the respondents for conducting a second postmortem examination of the body of the deceased by a duly constituted board by director of the all India institute of medical sciences that uh that is from as New Delhi or as Jammu by a team headed by Dr. Desh Rao who who is DH Rao Mr. Desh Rao Dr. DH Rao is working as a professor and he is an HOD in the forensic medicine as Jammu either at as Delhi
