[00:00:00]Do you believe in the male loneliness epidemic? I do. I think generally it's tough, you know, social interactions going down due to, you know, social media and everything that's being put out there, media and whatnot. It's social interactions are lowering. I think for men it's it's a different area that it covers for men and women. I think the men are dealing with it. They deal with it more internally and they don't speak up about it, so it builds on the inside. So, I think that is a struggle, but I personally do not deal with that, but I do believe in it and I do think it happens. I mean, there's a certain aspect of like locking in, you know, like tapping into your inner potential, but uh I definitely believe that it's real, especially social media.

[00:00:35]Yeah, I kind of agree that people talk less in person, but I feel like if you really just get out there, get out of your shell and try to make friends, most people are pretty uh pretty accepting and pretty happy to hang out.

[00:00:45]>> you advise men to do to combat these feelings of loneliness? Yeah, uh random social interactions. There's a Harvard study that said random social interactions is healthier, is more beneficial to your long-term um longevity than like smoke You could smoke 15 cigarettes a day and that's more impactful than being lonely. So, just random social interactions. You just need to talk to as many people as you can, get out there, get after it, you know? Just talk to random people. I love talking to random people.
