This video presents five practical habits that helped the speaker progress from A1 to B2 English proficiency: (1) Visualization - daily mental practice of speaking English fluently to change limiting beliefs; (2) Content Consumption - watching movies, YouTube videos, and conversations attentively to absorb natural language patterns; (3) Mouth Muscle Exercises - reading aloud and using tongue twisters to train pronunciation; (4) Self-Acceptance - recording oneself speaking (via YouTube or mirror practice) to build confidence; (5) Speaking Practice - actively engaging in conversations through apps, groups, or self-talk. The core principle is that consistency matters more than perfection, and these habits should be practiced daily for language fluency.

From A1 to B2 : 5 habits that actually workedAdded:
Hello everybody. In this video I am going to talk about those five habits that has helped me and made me fluent in English. So I remember when I started when I decided to learn this language I had no plans and I I don't I didn't know at that time like how it will go. But I remember in one thing that is the first habit and that is visualization.
So I truly believe in visualization that if we can visualize our life in our mind we can change we can easily manifest that. So my first habit that I did when I started was visualization. Even I do this thing now. So visualization is the first habit. If you are starting learning this language or not just starting if you are English learner and you are changing your you know language we need to first we need to change our belief system our in our belief system we think that we are coming from a village and we speak this language this particular language we can't speak English. So we need to change our belief system. So how you can do so this first habit is visualization and you don't need to it's not that much hard you just you need to just sit down every day close your eyes and visualize yourself speaking English visualize yourself speaking in front of people visualize yourself that you are having conversations with other people so this this is the habit that this is The first habit or first step that we all need to take to learn any language to learn anything.
If you are making a goal, you know, if you are uh writing your goals and you you are making you are planning about something that you want to have in your life, first we need to think that uh we need to you know visualize that thing in our mind. All you know great people they say uh this thing that first we see things in our mind and then we see things in the reality. So visualization is the you know the best thing and the first step nobody talks about it and even mostly like English tutors they don't talk about visualization.
Visualization can change our life and every athlete or a lot of times even you you've heard about it visualization. So this is the first step. Just close your eyes. In this habit, what you need to do? Close your eyes and visualize yourself. What you want? You are learning this language. So what you want? You want fluency.
So see yourself first. And I know that sometimes we think that yeah Rahul I can I mean I can see myself speaking English and in a in my mind I can speak English but I'm having issue with when it comes to speaking when I speak that time I face issue it's okay bro initially we need to change our belief system. So first habit is visualization let's jump onto the second habit. Now in second habit we need to consume content about English.
If you're watching this you are on a right way or because we need to consume content and as much like I remember when I started you know almost two years back that time I did this thing.
So I consumed a lot of content even I consume now English content a lot watching movies watching YouTube videos watching conversations we need to consume so second habit is consume content watch other people listen and when I'm talking about watching other people I'm talking about attentively I mean you need to watch attentively how they are talking and what word words they are using and their rhythm, their tonality, the way they speak. So all things we need to grab uh grasp or we need to you know consume. So it also depend uh depends on like your interest.
So find content that interests you most.
So that will also help you to keep watching that. So this is the second habit. Let's jump on to third. So third is we need to practice our muscle mouth muscle because in our local language or native language we practiced our mouth a lot that's why we can speak in our native language or in our local language we can speak but now we are learning a new language so we need to practice our mouth muscle.
So third habit is read out loud. You can pick any sort of book, okay, and read, I mean read and try to read and try to, you know, put stress in your mouth muscle on your mouth muscle.
So I do this thing that try to you know just pick any sort of book and pick uh pick a pen between your teeth and then you can read. So this will also help you and in this mouth muscle habit I mean third habit uh is mouth muscle exercises or you need to you know exercise your mouth muscle. So in this habit you can do other thing and that is u use tongue twisters you know batty bought some butter but the butter was bitter so Betty bought some another butter to make the bitter butter better. So these kind of you know tongue twisters you can find a lot of tongue tongue twisters on the internet.
So this is the third habit. Fourth I would say listen or listen in watching I think the both are same habit. So fourth we can do it that facing yourself.
Yeah we need to I mean this is also a thing. These five habits are different from all the people are talking about.
So fourth is we need to accept ourselves because if somebody's start doing something strange or something that unusual for that person that time everybody start seeing that person or you know staring that person at that person how like you know we start getting uncomfortable with ourselves. So fourth habit is accept yourself.
Selfacceptance. So for this thing, I did this thing guys like I'm not here talking you know sharing this thing by watching a video. No, I did this thing.
So face yourself. Create a YouTube channel. If you are learning English, you need to do it.
I'm not telling you to, you know, keep your mind I mean do it professionally.
Just just open your camera, create a YouTube channel, open your camera, record yourself every day and put on on the internet or put you know live or whatever like upload that video because when you upload people will come for sure people will comment on your video and that that comments will help you to be motivated.
Yes, people are. Yeah, old people are so good. They appreciate. Everybody appreciate when you put your effort.
Put your ego aside. Okay. And you know be with yourself and just accept yourself. Okay. I am who I am. I mean what I do. So this is me and I do in this way. So record yourself. This will help you to accept yourself. You can do other thing in fourth habit is that stand in front of a mirror. Speak to yourself every day. I'm a great speaker.
I can speak English and try to use the right tense and uh I can do anything and when it comes to speaking I can speak very smoothly or my voice is so good and try to you know motivate yourself because when we say ourselves positive sentences or positive things we become more selfconfident yeah I mean selfbelief will come so this was the fourth Fourth habit self acceptance. You can do two things in this create a YouTube channel and record yourself every day. Second was key just stand in front of a mirror and speak to yourself every day. So fifth is speaking. Last part is speaking. We start speaking from the day one but it's not easy bro like within a week you start feeling like You start feeling like yeah I can't speak. So first habit that's why I put visualization on first because first we need to change our belief system. Okay.
So fifth habit is that I did fifth was speaking. So now it's time to speak to yourself. Speak to people. You can find there are lot of WhatsApp groups on te on telegram. You can find go for you know applications.
There are a lot of application and that uh that are available on play store or app store. Uh you can comment I'll help you with this. So these are these were the five habits that I did when I started learning this language and I'm doing this thing. Visualization I do every day. Okay. Consume I consume a lot of content. Second habit was third is read out loud. I read a lot even. Yeah I read a lot. And the fourth was self-acceptance. So in this you can do two things. Create a YouTube channel and record yourself. Second was stand in front of a mirror and speak to yourself every day. Fifth was speaking. It's time to speak. Speak to yourself. Speak with people. Say that yeah I'm available for a conversations. Can we have so do it?
And I remember you know when I started um you know talking to people having conversations I felt really bad initially because the other person in front of me that was speaking that person was speaking really well and I wasn't I was not so it happens but it's okay because this says I mean it says key we need to improve okay so the these these for the five habits that I did and I do every day. So do it guys. English speaking is isn't that much hard we can speak. So if you are watching me till now guys I also provide English sessions one-on-one English sessions so I can help you with your English. So, if you want to join my one-on-one classes, you can comment and uh and you can also contact me via Instagram and uh yeah, I'll put my number here on the screen. So, that's all.
