[00:00:08]I don't know cuz that seems kind of important. Oh, here they are. Origins of single carbons. Serine, glycine, histidine, glutamine, and tryptophan. There's five amino acids that you grab carbons off of. They go into this single carbon pool and that's what you're methylating with.

[00:00:39]But tetrahydrofolate, well, whatever folate, it doesn't matter if you don't have the amino acids you need to grab the carbons off of.

[00:00:59]Obviously folate, we know that, and B6 and B12, and you mentioned betaine, choline's not on here, but it should be.

[00:01:06]Choline's in the mix there somewhere, homocysteine, and methionine, and then start to fix the entire cycle with an emphasis on where you see the labs being the most screwed up.
