AI agents represent a new category of AI tools that can autonomously execute business tasks end-to-end, unlike traditional AI tools that only assist with thinking or writing. These agents operate through four core components: agents (autonomous workers), skills (templates for specific tasks), connectors (integrations with tools like Gmail, LinkedIn, and Alibaba), and channels (communication methods like Telegram and Discord). The key capability is parallel execution, where agents can simultaneously perform multiple tasks such as market research, supplier sourcing, product listing, and content creation without human intervention. This enables businesses to automate complex workflows like launching a Shopify store or conducting cold outreach campaigns through a single prompt, fundamentally changing how businesses can operate by offloading repetitive work to AI systems.

This New AI Employee Can Actually Run Your Business For YouAdded:
I wanted to find out if AI agents can actually run a business end to end, not write you an email, not give you a 12-step plan, like actually do the work.
So, I gave this one prompt to X AI work, and check this out. 90 seconds later, here's what I got. So, we have a brand called Bark Balance. We got about three products, all are backed by Amazon revenue numbers, and the landing page, it's all ready to go, and there is a store already in my Shopify admin. Now, it's just one click from actually going live. One prompt was able to do it all, and I have messed around with a lot of these tools, and this is the first one that doesn't just talk about your business, it actually runs it. And it doesn't matter if you sell products or services or content or whatever type of agency you're running, what's going on underneath this thing is the part that you will want to be paying attention to.
Real quick, before I actually jump into it, most AI tools, they help you think, they help you brainstorm, where you ask, they write something. X AI work, it's completely different category, because it's not just like a chatbot. It's a team of agents, and they actually go do the job for you. So, they log into your tools, they can run stuff while you're actually doing other things, other work, and they come back when they're actually done. And this whole application, it just boils down to about four different things. So, it's agents, skills, connectors, and channels. Now, that's the whole thing. Once you've got those four, you can then build whatever, like a Shopify store, an agency, a content brand. It doesn't matter, it's the same engine. Let me show you how. Inside of X AI's platform, we're just going to start off with the agents. So, each one of these, it's effectively just going to be a teammate that you have hired. So, you do get four out of the box. So, X AI, this is just going to be for any general stuff, and then Shopify operator for any stores if you do that, and e-commerce mind for your product and supplier work, and then coder if you're actually building some sort of software. Now, if none of what you're trying to do is actually fitting into that, you can click on a brand new agent and roll out something of your own. So, anything like a cold outreach rep or a content strategist or daily assistant, whatever you would otherwise be hiring for. So, you can pick the model as well inside of this. If we go to to the assistant and just describe brief description, we can go to the tools and what we actually wants to give it access to, all the skills that we wants to be setting up, the user profiles to providing it some context about us, and so much more. Now, we could also pick the model that we would like to be using. So, of course, like inside of here, we just provide the identity. So, call it whatever you want.
You don't really need to provide an avatar. If you want to do so, you can, but this is just making sure you can use the identifier, whatever it may be, making it a little bit more um friendly.
Anyways, you could change the model, Gemini, Quinn, OpenAI, Claude. I mean, they have access to pretty much every model out there. So, use whichever you prefer. And then next, we can move on to the tools. So, inside of these tools, we can give it access to the web and actually browse some sort of things. We can give it access to our terminal, utilities, agent collaboration, memory and planning, and so much more. So, feel free to explore that for yourself. But, this is just where you're going to provide it with all of these different abilities. Now, skills, one of the next most important pieces is effectively just different templates that you can give it access to. So, similar to Claude's skills, if you're familiar with that, you know, this is going to be able to define any skills for you. So, hypothetically, if I'm creating some pieces of content and I say I need you to find me a skill that's going to be best for writing this long-form YouTube script, it's going to find the skills that are going to be best fit that specific job. Same thing for a skill creator. If you just want it to be able to do create a skill, so if you're providing it with an automation or any sort of repetitive task, you could say create this automation, whatever I just described, into a skill. It'll be able to do so. We also have a Gmail assistant, an MCP CLI gateway, PowerPoint, PDF generators, docx generators, and so much more. You could also click on this add from recommending skill in which you'll be able to do find anything else that is currently available. So, like SEO and ads, I mean there's thousands of different skills that you can actually choose from. And of course next up in the user profile is just where you provide it with some context like what you would like this agent to be calling you, your background, and any specific notes.
Okay, so I just wanted to create that you can see our agent is now populating inside of our agents section. We can manage all them from right here. Now moving on to the next piece is the connectors and honestly this is where most AI tools actually fall flat. So skills as I mentioned these are what your agent actually knows and connectors they are how it actually does it in the real world. So anything like Gmail, anything LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Higgsfield, GitHub, and the big one alibaba.com. Alibaba.com being native is actually huge deal because this is alibaba.com product of course so the agent's plugged into 20 plus years of supplier and transaction data. So that's why the demo's going to feel a little bit different and just a quick heads up a couple I wanted was Google Drive and TikTok and Slack. Those are going to be coming very soon. So check what you need before you actually commit and there's alternatives if there's nothing that you actually have access to right here. Now another important feature is this channel section right here and if you have used open claw then you're going to be relatively familiar with this and channels are just how the agent actually talks to you. So we have Telegram, we also have Discord. So you're not just stuck staring at that location, you can actually use this inside of your internal communication platform. So you can text your agent from your phone and it'll of course just run in the background and it'll just ping you when it's done. That part's pretty sweet. So very high level that is the entire app.
So we have the agents, the skills, the connectors, and the channels. So figure out who's on the team, what they know, what they can actually touch, how they reach you. Now let me actually start running this. So what I'm going to do for this demo is I'm just going to create a Shopify store. So we're going to click on this Shopify operator and we are going to input this prompt here. It does just say launch a Shopify store for a dog supplement brand come up with three product ideas, a brand name with reasoning, and a landing page concept so I can just drop this straight into Shopify. So, honestly, I'm just trying to come up with the hardest scenario.
So, like a full e-commerce launch from scratch isn't necessarily the easiest thing where you have to do spin up some branding, product research, suppliers, your landing page, store setup, like all of it. So, my logic was like if it can pull off something that's going to be relatively messy, then it can handle anything that you would give a junior employee, right? So, cold outreach, content, operations, doesn't really matter what it is. So, I'm going to go ahead and run this off.
So, right off the bat, you'll notice that this is similar to any other models like planning mode. So, Claude, for example. So, it's going to split this whole thing into phases and run them all at the same time. So, pulling any market data with things like Jungle Scout, for example, and then validating against Amazon's revenue, and then building the brand. So, all of that is going to be done at once. And this is what people actually mean when they say agentic AI, for example. So, it's not just thinking, like it's actually performing, doing things for you. And whether you're launching a store or just running like cold email for maybe a service business, like this is the part that matters, just being able to actually perform work and having it all run parallel in the background without you sitting there.
So, anyways, we could just review what we got back. So, I finalized your brand identity, identified three high revenue product categories based on real Amazon market data. So, brand identity is BarkBoost. So, bark is unmistakably canine communicates an immediate health improvements. So, we can move on to product strategy. So, data-backed ideas, just finding some research of where we should actually be pivoting or positioning ourselves. And then the landing page concept, so the vitality flow. So, we could build this straight into Shopify using the standard sections and giving us all this information. Now, I know for majority of you, you don't sell physical products or anything like that. But if you actually pay attention to what's happening, it's not about what it it making right here, it's about the research and the decisions that it's actually making with specific reasoning and parallel execution. And you could just swap product ideas for any like lead lists or constant angles or service packages. Like it's the same exact workflow. But in any case, I'm going to answer its last question. Would you like me to proceed to stage 1B and find specific Alibaba suppliers for these three products? I'll just go ahead and say yes. Proceed. So now from here, it's going to run through Amazon and do some more market research. We can click on anything and just see like the specific tasks that it is handling. Next up, it's going to go through another sites and find some reliable Alibaba suppliers for the chosen dog supplement product with some margin analysis and then even go through and find all these different products and its specific pricing and any other associated details that would be additive to our research and output.
So now we just got back. All right, so here is the reliable Alibaba suppliers for each of your three bark boost products. So it found everything for us and we can just filter this by anything like the lowest cost or the lead time and we can also click on these product links right here. See if it's actually real. Looks like it is. And here we go.
So senior longevity soft chews. So providing practically all the work for us. So I mean, it quite literally has never been easier to start an agency, start a service, start a product brand, whatever it may be than it is right now.
So next up, we're just going to proceed and just type out I approve. Move to next stage.
And then from here, it's just going to go into the bulk product listing. So right off the bat, it's just going to ask me if I have my Shopify store. If so, I have to input all my credentials.
So let me go just go ahead and do that real quick. So I've just set up my application inside of Shopify. Now I got my client ID and I got my client secret.
So let me just throw that in. All right, just like that, our page and shop is actually just finishing up. So we have the brand name bark boost, the live product catalog. So it's uploaded everything into our store.
Here's the product images that it's created. Here's the hero banners, headlines, subheadlines, the CTAs, the featured collections, and some next steps. Is uh well, stage four is social media like drafting our first Twitter and Instagram post. So, actually creating the content for us, and then setting up some automations like currently setting up your daily monitoring for traffic and competitor price changes. But, let's just go ahead and check some things out before we actually have it do any of that. So, here inside of Shopify, you see it already got a start and added our products to this list, and you can already purchase them. I mean, this is pretty insane like what we have just created in the matter of What was that?
5 minutes? We can just scroll down to see some of the other products and input our email. Obviously, there's a lot to do from here like adding in this little banner right here. And I mean, if we actually wanted to create a successful store, there's going to be a lot of back-end things, but this is all going to be taken care of through Axio. So, if we did want it to actually start creating everything else that we would need it to create a successful store, we're just going to simply provide the prompt here to say approve, approve, proceed with the next stage. So, the next stage, this is going to be social media, and then the automations, [clears throat] but you know, we can different direction and have it go and start building anything else that we would deem a priority. Now, utilizing any other tools out there or any other like old AI systems, they would have helped you think about launching a store, write some outreach, or maybe like create that content plan for you, but this one it just does the whole thing for you end-to-end. I mean, that takes 5 minutes, and you can just do it all with just one simple prompt.
Especially for creating Shopify stores, it's going to be the better option, but obviously not all of you are going to be creating Shopify as a service. So, like I told you, the engine matters more than the demo of Shopify specifically. So, let me show you just the same thing in a totally different lane. So, it's not going to be Shopify, no products. This time, I'm just going to be running cold outreach. So, the thing that literally every service business, every agency, freelancer, consultant like has to do practically every week, and nobody actually likes doing. So, watch this.
I'm just going to click on a brand new agent. We're going to choose a daily assistant here, or we can also just go with uh creating a blank template, but let's choose this one and what it actually generates us. So, we have a description, so general purpose assistant for everyday tasks like writing, planning, research, summarization, Q&A, and light productivity. Now, from here, I'm just going to call this outreach, and this will be our obviously our outreach agent. We don't have to fill in the description, but let's go inside the tools, give it access to every single tool in here, give it access to all of these base skills. I mean, we can even have it add some more, but we'll just leave it alone for the time being. All right, so now that we have our outreach agent set up, we're just going to to open up and we're going to have it start finding some leads for us. So, I'm going to say specifically is find 20 founders running B2B SaaS companies between 10 to 15 employees who post about AI in LinkedIn. Write a personalized cold email to each one offering a free workflow audit. Don't send anything yet, just draft them in Gmail and let me go ahead and review. Before this step, let's first connect our Google account.
We just finished that up, and we'll see what we get here. So, as you can see, it's just doing some simple web searches to find all of these posts, but we could also connect LinkedIn or Apollo or Appify and have it actually utilize some of those skills or as they call it, I believe actors inside of Appify to pull from all of these sources, but we're going to give it access to this browser connection real quick. We just finished that up, just installed it inside of Chrome, and I was just going to continue with our web searches. All right, so we just got our results back. It did quite a bit of research. I mean, it worked for 10 minutes, so it made sure to actually find very solid leads. Um and these are actually pretty hot based on the post and the signals that we had given it.
So, founders found it. 20 verified B2B SaaS founders. The criteria is companies with 10 to 15 employees and recent LinkedIn activity discussing AI workflows. Personalization where each email now references a specific post or theme from the founder's recent LinkedIn activity. So, let's check those out. So, here's the founder's list. We have their name, company name, LinkedIn profile, and the summary of the AI posts found.
Let's actually back up and go into the cold emails now. So here we have, "Hi Sandy, I call your recent LinkedIn post about leveraging AI workflows to automate repetitive tasks. Really impressive to hear about the 40% productivity boost you're seeing. Since this is exactly what we're focused on, I'm curious if you looked into" you know, this is where we insert a specific area that we're helping them with. So we would have to provide it with more context about our business and what we actually sell them. So in any case, it did find all these leads. It found their emails. It was able to find all of the LinkedIn post, making sure that it actually seeks our specific signals. So what we would actually want to do from here or what we can do in any other specific scenario is we can have it look for different signals. So for example, we run a another holding where we focus on selling front office solutions for health care clinics. So maybe we can say, "I now need you to look for health care clinics specifically and only the decision-makers. So the owners and the partners and stuff like that and anywhere from like 1 to 15 employees and look for signals where they're hiring people or they're talking about anything else. Like maybe they're currently running ads." Like that signifies that they could use a system like this or they're missing calls or anything like that. So I now need you to find that specific signal as well. So in this case, we're just going to have it look for more specific leads for us. And on top of that, we could take it one step further and have it automatically connect to Gmail and then just send out those emails for us or connect to Instantly and load it up into our campaign. So this is the same exact engine that we just built Shopify with, but for a completely different problem.
And it doesn't stop there. I mean, we can do this for literally anything else for creating content or whatever you would like for marketing, sales, creating ads, you name it. Now if you run any kind of business where you're the bottleneck and right now, I mean, you're watching this channel, so you probably are. This is the closest thing that I have seen to actually doing the work for you. Now, I ran a Shopify build for the demo because I wanted to push it, but the thing underneath is actually what matters. So services or if you run an agency, like this is your cold outreach machine where you can in 2 seconds create a new agent, hook up Gmail, give it access to LinkedIn, give it your ICP, and let it cook. And then, if you have a content brand, you could build a content agent. You could have it research scripts and captions and visuals and actually doing the posting for you. Or if you're in operations or consulting, you can have scheduled tasks for daily reports, dashboards, research.
And if you're selling products, the Shopify operator and the e-commerce mind agents, they are the cleanest setup for all of that. And honestly, there's a caveat. So, for anyone trying to just do more without actually hiring more people, this is the cleanest tool that I have used. And I've used most of them out there, I will say. But in any case, the download link will be in the description down below. Grab the desktop application, that's where everything's going to be living and what I had showcased. So, it's on Mac and Windows and takes about 30 seconds to install, so. You can just sign up through my link down below in the description. You'll also get more bonus credits, so make sure to use that. And with that being said, drop a comment, tell me which job you guys are going to be handing off to an agent first, whether that's sourcing or research or whatever it may be. And also, make sure to check out our free school community link will be down below in the description if you're looking to learn more about AI, grow your business, or start a business using AI, then make sure to join that. You do not want to miss out. We've got about 18,000 members. Everybody's helping, sharing with each other, and we have weekly calls, so. Make sure to check that out.
But with that being said, thank you guys for watching. I'll see you in the next video.
