[00:00:02]They want to have control over everything and and I mean, the biggest thing for me, you know, in our podcast agency that we have, I have not booked one podcast for any of our clients since we've started.

[00:00:13]Because I realized when I was growing my mortgage business back in the day that I could not do it all. So, why do the things I'm not going to do in the beginning if I can find a way to have somebody else handle it. Stay in my zone of genius in the things I like to do and I'm good at and and it's, you know, made all the difference in the world.

And maybe there's a situation where part of it does have to move first, but often times there is a lot of other stuff that can move or get ready first and people ask, they're like, "What's the number one thing?"
