Ducted is the Navy word, but focused is something you'll understand better. Is being focused in this 200 ft warm water up here. And uh be 200 feet is perfect. It has a lot to do with the frequency that he's pinging, too. Uh but assuming a medium frequency sonar, which is probably what it is, um he can see for >> 20 30,000 yards easily without even going max power over oversaturating the water like the Americans do.
