Two hour trip, Daystar banned me from the memorial service

[00:00:02]We're here in beautiful Southlake and uh unfortunately, what we found was that uh I was placed on a banned list. As soon as I got into the sanctuary, uh security uh asked me to step out.

[00:00:19]And um I will tell you this, the Gateway security people were very, very nice.

[00:00:27]Um they were very cordial.

[00:00:29]Um unfortunately, Daystar does not want me in there at all.

[00:00:34]And um it is what it is.

[00:00:38]Um my understanding is that the actual recording of the memorial service will be played on Daystar tomorrow. So, it will be available to the public.

[00:00:53]Um you know, I explained to security that my ultimate hope is that the Lamb family reconciles. I want to see Rachel and Rebecca and Jonathan reunited.

[00:01:06]Um and I also had positive things to say about Daniel Floyd cuz I think he's the right fit for Gateway.

[00:01:15]Um By the way, um my my beautiful bride is holding the camera.

[00:01:24]Um let's um show off a little bit. We uh just for the fun of it rented a uh Cybertruck.

[00:01:32]So, at least we got something out of this trip.

[00:01:39]So, if I could I don't know if I can back this up or not, but that's this weird steering wheel. I will tell you that it felt very comfortable to put my hands here and here.

[00:01:57]Um you should have seen us um here.

[00:02:02]Should have seen us when we were trying to pick this up. We rented it through Turo.

[00:02:07]And uh we couldn't figure out how to get the glove compartment open.

[00:02:11]And the alarm kept going off and I was just freaked out and and yes, full disclosure, I have PTSD, so I was a little triggered.

[00:02:23]Um but that's okay.

[00:02:26]You know, you can't control what other people do.

[00:02:33]And I I hope and pray one day that the folks at Daystar wake up because we need to lead by example.

[00:02:50]We need to um put this I mean, ultimately, what I want for Daystar is for them to honor Marcus's last requests.

[00:03:04]Marcus wanted Jonathan Lamb to be in charge.

[00:03:08]And that's They can deny it. They can pretend like that Jonathan and Suzy don't exist.

[00:03:17]But that's the truth.

[00:03:19]And as long as um as long as I know that Jonathan Lamb's one of the most godly men I've ever met.

[00:03:31]I'm going to continue to advocate for him.

[00:03:34]So, I can tell you this, when I was told that I was on the ban list, I wasn't surprised. I wasn't offended.

[00:03:43]People the the security team there at Gateway did their job.

[00:03:48]And that's what they're paid That's what they're paid to do. And I don't want them to get in trouble. So, I just left.

[00:03:56]It is what it is. I'll respond tomorrow when I watch I'll have to watch it online and then give you my response, but um I will tell you that I talked to a good friend of mine.

[00:04:10]I talked to Everett on the phone, and he brought up the point the fact that uh if they're taping it and then broadcasting it tomorrow, it means that that'll give them time to edit the video in case anything is said.

[00:04:26]So, that's a little suspicious, but it's also playing it safe.

[00:04:33]And in a way, it's kind of a smart thing to do.
