Service businesses that address fundamental human needs with low overhead and recurring revenue models can generate stable, scalable income; the cleaning industry exemplifies this with its $400B+ market value, 90%+ profit margins for solo operators, and client lifetime values reaching $200,000-$500,000, making it a reliable path to $10K+ monthly net income through stacking repeat clients rather than chasing new customers.

The 'Boring Business' That Makes $10K+/Month 💰追加:
Did you know the business that could get you out of your current job and change your life is the one that you've probably been ignoring? Or could be the one that you've never even thought of starting because this business definitely isn't flashy, but it just plain works. And it can make you $10,000 a month or more in profit very consistently. I'm talking about a cleaning business. And maybe you've heard this before, but the boring businesses are the ones that actually pay. And in the next few minutes, I'm going to show you exactly why this industry is one of the smartest, most stable ways to build real income without the stress, headaches, and overhead that most businesses require. And without chasing the latest trend. And this is especially for you if any of the following describe your current job situation. You are underpaid, underappreciated, unfulfilled, and perhaps even at risk of losing your job to AI. I've built multiple highly profitable cleaning businesses in multiple markets. And I've generated multiple seven figures as a cleaning business owner. And I've helped thousands of people achieve freedom through cleaning businesses of their own. So, if after watching this video, you want to learn more about how I can help you do the same, there's a link below where you can work with me directly. But for now, let's get to work. The first thing you need to understand is that the cleaning industry is experiencing massive growth.
Currently, it is valued at over $400 billion.
in the next 10 years, it's projected to climb to over $750 billion. And the reason is simple. Humans continue to create the need for more cleaning. And the spaces humans occupy don't stay clean on their own. And every time a new home, office, clinic, or retail space is built, it instantly creates another long-term cleaning customer. On top of that, while technology and AI may be able to replace certain jobs, they can't physically clean bathrooms and take out the trash. Trust me, no robot is showing up to deep clean a kitchen or office anytime soon. And since cleaning is a very human service, you're not competing with software updates or algorithm changes. You're simply solving a real ongoing problem, and that makes this business incredibly stable. Think about plumbing. Nobody wakes up excited to call a plumber, but when something breaks, they need one. And cleaning is the same way. Except, how often do people need a plumber? Not very often at all. You can go years or even a decade without needing one. But cleaning is always needed, and there are always people willing to pay for it. That is why the cleaning industry isn't just surviving, but thriving. And that makes it an incredible opportunity for you.
Oh, and a bonus reason why I love this industry so much, it's not seasonal.
Meaning, it's a business with year-round consistency. And speaking of consistency, when you build your cleaning business right, you will get paid over and over again by the same clients. Think about that. Most businesses are stuck chasing new customers every single week, running ads, posting non-stop, or trying to go viral. But in cleaning, you get a client once and they stay, quite often for years. This is called recurring revenue, and there are many benefits. But here are just two of them. Number one, it keeps your business highly profitable.
And number two, it keeps your business highly peaceful, thus creating the personal and financial freedom you're after. And isn't that why we start businesses to begin with? Back to what I said earlier, cleaning is a repetitive need. So when your business does a good job, clients don't come back because you beg them to, they come back because their house got dirty again, or because their office requires routine cleaning to keep their staff and customers safe.
So, a recurring need leads to a recurring service, which leads to recurring revenue. And you don't hit 10K or more in profit every month by working harder. You do it by stacking these repeat clients on top of each other. So, when you have just 10 clients paying $400 a month, that's $4,000. Just 25 clients, now you're at 10K, and your effort and income start to compound, just like investing. And you can keep scaling as big as you want to go. Now, let's talk about why this business is so simple to start, because a lot of people get stuck before they even begin. If you're thinking you need a huge startup budget, a perfect marketing plan, and tons of equipment, you don't. [music] This is not like opening a restaurant where you need tens of thousands of dollars just [music] to unlock the door, or developing a new product that requires months or even years of research and development, or an e-com brand where you need tons of inventory and paid ads to keep the cash flowing.
This is low overhead, and that matters more than people realize, because when your expenses stay low, your profit stays high. And very healthy profit margins are one of the many things I specialize in teaching my students. Solo cleaners can achieve margins of 90% or better, and businesses that hire out the cleaning can achieve margins of 40% or better. In fact, my cleaning business is currently sitting at a 46% margin, and I run it on just a few hours of work each week. Compare that to the e-com business where you're dealing with inventory, shipping, returns, and damaged goods, or the restaurant where you're managing food spoilage, long hours, and the physical space it takes to run a restaurant. But in this industry, you clean, you get paid. It really is that simple. And when you keep your business simple, it becomes easier to scale.
Lastly, let's chat about the most powerful part of this industry, and that's the lifetime value or LTV of clients. LTV is just the total amount a client pays you over the entire time they stay with you. Not one job, not one invoice, the whole relationship. And this is where most people completely underestimate the cleaning industry. I tell people all the time that I've had residential clients with lifetime values of a quarter million dollars in my cleaning business. And commercial clients with LTVs of over a half a million dollars. And people who know nothing about the cleaning industry struggle to believe that. But here's what makes that possible. Once you land a high LTV client, they have no reason to stop using you. And these clients aren't just looking for business owners like me with years of experience. My coaching students land them, too. Like Erica, landing this residential client worth over $40,000 a year. If they stay for 5 years, that's [music] a $200,000 LTV. Or Shauna, who resigned a $5,000 per month commercial contract. Again, $5,000 per month. That's $60,000 a year.
And after 5 years, their LTV will be $300,000.
And when you see these numbers and understand what's possible, that should change your entire approach to this industry. How you market, how you sell, how you communicate, how you price, how you hire, how you onboard, how you handle mistakes. And the cleaning business owners who treat their clients like long-term assets instead of like one-time transactions are the ones who win. So, how do you land these high LTV clients? It's pretty simple. You recognize that you aren't selling cleaning, but rather you're selling outcomes. You're giving a busy mom her evening back. You're helping a professional walk into a calm and clean office, and you're taking stress off of someone else's plate. And when you do all of that well, clients [music] don't leave. They stay. They trust you, and they refer you to others. That's how you build a business that lasts. So, when people call this a boring business, I just smile. And after owning my own boring cleaning business for over 25 years, here's what I know. Boring doesn't mean bad. It means predictable.
It means stable. It means proven. And those are the kind of businesses that give people the personal and financial freedom they're after. And that's all most people actually want. So, if you've been bouncing from idea to idea, or always chasing the next exciting opportunity, then maybe it's time to look at what actually works. A simple service that fulfills a basic human need with low costs, recurring income, and high lifetime value clients. And a path to $10,000 a month or more in net income that doesn't rely on the latest trend.
