So you'd have to place an order for a pre-order and then a separate order for items in stock. and we're trying to fix that because I don't like that and that's not how it should work.

[00:15:35]So, I'm sure we'll resolve that at some point. The other the other problem we have and I'll show you what the issue is because I've got a specific example. If I click on Warhammer, the horrory, it loads up horrory, right? And you can select multiple things down here for a filter. You can accept except like three or four things if you want and it will filter by them. So, I'm going to select custodies, right? If I click that, look, custodies. Okay, all there ready to go.

[00:15:58]Nothing but custodies. But if you look down here, it says there's five pages of custodians. And we all know that's bollocks because there isn't that much custodian stuff. And here's the problem we have. So if I click number two here, it doesn't carry on custodians. It takes me to the whole of the heresy range, right? It's a bug. It's a fault. It's an issue.

[00:16:18]I think it does it with everything. If I think if I go to Warhammer 40k and it go I go to Imperium, little drop down. Boop. and I go to space marines little drop down boop and I go to blood angels like that. It will filter for everything blood angels like that.

[00:16:38]Right. Uh and if I click two, it will take a little while cuz what it'll do is it will load the whole Warhammer library. Okay, which is not great. All right, so we we are looking to fix this problem, but we can launch with this problem. What I will say is we have a very good search box. Okay? So if you want to find something in a search box, right, you can just search it and it comes up and it's very quick and it's very responsive our search box. So you'll have to make use of that to start with um I think and it will tell you like your cost from GW, your cost from us, how many loyalty points you'll earn for Hobby House, add it to your basket wish list. We haven't currently got any information on that at the moment. We'll get there. There's a lot there's a lot still to do, a lot to do, but what's happening at the moment and I'm going to I'm going to be I'm going to level with you, right?

If you get selected to help us test, we'll give you an email address and we'll give you a login name and password and then you'll be able to go on there and you'll be able to make purchases if you would like to via us and we'll post them to you and we'll ship them to you. Those thank you cards uh if you get one, it says thank you for being one of the first people to ever order from us. And on that back of that thank you card will be signed with the person who packed your order. And also, if you bring that thank you card into the venue, you get a free drink with it as well. As well as lots of other stuff that was going on at the same time. Um, so I'm working on putting boundaries in place.
