LED light therapy works through biomodulation, where different light wavelengths penetrate skin to varying depths and trigger specific cellular responses: red and near-infrared light penetrate deeply to stimulate collagen production and improve circulation, green light targets melanocytes to reduce pigmentation, and blue/violet light provides antimicrobial benefits for surface healing. Effective skincare devices should be FDA-cleared, medical-grade, and multi-spectrum to address multiple skin concerns simultaneously.

Moms… don’t wait around for someone else to buy you something for Mother’s Day 💀 You deserve niceAdded:
Mom, tune in. Don't wait for somebody else, for one of your kids to buy you something good for Mother's Day, right?
If you've raised a human being, you desire deserve to buy something great for yourself. So, today's show is all about what's on sale for Mother's Day that are my favorite kind of products that are worth buying. So, everything from beauty devices, supplements, skincare, and more. I'm just going to get in there and give you guys all the sales right now for Mother's Day. Okay?
So, that's what today's show is all about. And then a little bit later, I'll talk about my dad a little bit. But let's just start the show. So we're up first with Timeless.
This is on sale for Mother's Day. So right now, this is up to 50% off sitewide. Um so Timeless 20% vitamin C plus E fruic acid. It's 40% off now just on the on the vitamin C, which is the one that I use. Um it's 40% off now. So it's only six. This is $16.17.
All right. If you're a mom, buy this [ __ ] for yourself. Don't wait for your kids to buy you stuff, right? You deserve to buy stuff for yourself. Um, so this is on sale right now. Again, I said sitewide is up to 50% off. Um, but this vitamin C serum that I'm obsessed with that I use on my entire body is 40% off now. So, it's 1617 for the small one. They have two different sizes. I like this because number one, it's in a pump. So every time that you take a dropper and you're getting vitamin C out, you're exposing it to um oxygen and it's it's degragating the vitamin C potency. So it's going down. Um so this is why I love this this uh serum. Not only is it super cost effective, so you can use it on your whole body, so you can treat like sun damage on your chest while you're treating hyperpigmentation on your face at the exact same time. And I love that. And it's super cheap. So this is on sale now, 40% off. Same with the big one. I like the big one. This is the 4 oz bottle. I get this for travel, but I use I use this from head to toe.
So the big one is great and it's 40% off right now. Um, at the end of this show, I'm going to give you a a keyword. You just say sales, not here, but sale. At the end of the show, when I post this to my main feed, check your DM, and you'll get a list. You'll literally get the list of all of this is what you'll get in your DM. It's going to give you a list to every sale that I'm talking about. So, send this right now to your friend who's like wanting to get some deals on on Mother's Day. um because I'm going to give you all the good ones that I use on a regular basis. I'm not just going to throw up anything that's on sale. If I use it, it's in part of my routine and it's on sale. That's what today's show is about. So, it's all the Mother's Day sales. So, with the Timeless, you use code love mom at checkout. Love mom at checkout to get that 40% off of the vitamin C. Now, what this does, I'll just quickly tell you what this does.
It's an antioxidant, but it also helps to reverse sun damage.
So, why aren't we using this stuff on our whole body? Especially when it's this freaking cheap, okay? When it's on sale, that's when you stock up. So, the last sale that they had, which was, I think, 50% off, I bought like six bottles. I use this stuff so much, like I'm literally only I only have my little one left. So, I bought five bottles of this. But when you're using it from head to toe, it try to get something that's both effective and cost effective to be able to do that, right? Because our skin doesn't stop here and it doesn't stop here. So if you want that uniform, non blotchy, you know, non sun damaged skin from head to toe, you got to stop thinking that your other body parts don't exist. You need to treat them in the same way. So this is my favorite um product for doing that. I went into my whole uh ultimate skin care routine that included this for the body. If you're using peptides, just a little side note, if you're using peptides like the KRX or anything like that, it's a peptide and it's a this is a eloscorbic acid, you have to wait those 15 minutes or switch to a TH. I am still loving this. I use this on every part of my body and every morning.
every morning. Skincare only works if you're consistent with it. You can't just be a one and done. Okay, next on the list is the 8 in1 wireless LED mask.
Um, this is already 50% off cuz this normally would retail for $3.95. It's $1.97.50 and you get free shipping and Oh no, hold on one second. One second.
Don't go away. I'll tell you what else you get for free with the mask. You get a personalized LED skin care routine. So when you're dealing with red light, people are are calling red light just oh it's a red light mask. This is a multisspectrum FDA cleared medical grade mask. So this creates biomodulation which is when your skin cells start changing based on what kind of light is hitting them. So we know that UV light changes our skin by causing sunburn. That one's a very easy one for us to see. We can't see the sun rays, but we know the effects.
It's kind of the same with any sort of light spectrum that travels through the skin and hits different organels or different components of that skin and it causes different types of biomodulation.
For example, if you're doing deep healing, you want to do red and near infrared, right? that helps with circulation, all of that stuff. If you're wanting to do sunspots, you're treating sunspots on your arms, hyperpigmentation on your face or anything like that, red, orange, and green. So, at night when I'm doing my skin, my mask, I'm doing red, near infrared, actually, cuz I'm doing the deep peeling. So, red, near infrared, and green are my main um LED light spectrums that I use on my face for photoagging. And the reason is because the gle the green in particular has a wavelength that hits exactly where those melanocytes are in the depth of the skin. The melanocytes are what cause pigmentation and it causes them to calm down the production of melanin. That's how green light works. So, right now this mask is $1.97.50. Again, it will be on the autoresponse of sales. You'll see it right there. And with that, you'll get free shipping. Plus, you'll get a free guide. That's an LED light spectrum uh skin care guide. I mean, skincare has never been so easy. You just stick the mask on. Um, and this is completely wireless. you and apparently non-destructible. You charge it here and then put it on the mask. You can also toggle it here. For those of you who have this, I get this all the time. People don't read the instructions. They're like, "How do we do how do we how do we do it?" It's a long hold to turn it off. It's a long hold in the center button to turn it on.
It's a quick double click to click it from 5 minutes to 10 minutes and a single click in between all the different light spectrums.
Get it? Don't charge this battery. It's a lithium battery. It will last for months. Don't charge it until it's out of juice because otherwise you're going to um change the duration or the longevity of the battery. Okay? So, you'll get all of this when with it as well. If you have inflammation and puffiness, red, near infrared, and orange. If you've got acne, violet, blue, cyan. If you've got surface healing, like you just micro needle the hell out of your skin, you want to heal quickly. Violet, blue, cyan, and red because blue is what is going to kill be antimicrobial for the surface. So when you just micro needled instead of doing red which would increase circulation and increase bleeding to the area you hit it with blue and cion and violet which helps with the surface trauma and then the next day is when you increase circulation with the red light and then your infrared. Um so that is surface healing and micro needling and acne healing. violet, blue, cyan, and red.
Rossacea, green, blue, cyan, red for deeper inflammation.
Photoagging, which is where I like to um do all of my this is my main treatment area here. Red, near infrared, green, and orange. What does orange do? Orange helps with oxygen.
Orange is very close to the red spectrum. And so, think about what red does. Orange does it with a little pre for a little bit more sensitive skin.
But what I like to do is when you're treating a section of the skin with because it's all in a section of the skin based on how big that wavelength is. I like to treat a range, right?
Which is why I like red, near infrared, orange. Those are all in this closer range. So, you're hitting collagen production in in various little sections of the skin, which is going to give you better results. Um, so collagen production, violet, red, near infrared, orange, amber, all of these help with collagen production. It's not just red.
So, when you're when you're doing like a for for me, for example, depending on what I'm doing, if it's right after micro needling, I'm I'm not doing red.
I'm doing Hold on one second. Turn it on. That's the near infrared. I'm doing blue.
I'm doing violet.
And I'm doing the CN because those are the more surface um uh light spectrums that help heal that superficial trauma caused from micro needling on a regular basis. for me because I'm 58. So, I'm dealing with photoagging, wrinkly skin, lack of collagen, more elasticity in the skin and circulation. Um, because your circulation diminishes when you get older, which is why we have hair loss, which is why our eyebrows and eyelashes and things like there's a lot that that happens as we age. But for me, I'm in the photo aging collagen generation.
This is where I really am, which is red, dear, infrared, green, orange. And if I really want to like, oh, I just I'm just kicking back watching TV. You can toggle through all of the different light spectrums. You you don't only have to do one. You can do 10 minutes of violet, 10 minutes of red, 10 minutes of near infrared, and the mask is so freaking comfortable that you can keep it on for a full movie. Trust me, I do it all the time. I basically live in this sucker.
Okay, so that is not on sale because it is already, this mask is already rock bottom bottom. It is 3.95 retail and it's 197.50. With that, you will get free shipping, a travel little bag for the the um battery separate and a travel bag for the whole mask. Plus, you'll get an individualized personalized LED skin care regimen for you. Um so, that's the the Live Young 8in-1 wireless LED mask. Uh wait, hold on a second. I just dropped my Hello. There it is. Okay. Sorry.
We'll get it together. I promise. We always tend to get it together. The Dr. Pin MAS, you guys know in terms of biohacking the skin, micro needling and a multi-spectrum LED mask. These are the two things that are the biggest hitters. If you could only pick two athome skincare gadgets, you want a multi-spectrum LED mask that's FDA cleared and clinical grade because there's a lot of [ __ ] on the market crap that doesn't do anything.
You want a clinical grade, FDA cleared multisspectrum LED mask and a micro needling device.
These two things have done the the most heavy-hitting in terms of the health of my skin and in terms of just the science behind them. They're the two heaviest hitters for biohacking the skin. When you're using a micro needling pen, you're creating those micro traumas in the skin. You're not doing this to push more in more ingredients in. That's not what's doing the heavy hitting. It is the micro trauma itself. And it works just like when we were little and we'd fall down on a bicycle or something and skin our our knee and our knee would bl would bleed and then a little scab would form. That's this in a micro version of that. So it is calling on your body to come and heal itself. That is the whole biohacking science behind micro needling. This pen is $100 off. Um, this pin right now through Mother's Day weekend is normally $2.99. It's on sale for $1.99. So, it's a $100 off with code live young. Again, when I post this to my feed, just comment the word sales.
Check your DM. You'll get the entire list of everything that I'm talking about with the code and the link for the sale. I know. And again, if you're a midlife woman out here and you've raised some human beings, don't wait for your kids to buy you stuff that you want. You deserve to go buy stuff for yourself, especially on Mother's Day. I'm sorry. Motherhood is a tough job. Um, and so you deserve good things.
Don't wait for your kids to buy you a micro needling device. Take advantage of the sale. It's $100 off. Um, okay. So, the next thing is the Live Young supplements. Live Young supplements.
These are buy one get one free.
I know that's like 50% off and free shipping if it's over $150. Um, a lot of people don't know this, but I think that there's like 12 different SKUs that I have for the Liv Young supplements.
These are not things that I'm making in the kitchen. This is the highest level of supplement purity that you can get.
Why? Because I was tired of like guessing what I was putting into my body. So, I I teamed up with a honestly the same I don't think I'm allowed to say this when I'm saying it. The same supplement manufacturer as like the big guns longevity scientists, people like Mark Heyman, people that have institutes where they're helping people live longer. It's the same [ __ ] thing for cheaper. I'm just saying. Um, partly because I wanted to curate what I wanted to curate. Um, I have a whole line of this right here is literally for healthy weight loss. All of these, all of these fiber lean is my bestselling supplement.
This creates that mesh in the lining of your small intestines so that anything that you eat after that that's a carb or a sugar, anything, it slows down the way that that enters your bloodstream so you don't have those glucose spikes. Metah Health. This is bourberine. In fact, I repurposed I reid the labeling of that.
Let me see if I just have it. Yeah, the new labeling. It's just bourberine cuz I wanted to tell you guys what it was. So, this is a highest purest form of bourberine. It used to be called metahalth, but people were like, "What is that? It's for your metabolism." Um, but bourberine is the this is basically the same not the same active ingredient, but it does the same thing as metformin.
So, metformin is a prescription.
Um, this is all plant-based. Bourberine is plant-based, so they can't big pharma can't get a hold of it and do anything with it. So, it's much cheaper. Does the same freaking thing. Um, so that's Metformin is a chemical version of bourberine. Um, Zippy says, "Were you were you in live young class? Are you in Colorado?" Oh, sorry. You guys are just talking amongst yourself. Zippy's really good to see you. Okay. Um, sugar sponge.
I just got the trademark on this. This works. This is like those two different um enzymes amalayise and lipes that help to it works like a lock and key. So sugar sponge is like literally a think of this as a sponge with thousands of tiny silica that are inside each little capsule. And when you open up the capsule, the capsule just looks like this. Just a regular capsule. No, I did not fill these in my kitchen. These um were actually from that same kickass um awardwinning supplement manufacturing plant. It only comes from about five places, you guys. If people are doing it right, you don't just start doing this [ __ ] in your kitchen, right? You make sure that you've got the right contact, you're lined up, and that you're only doing the best of the best. Um sugar sponge actually is my only product that came from Sweden. And so this I've been working with my um supplement rep. What this does is it basically exactly how you think it is. sugar sponge. Any sort of carb sugar that you're eating, take two of these at the very beginning of eating that or right before or even in the middle. And what it does is it blocks amalayise and lipase from digesting these extra sugars and carbs and it lets that move down the um digestive tract a little bit further.
So, it stops the sugar sponge and it carves calories off of every single meal. And it's nonsic, meaning it doesn't go through your bloodstream. You literally poop it out.
Um, very, very safe, very amazing product. Sugar sponge. All of these are buy one get one free. Um, easy digestive. If you eat, if you're somebody that you've got digestive issues and you eat a salad and all of a sudden you've got, you have a a food baby, you got some problems.
You got to get to a doctor and get a get SIBO tested, get all of that um, H.
palori tested all of that kind of stuff.
Um, but this helps for any sort of indigestion going on. Crave control works with neurotransmitters in the brains. It stop it literally stops the cravings for sugars, carbs, and even alcohol. Um, actually is a little bit of a mood booster, too, because we're look we're working on those pleasure centers in the brain. This is an amazing product. Okay, you get it right. All of the Liv Young supplements, buy one, get one free. It will be in that auto response um when you comment the word sales, not here, but when I post it to my main fe my main feed. Okay. Um that one you don't need a code. It'll just be at checkout. When you check out for the supplements, that will be at checkout, right? Um for the Live Young mask, you do not need any sort of code for that.
That's already done. The Dr. Pen M8, you need a code for that. That's Live Young for $100 off. Again, it'll all be in the the um autoresponse. Live young supplements buy 1 get one free of the same supplement that's taken at checkout, so you don't have to do anything special with that. The Joe's full spectrum sleeping mat. Okay, guys.
Here we go. I'm going to turn you this way.
Here we go. This is on sale. I literally am obsessed with this. And I'll tell you why. You guys know I've got all of these big panels of my red light therapy panels, right? I use these every single day. Sorry, I'm trying to get you guys in frame, but it's on that side.
It's on this side. Whoa. Well, you guys get it. Okay. But I love this in that it's so adjustable.
Let me tell you first how much it normally is because it's normally freaking expensive. This is normally $1,049.
I know, but it's so that's what it normally is. This piece comes off, right? There's so many different ways that you can do this. This can go over the top of your upper body. It all zips together. You can also lay this flat and extend this out so that you're laying flat full body like this with the dome covering multiple types. I'm going to show you how this adjusts multiple different areas it can cover. You can also take this off. I had this off the other day and was only using this piece that plugs directly into the outlet and I was using this piece on the side of me when I was watching TV. So, you can use this for various different things. But let me show you how this can also be reconfigured. And then let me give you the price of this. Okay, so I scared you with the price. The normal price is $1,049.
You can get $130 off. That would bring this to $868. Is that still expensive?
Yeah, it's freaking expensive. But you know what? It's not expensive of the as these these big panels. Not as expensive as those and covers more body. So, if you are on the fence about wanting a big full body LED spectrum, and this is not just red, everybody, this is all the spectrums. This goes from 560 or 590 all the way to 1164 or whatever. So, it's all the spectrums together. When you do something like this, I like to have all the spectrums separate, right? This is really close to your face. Um, so having those spectrums separate, you can really target what you want to treat. This is like just gives you a lot of bang for your buck because you're looking at hyperpigmentation.
You're looking at increased circulation, muscle recovery, fine lines and wrinkles a lot for craft set. Uh, oh, Ryan says, "I bought the Mellin mat with laser.
What's the laser do?" the la you guys people are using these words lasers and it's like they're literally just saying it's a laser if it's over a spectrum of like a,64.
It just means that it's going deeper and usually what they're using that for is they're using it to to hype up and intensify the rest of the the light spectrums. This is Joves. This is the Joves um brand. Um, I did have that, Ryan. I did have that Miguel mat. Um, and it was the same thing. The Mellan mat was full spectrum. So, when they say full spectrum and it's a mat and they they add in the word laser, just know that that's like a I'm trying to like come up with I'm trying to think of the light spectrum off the top of my head, Ryan, but I think it was,64.
That's the wavelength. So, that's a very big Here's a blue light, which is a 465.
See how squiggly that is? That's why when it curves and it hits your skin, it's going to have more biomodulation on the surface because it's during that curve. That's where it hits. A green light, for example, is a little bit more like this. The green light passes through the epidermis and hits exactly where the melanocytes are. Red light is deeper. Near infrared can go to bone and bone marrow. Now, think about that. Near infrared is at 880 nmters. 850 to 880 nmters. that can go deep. That's why you do deep healing. A laser is at 1,64 nmters. What is it doing? Going through you, right? It doesn't work like that.
It is intensifying what the other light spectrums are doing. I hope that makes sense. Um for Craig said, I would like to know if I can use face make after having a peel done. I don't know what face make is.
Tell me what that means. Um does it smell chemical? I had to return one full No. You know, anytime that you get anything, if you're if you're getting a plastic water bottle, don't buy those.
But you know what I'm saying? If you're getting like whatever it is, you got to wash it out. When you get devices like this that come off the factory line, take a spritzer of alcohol. See if I have one here. I'm just trying to like look. I know I have one somewhere right in my sight of my sight and I cannot see it right now. Take a spritzer of alcohol or even this is like a magic mole. This is a skin sanitation spray, but I would just take a spritz of alcohol, spray the whole thing down, and wipe it down with a cloth. That's how I clean it. Um, so yeah. Anyways, okay. So, let me just tell you how this thing can configure.
When I was when I had foot surgery, you can either lay down this way and put your feet under it, but let me just show you an example. This part comes off.
You can plug only this part directly into the the plug here. In fact, we're on it.
Let's go up to the level three. Hold on.
That's off.
So, it goes, you know, there's different levels that you can put it on. This you can use separately. This you can use separately without having to use the other big mat.
But the good thing about this is not only does this zip so you can crawl into it, if you want to stay with this full body and you want to move this dome, say down to like your stomach, say you just had like a stomach issue or you're wanting to to use healing on your knees, you move this. This can move from here to here to here, multiple different places and very easily. And you can take it off and use it on its own. So, it's it gives you a lot of options, and that's one of the things that I really love about this mat in particular.
Hold on. I feel like I'm out of breath.
Wait till I tell you guys what's going on with my dad because then you'll be like, "How in hell did she do this show?"
Um, one foot in front of the other, everybody. One foot in front of the other. So, that's the Job's full spectrum red light therapy sleeping mat.
It's normally 8.69. 69. Uh, sorry. It's normally 1,049, which is cheaper than these big panels, by the way. Um, and it's on sale now with code live30.
Live130. It will again be in your auto uh repost a response. Um, and you use code live130 for $130 off. Okay, what is next? Joe's blacken. Oh my god, I love this device, you guys.
Whenever you get a device, skin care device, you have to test it out, okay?
Don't test it out on your whole face.
That is like that's the worst place to test something out is let's just go for what everybody sees right off the bat and do it right on my face. No. When you get a device like this, especially one that is heat heat based. Now, this is light based, but it's still there's a cooling tip. You don't feel any heat, but you need to test it out. And I always test it out. test anything out on the back of here because if this ends up doing something weird to your skin, right? So, you always want to test anything out. And I don't mean just on this particular thing. I mean on micro needling because if you're somebody who's prone to hyperpigmentation or prone to kloid scarring or you've got darker skin, um you got to test this one out. If you're somebody that is really prone to melasma and hyperpigmentation, even though this is designed to treat that, and it has literally treated so much hyperpigmentation on my face and my arms, like I Let me see if I have this thing plugged in. If I don't, we're doing it.
Okay, I think I do got I do I think I do have it plugged in. Nope, I don't. Wrong cord. Hold on one second. I want to show you um what exactly this is what this does. So there's three different modes on this. This is the Jo's Blacken Pro DPL photo facial device. So think of it as kind of like IPL, you know, the intense pulse light laser when you I mean there was like a whole trend. I did my whole arms with this stuff, you guys.
Um and then Pico laser came out. It did that. So right now I would say I was left with about maybe it was like 60% improved after that. But time goes on and things still kind of pop up. And so I use this thing as a whack-a-ole on my body. Any brown spot that pops up, any age spot, I'm hitting it. Let me show you it kind of how it works. One second. Hold on. Okay, I'm turning this on.
makes a lot of noise. It's a big powerful machine. You know something's powerful when it has like this kind of plug to it. Um, okay. So, three different modes. One is brightening and pour. I don't know if you can see that cuz it's very glary, but it's brightening and pore. If I were to turn hit this little power button again, it will go to redness. So, any if you have got rosacea, this has helped so much with my rosacea. I can't even begin to tell you. If you're prone to redness around your nose, on your cheeks here, hit the redness mode. If you're wanting to hit brown spots, like you've got a freckle or a brown spot, you go to the power mode. So, three different modes.
And I'll show you. Let's see if I can find a brown spot at this point because I've been using this sucker for so long.
Okay, hold on.
Yeah. So, but you if I long hold this, anytime I pick this up and put it down, it will do it. It will make the light.
You see that?
Yeah. So, it will get rid of any um hyperpigmentation, brown spots, anything like that. I got to find them first. And then I always look away. You have glasses, everybody. So, use your best judgment. If you're doing it on your face, you kind of want to wear the glasses or cover your eyes a little bit.
Um I use this on my entire face for the brightening and pore. I do it twice a week. So, it's up here. DPL. Uh DPL. So, Tuesdays and Saturdays are my days that I do my whole face with the brightening and pore. And I'm telling you, you can feel your pores shrink. You can feel your pores tighten when you do your entire face. Um, I'm just going to show you a little bit of what this would look like.
Do it here.
Oh, I just turned it off. Sorry, I pressed the wrong button. Okay, we're on brightening import.
Hold on.
So, you see how I don't even really have to look, but it would be better to have glasses. And what I noticed with the brightening and pores is your face will feel slightly tight afterwards and your pores will go.
It's true. And then over time when you're on a consistent when you're doing something consistently which is why I have the calendar um then you're I mean you'll see that redness and hyperpigment it just becomes a little bit more smooth and a little bit more um even skin tone.
So you've got a topical thing on sale that helps with skin tone and you've got the gadget thing on scale on sale that helps with skin tone. So, for this one, the Job's uh blackened photofacial skincare device. This is normally $4.29.
It's on a sale right now for $3.29. So, my god, it's $100 off.
That's $100 off with code live young.
Again, when you when you comment sales, you'll get this. It will be on there and it'll tell you what the code is. This is a black and deep. It's a dual post light laser and so it targets different things in your skin. and it helps with hyperpigmentation. It helps with pores.
Um, and it helps with sunspots. So, there's three different modes on this.
Um, it is something that is part of my it's part of my routine because I do it twice a week. Um, okay, moving on. So, we know that that's on sale. Okay, let's see. Next, we have Oh, I didn't bring my thing. Next, we have the EMS pony shorts.
Okay. Um, these shorts are very very interesting because what they do is it contracts your booty. So, you get like a you get like the little beep beep, you know, that whole thing, but it also contracts your pelvic floor. So, if you're somebody that you sneeze and you dribble or you laugh and you dribble, um, these shorts literally it's like muscle stimulation for down there. Um, a little bit to get used to, I must say, but they're on sale right now. Hold on one second. The toning shorts are on sale for $2.49.
They're normally $430, so you get $70 off with code live70.
It's surprising how comfortable they are because you think you look at them and you're like, "This cannot be a one-sizefits-all." I am telling you, this sucker is a one-sizefits-all. It like it they're they're very comfortable and they're kind of flattering. I'm not going to lie. They're not bad, but it does it does help you. I think it's supposed to be like I can get these numbers wrong, but I don't but I think they're pretty close. I think it was something like 14,000 Keeles in 20 minutes and it was I want to say 30,000 hip thrusts in 20 minutes of wearing this. It's a little I have to say start on the lowest setting.
Okay, start on the lowest setting because OTHERWISE YOU'RE GOING BASICALLY WHAT HAPPENED to me when when I turn these suckers on cuz I always like I can't feel it. I can't feel it.
and then all of a sudden, yeah, you feel it. So, start small. Start start low on these. Anyways, they're on sale uh for $2.49 uh normally $430. You know, they also have M Sculpt made there. They don't call it M Sculpt, but MC Sculpt is the inoff thing that uses electric muscle stimulation to grow your booty, your abs. They have M Sculpt abs. It's, you know, you pay to go in there and do this thing. Um, this is not going to give you those same results, but man, I can tell you right now, it helped my dribble effect a lot. It helped my sneezing. It helped my controlling and getting more in touch with the pelvic floor. Um, so I kind of like these. Start small though.
Start small. Um, they do, like I was going to say, so sorry. Like the M Sculpt for the abs, they have an M sculpt for Keull. You go in and all you do is literally sit down on a chair and it stimulates. It has you do 30,000 keigull while you're sitting there. So for new moms, it's great for little old ladies who are having trouble with incontinence or sneezing or that urgency that need to go. It helps to be able to control your bladder a lot more. I should do a I should go and show you guys that they came out with it I want to say 15 years ago. It's been around for a little while, but it hasn't really caught on in in um gyno offices like it should because that would really phase out any sort of depends anybody would need in the future. And all you do as a woman is go and sit down on this chair.
I should try to get a hold of somebody and do that. Okay, next thing on sale is the I restore professional light um helmet. This is normally, you guys, this is not this is when you know you have a good product. This is not like the baseball cap with like a few red lights in here. And this is a professional helmet. This is like the big the big guns. This is normally $1,499.
That's a lot of money.
It's on sale now.
$700 off. It's $7.99.
Um, still expensive, right? But I'm telling you, this sucker works. It's a combination of lasers and red light. Um, it's 12 minutes a day. That's it. You put it on, press the little button, it starts going and starts doing its countdown. When you if you lift it up, the lights go off. So, I can't like go and show you. see goes off cuz I don't want you to like shine it in your eyeball because it is um it is red light and laser combination in here. Lots of different diodes. Um Bella says, "Oh, fascinating dribble and sneezing factor.
I'll tell you estrogen has made a big difference. Also, um I also saw a home use non-prescription insert, not a stent, but support. I love that, Bella."
Yeah, topical estrogen, you guys. that will absolutely cuz it puffs everything up.
Um, it absolutely will help and it will decrease UTI as well. Um, so yeah, I have the vaginally inserted estrogen, but the main thing that I'm using these days instead of in like I'll insert a little bit, but it's just I'm spreading it all over there because your urethra your urethra is there as well. It's absorbing a little bit into that tissue.
Um, so you can get the effects without even inserting it just by rubbing it all around there. More in more control of your pelvic floor. Um, you know, not it will stop the atrophy of your labia cuz yeah, your lips do shrivel up um and disappear.
It's one of those other fun facts nobody um is telling us about. But it decreases UTI. So even little old ladies who are not on estrogen, they were in that we did that disservice by missing this whole generation of women who were not on hormone replacement therapy. If you have chronic UTI and your parents, your mom is having chronic UTI and she's hospitalized a lot, the symptoms for that are different. It's delirium. It's not urgency or or painful urination when you get to be a certain age. The symptoms change, which is extremely fascinating and weird at the same time.
Um, but if your parent is, if your mom or whatever has had a UTI and had to be hospitalized from that, get her on some topical estrogen, you need to spread it all over and insert it at that point because it will there's clinical evidence that it's it helps reduce chronic UTI no matter what your age is.
Yeah. Spread it everywhere cuz you want your lips and all of that stuff um to get that benefit as well. Just don't put it on your face, everybody. Okay.
Um, just because you have estrogen receptors everywhere doesn't mean you need to throw estrogen there. It's made for your vagina. There's so many if you are putting estrogen on your face that make to me it makes me me think like wow that person just does not have a good skincare routine if they're just you know um and I know that there's a lot of things off label but you're not going to get the same skin care result of topical estrogen on your face as you're going to get from kickass skin care that is designed for wrinkles. Okay, you're just not. Um so and it could also cause hyperpigmentation. So, if you're somebody that has suffered from melasma or hyperpigmentation um during pregnancy, hormone replacement therapy, birth control, puberty, if you tend to be that person, do not put estrogen on your face. Do not put estrogen on your face because the chances are you can really, you know, kickstart that hyperpigmentation and melasma again without even thinking you are. Ryan says, "I got off BFF on HRT. So important for men also. I'd lose all my muscle without it. Peptides are fabulous, too. Absolutely.
Absolutely. Um Yeah. And and women are on testosterone as well because our it's not just we have more testosterone in our body than we do estrogen.
I know. But it's true. And so when our when our hormones start declining in midlife, it's not just estrogen. is estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, like growth hormone, lots of thyroid, lots of things starts heading south. Um, I have gel packets instead of the patch. And when I'm done, yeah, I I am doing the troies inside my, you know, the sublingual at this point. I have some creams cuz it's like I can't just dissolve everything in my mouth or I can't just put all these creams on. Like it's like we got to like spread it out a little bit. So, I do my estrogen and progesterone as troies, and I do my testosterone and my DHEA as creams, and then vaginal estrogen. We just went off on a tangent there, but there we go. Um, with left hand in my face and run. What?
Okay, I don't know what that means.
Okay, let's move on. Um, the I restore helmet. I've already told you about that. This device, I mean, if you missed that show I did on hair loss, I have been struggling with hair loss since, my god, I was a teenager. Um, I'm going to tell you what's going on with my dad.
I'm losing hair again. So, I stress shed this. There's There's not a better Listen, I can show you all the [ __ ] that's on the market that can move the needle a little bit, but I just don't roll like that. That's not what I That's not how I I don't like to do that. Like, if it works, it works. If you missed that whole show I did on hair loss. When I'm done with this, you can comment the word hair loss in the comment section.
Not here, but when I post it to my feed, um you can comment hair loss and you'll get an a link to that live show. plus all of those hair loss um solutions that actually work that actually work.
Everything from oral minoxidil to a red light therapy cap to caffeine in the in the um in the scalp to micro needling the scalp. I went over all of it, right?
Where can you get prescription strength minoxidil? Where can you get finest?
Like all of the stuff, it's all in that hair loss live show. So after this, you can still comment the word hair loss in this same post and check your DM. So you can comment sales and get the sales. You can comment hair loss. It'll get you the hair loss. Um all the hair hair. Okay, the next one. Oh my gosh, I didn't bring it up here.
I don't think I brought it up here. Um Modair Liquid Biocell beauty. This is the collagen that I have been on five years. Five years or so. Um, and it's absolutely the best on the market.
I don't know how else to say that. How long is the helmet on sale till I bet um we can use I don't know, but I would I would imagine throughout the weekend because it's Mother's Day weekend, so it's a Mother's Day sale. Um, to insert vaginally is if I have an estrogen tablet to insert vaginally, is that fine? Nope. I would not do that. Um, estrogen tablets, if the tablet is meant for systemic estrogen, it's different than the topical stuff. topical estrogen that is spread down there is not going to be enough systemically to count as HRT. It's not moving the the needle on any blood work. It's only pretty much staying down there. And it has benefit down there. We already talked about that. Decreasing UTI, um labia atrophy, um there's lots of re better sex, less less painful less painful during sex.
There's lots of reasons for vaginal estrogen down there, but it's a completely different formulation than what you would take for systemic HRT. I hope that makes a difference. What were the supplements should I buy for weight loss?
This whole section is for weight loss.
And I don't mean weight loss like let's just give you a bunch of caffeine or something that we don't know what's going on and just have you lose a bunch of weight. This is healthy weight management, healthy weight loss. And so my I can tell you what the number one seller is. The number one seller is Fiber Lean. The reason why is because it's the it's so freaking simple. If you could just do a scoop or two of this in a glass of water and drink it 15 minutes before you ate anything, you are going to lose weight. You're also going to up your fiber game, which is super important. You know, super important.
You're going to see a lot more people are going to be paying attention to fiber and a lot less on protein as the years go on.
Um because it's the plants that have fiber. It's the animals that have protein. And there's so much research on if you can add more plant into your diet, not only plant protein, but just plants, you're going to live a lot longer. Um so this is so simple. It tastes like nothing. Stir it in. Drink it 15 minutes before. So I always start people on the fiber, the bourberine. This is so easy. It is one pill. You take one pill with any meal. You could take it two times a day.
Um, yeah, up to two times a day. It will literally cut your blood sugar. This one just alone, because I experiment on myself all the time, this one just alone, the bourberine alone dropped my my fasting blood glucose level from a seven from a 90 to a 75 just with this 90 to a 75. 90 is like, ooh.
And what did you eat the night before?
75 is like that is like that person's going to live a long time.
Only on this. The bourberine. So fiber bourberine. These two are the top sellers in terms of weight loss. Um easy digest. I'm going to take that out of there because I don't even like to sell easy digest because if I if you're buying easy digest, I want to work with your digestive system. It makes me think like I want to give you something to mask something. I want we got to figure out what the [ __ ] is going on. So, I might just continue easy digest because I don't like I I I would rather be proactive than try to band-aid something up.
This is why I'm a terrible business woman.
I'm I'm an excellent health coach, a terrible business woman. Sugar sponge if you are somebody. So, I'm just going to tell you the three. Crave control is like that's if you are a sugar addict, okay? You're a sugar addict or you have a little issue with alcohol or carbs or like you've just got that sweet tooth.
This is your new best friend. My sister lost 20 pounds just on just by controlling her cravings. She took four of these a day. I'm not kidding. Um, appetite suppressant, but it's in a natural way because it's working with it's nourishing those neurotransmitters in the brain that are in charge of all of that stuff. sugar sponge. If you're somebody like me who like life is too short and you're going to eat dessert, this is my like I take this with me everywhere. I usually have one in my purse because if I'm out and I'm meeting a girlfriend for lunch or something, it's like I want to I want to shave a few calories off of that meal. This does that. Um I want to not sh not um spike my blood glucose level. This does this.
This is 100% effective. I'm going to say that again. This is 100% effective.
Sugar sponge is in reducing postmeal sugar spikes. It happens in everybody.
The only people who can't take this is if you're pregnant, you don't really want to shave calories off. And if you're somebody who's hypoglycemic, meaning you have low blood sugar anyways, you don't want to do this. So, if you're type 1 diabetic and you've got those lows where you're having to drink orange juice or give yourself insulin shot, not for you for type 1 diabetics or pregnant. That's it. everybody else.
It's non-sistic. It literally shaves calories off of every meal and and will turn that fast food of high sugar, high processed, high starch food into slow food because it moves it further down the digestive tract. That's why you're not getting those sugars, the spikes.
So, those are like those are the best in terms of the weight the natural weight loss supplements that I have. Thanks.
I'll be ordering that shortly. Amazing Wendy. Um, so Bella says, "So I don't know. Do they she describe an insert tab on inside?"
Okay, I'm lost on that one. Let's see what else is on sale, though. So, the liquid collagen. I like I said, I've been using that for a long time. I don't think I have that with me, but I'm going to let you guys look at this bright mat for a second while I go and look in the other room and see if I have it. One sec. One sec.
Of course, I do.
Okay, we're back. This is what I was talking about. Okay, so this is what I've been using for my gosh, since they came out, I think. And it was bought out by um Shack Lee.
Modair went out of business. They bought it by Shack Lee, but they it's the same exact stuff in the same exact packaging.
They didn't even change the packaging.
So, right now, this Let's see what this is on sale for. This is two bottles.
They waved the 1995 annual membership fee. Um I I I don't know what else they what the sale is, but I thought it was two bottles. Oh, if you That's what it is.
If you buy two bottles, you save 20 bucks. It's all in the It will be all in the um autoresponse.
Yeah. Okay. So, that's it. And then there's also at the very bottom of the autoresponse, you'll see my all-time favorite products. These are products that I use all the time that probably are not on sale for Mother's Day. So, I wanted to put them there anyways. But what we just went through were all of the ones that were on sale for Mother's Day. The 8 in1 mask, the Dr. Pen is $100 off. The Live Young supplements are a buy 1 get one free. The Joe's full spectrum mat is $130 off for Mother's Day. Unbelievable.
Um, the shorts are $70 off. Woo. Sorry.
The EMS toning shorts are 70. These always make me laugh cuz wearing them I literally laugh the entire time I'm wearing them. Um, and then the timeless skin care care is up to 50% off sitewide. 40% off of the timeless. It is time to stock up, you guys. And that's it. That's it. That's all the things on sale that I love for Mother's Day. And don't wait for your kids to buy this crap for you. You guys, your kids are not going to want to buy you a helmet or, you know, shorts so you don't pee your pants or a big light mat. If you've got, if you've raised some human beings, you deserve to buy this stuff for yourself. So, I just wanted to give you all the all of the different sales.
Okay, that said, um when I post this to my main feed, um yeah, that's what I'm going to do when I p when I post this to my main feed.
Comment the word sales. You can also comment hair loss um if you were interested in that hair loss um live show that I did. But just comment sales and check your DM. We also still have six spots left for the Live Young South Korea retreat. Um you can comment the word retreat and check your DM. get that application filled out because we're still vetting people. Um, please see my question about the face mask. What was that for craft's sake? Hold on. Let me go back. Let me go back and answer some questions. Um, one second.
What type of collagen is the MOA? It's type. It's actually three different types. I think it was type I don't know.
I have to My brain right now is not working. You'll you'll know why in just a minute. that um I don't remember the exact types of collagen that were in here, but what what I do know is that a lot of the I think there was three different types of collagen in here.
Mostly the ones that work for skin.
That's why there they have like six different formulations. The one that I use is beauty and that's because this is literally skin, hair, and nails. So, reduces wrinkles from the inside out, supports strong hair and nails, and supports skin collagen content. The reason why I like this is because there's third third party tested. So this isn't just like somebody in their kitchen making stuff like there's a whole team behind this and a lot of the research on collagen itself is pulled from so in other words vital proteins or whatever makes a collagen they're pulling from research that it works based on research that Modair did.
That's why I like this company and so I know what I'm getting when I when I get that. So let's see what there was. I don't I don't see your question on the face mask. Ryan says, "I have too many questions about the anti-aging devices, so I'm saving for a oneon-one."
That'd be great. Ryan, if you want to come to the retreat, come to the retreat. Um, in South Korea, you get a 15-minute free phone call. I live in Canada, so it's more probably August since it's my birthday. Okay.
Um, for craft sake, put I don't know what your uh Bella Fit says, "Anything purchased within two weeks of Mother's Day, either side counts as my Mother's Day gift to ourselves." Yes, I love that. I love that. Um, for craft's sake, I'm going to try to scroll up here and see if I can see your question again, but I can't really see it. I don't think. Can I use a face mask after chemical peels? Okay.
Um, are you talking about a face mask like this?
or a face mask like a face mask that you would put on that is a skin care based face mask um something like these right? Are you talking about like a face mask face mask or are you talking about this after a chemical peel? You do not want to put one of these on. No face mask. You want to let your skin breathe and do its thing.
You absolutely. It's like if you got a burn, you the last thing you want to do is cover up that burn, right? It's going to make it burn worse. Put a face mask on after a chemical peel. It's going to intensify that. Not good. If you're wanting to do something like this, wait a little bit until that chemical peel has calmed down slightly. Um, so yes, you absolutely can. Just I would wait for a good hour post chemical peel and then you can start using your mask. I hope that that makes sense. But no topical stuff after a chemical peel that's in a a sheet mask of any sort for craft sake. Um, that was actually a really good question. I'm so sorry I missed that. Okay. Anything else? Oh, yeah. This one you can you can use this just wait a half hour about, right? And then you can start using these kind of masks. Um, okay. It's 1:00. Any Brandon says any suggestions on Botox versus Um, you know what? It just depends, Brandon.
There's so many different um you know there's so many different forms of bot of Botox and some are made so sorry some are made to like act a little bit quicker and some are made to last a little bit longer I continue to go back to Botox and then like every once in a while I'll do like a disport like if I'm going in and I'm like you know what I just want to I do a lot of Botox in my neck you guys you be most of my Botox goes in my neck and along the jaw because when you do Botox along the jaw like in a nefertiti lift, it relaxes that and lifts because this muscle is pulling down. So when you relax that here, it lifts the neck up a little bit and gives you a a better jawline.
But I go back, that's a good question. I should do a whole show on like all the different neurotoxins. What are really the risks? Um because Botox and those neurotoxins have been used since the 60s and there's a lot of medical uses for them. They do not go through your whole body and make you paralyzed. Now, could there be somebody that like puts it in somebody's vein on accident? Very difficult to do that accidentally.
Um, I'm not saying that there aren't people that have bad reactions to it, but people can have bad reactions to Tylenol. You know, it's like in that kind of category of it's very, very, very rare. Um, okay. Um, here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to get off of here and I'm gonna pop back on the one the the live that I'm going to do. when I pop back on, I'm not gonna post. Um, my father died last night, yesterday. And so, I do want to talk about that.
Um, but maybe not right here. So, this is Mother's Day sales. Don't wait for your kids to buy you something good, right? I'm going to post this to my main feed. Give me about 15 minutes and I'm going to pop back on here and talk about my dad if you're interested in that or I don't know. Maybe I just I want to talk about it however that's going to come out. Um, so that one will not be posted to my main feed, but right now I'm going to post this to my main feed.
Give me like 10 minutes and then please, instead of just commenting sales and getting all the goods, give it a heart, okay? Send it to another friend, another mom who deserves to buy this stuff for herself. Um, and then comment the word sales and check your DM. Okay. All right. I'm going to give myself a 15-minute break, grab a cup of coffee, and I'll see you guys back here if you want in 15 minutes. All right. Have a great Mother's Day weekend for everybody else. All right. by
