So I was enrolled in XLR for a software testing course and I have to say right from the start of the course we were provided with the best service. I feel the quality of teaching in the course is the best with live lectures every day, separate uh doubt sessions and also recorded sessions. If you have missed the sessions or you just want to revise throughout the course, we learned manual testing, Java, SQL, Selenium and TestNG framework. After the learning part was completed, interview preparation sessions were also conducted. So proper guidance was given by the faculty.

So I went there I was uh really nervous um because uh I'm entirely new to data science and data science is like an ocean. So I felt like how how would it be how would the faculty um teach me and everything the faculty was really good uh they went on about teaching things in a really uh specific manner. What problems would you face as a data scientist and how would you solve it? So they explained everything in that manner. the business knowledge which XLR imparts on a students. So that's something which is really valuable. A good thing which I uh see in XLR solution is that uh the feedback loop which runs here. So the model in Excel is such where student is not getting a oneway traffic where he is just learning and going to home. Here after the student is getting enough data to learn he is given assignments bi-weekly or sometimes weekly. These assignments are coming up with some deadlines like the deadlines you meet up in a uh industry where you work in. Those assignments come with a few set of questions and sometimes with a problem statement also. After getting a check from assignment team and mock interview results, the placement team moves our resume to their uh to the respective companies via HR. I got a call from Brisl cone company where uh the interview was scheduled and uh the good things uh which I can share is that the questions which were asked were quite similar to that of what mock interview was scheduled. So after uh clearing two rounds with uh Brisl cone I got selected and uh currently I am working there as associate data engineer specifically and uh my uh day-to-day work depends from varying types of tasks from data quality to data science uh levels.

[00:09:08]I have previously completed my Python internship which was core Python internship and it was uh actually working on uh core Python which also had project deployment in Python which included data structures and uh very deep knowledge of Python. Since uh 6 months uh this year I have been the part of fullstack web development course at XLR. Uh interestingly after 2 and a half months or so uh since I started my course uh I also got placed into a company called central technologies here in Bangalore and I have been there for like 2 months for now. Um the fullstack web development course uh had a lot of uh parts which were uh taught to the students which included mainly front-end technologies, backend technologies and deployment using the databases. So the front-end technologies uh included popular technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript uh and the back end included Java uh and Spring Boot. So uh the front-end technologies or backend technologies both were thought right from the scratch. So even a student or a candidate who was from his or her non-technical background could easily uh was able to learn uh the technical uh stuff that was provided from XLR. Apart from this uh there were online materials that were to be accessed anytime the student wanted and uh we also were given live projects assignments repeatedly.

I want you to speak about digital marketing for Eco Village. You get my point. How you will do the marketing for them. Not about what is there in Eco Village, the pollutionfree lifestyle or why you have to invest now in Eco Village. No. What I want you to market is how what I want you to add in the slide is how you will make Eco Village a brand. Right now maybe only 10 20 people know about it.

Obviously you will be the marketing team and you will be pitching this to the owner. So what are the things you would include right?

[01:32:37]This is completely up to your uh creativity. There is no hard and fast rule with marketing itself. you know my way of marketing could be very different from your way of marketing. So it is completely up to you how you want to go ahead and market it but basically you are pitching to a brand that example I am the marketing uh sign up with me for marketing and this is the things I'm going to provide this is how I'm going to do and uh why they should be hiring you as the marketing person for their particular brand. So an entire deck is what you are creating and you have all the freedom to choose the topic you'd like. you have all the freedom to uh choose the content that you would actually want. So yes, finding out a mistake and then pinpointing that and figuring out the pain point and then going and pitching is a great thing. So example, if you have to pitch to me that how do I become better about something first you need to find out my mistake and then pitching is going to make sense. Great good observation.

You cannot make one deck and send it to five companies. It's never ever going to work out. It has to be personalized. So every brand you need to create a new deck and send because even the brand needs to feel like you know you are going to give them that importance. If you are not going to give them that importance then obviously why would they sign up with like you know with you. So the brand also should feel like that. So yes, personalization is something which I also think is very important.
