[00:00:00]What is going on XRP Army? It is Ahmed and I am back today with yet another video for you on today guys. We got to give updates on XRP as the Clarity Act is preparing to be signed into law. The overall cryptocurrency market's momentum is looking very, very good. We're hoping that Bitcoin breaks above $82,500 and for XRP the big resistance that you all need to keep in mind is $1.75 per coin. We've seen quite a bit of chop over the last month, but momentum is stronger than it was at least for the first quarter of 2026. If we look at the one-year chart, of course, we have a lot of room to get back to all-time highs, but there are certain tailwinds and catalysts that are hopefully going to fuel XRP's next rally and we all need to make sure we're prepared for it. So, with that being said, $3.3 billion of 20 for our trade volume up 50% day-over-day is a very good indicator that traders are looking and locking into XRP, buying up positions even though the price action has been quite lousy.

[00:01:55]So, when I we're seeing the the violent repricing of $20 being a narrative that's being pushed for short-term price action or PA.

[00:02:05]The quick read on this 24/7 Wall Street uh post is that XRP trades near $1.40 today with a market cap roughly around $87 billion and a circulating supply of 61.8 billion tokens. For XRP to reach $20, its market cap will need to grow approximately 1.23 trillion.

[00:02:23]XRP ETFs led all of crypto fund inflows the week ending April 11th, capturing 119.6 million US dollars.

[00:02:31]XRP outperformed ETH, SOL, BTC, you name it.

[00:02:36]Which was 53% of the 224 million that flowed into crypto funds globally on that same week. Yet, institutional allocators are still holding back large capital until the Clarity Act clears the Senate and permanently makes XRP a digital commodity. And also, we know it's going to be very good in terms of the yield that people can get by just holding positions via the exchange-traded funds and on crypto exchanges. Standard Chartered forecast that XRP could reach 1960 by 2029, $28 by 2030, and making a $20 realistic target within the decade under its road map, but only if ETF inflows scale past 4 billion and the Clarity Act becomes a law.

[00:03:21]But, we know that we should look at the Clarity Act as a tailwind. I posted a tweet, actually. And I want to make sure to highlight this before we jump into the next article.

[00:03:37]JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, and BlackRock are now hiring for dozens of crypto jobs. And I said, "Tell me the Clarity Act is complete without telling me the Clarity Act is complete." Why would big institutions, not big, the biggest institutions in the world. JPMorgan Chase, BlackRock, multi-trillion dollar asset managers, Morgan Stanley hiring for a bunch of crypto jobs as they prepare for liquidity influx, the trillions of dollars that's currently laying out within the global liquidity index that's preparing to penetrate this market for the first time ever. A lot of people are excited about the equities market right now as everything's at all-time high, S&P 500, QQQ or the Nasdaq. You name it. Which is true. It is at all-time highs, but you need to understand the upside potential for crypto is so much higher right now than in equities, plain and simple.

[00:04:27]Now, why is XRP on the rise? And this is what we need to talk about the Clarity Act.

[00:04:31]The vote looms as XRP tests the monthly highs.

[00:04:35]We're seeing traders, those that like to trade certain outcomes for elections, law bills into laws, they're saying a 75% chance that the Clarity Act actually gets signed into law. So, make sure we keep that in mind. XRP rallied 6% on Monday, the biggest one-day move in two months, but rejected at the $1.45 supply zone Monday as the box ceiling holds.

[00:04:57]Senate Banking scheduled the Clarity Act uh markup for May 14th at 10:30 a.m.

[00:05:03]Eastern Standard Time. That's the date you need to all lock into this Thursday, May 14th at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, EST. 1.32 billion in XRP inflows back the institutional bid. XRP chart shows a $1.51 to $1.57 ceiling intact with the prior uh 53-cent bearish thesis reactivating if a $1.30 floor cracks, which I don't foresee that happening.

[00:05:32]Now, the answer is on Tim Scott's Senate Banking calendar. The Senate Banking Committee scheduled the long-delayed Clarity Act markup for Thursday, May 14th, ending months of legislative gridlock and pulling institutional capital back off the sidelines.

[00:05:48]Donald Trump said he's doing everything in his power as the president of the United States, which we know this has to come down it comes down to the Senate, the house, and the president. All three need to make sure that it passes to get into the law. And for that being said right now, it's still a bill that's proposed, but all entities, especially on the crypto side, are finally in tune and are happy with the outcome of it. We were expecting July 2026 to be when this bill was acted into law or enacted into law, but now we are seeing based off of all the news ca- all the news outlets, and even from Capitol Hill, that May 14th is now going to be the date that they vote. And we're hoping that it goes well. And if it passes, guys, be prepared. A lot of people are calling for sell the news kind of event, but I would disagree.

[00:06:35]Extremely disagree that I think this is going to be what institutional capital is officially unlocked, and we have a framework that's compliant with the SEC, the CFTC, and all regulatory bodies to give crypto its path forward.

[00:06:50]Now, in addition, I want to look at the chart. This is important. So, right now we know that XRP did touch $1.50. This was back on April 16th.

[00:07:01]And then yet again, we hit $1.50 just literally yesterday on May 10th. We know that is a resistance zone.

[00:07:11]We are getting some form of demand or at least support zones at $1.39, and we hit that twice for double bottom, $1.39 and even $1.40, a little bit of a higher low here.

[00:07:23]So, if you're a trader, if you're someone that's looking to get into XRP now, don't FOMO in on very strong green candles.

[00:07:33]Utilize things like BYDFi or any exchange that offers limit buy orders.

[00:07:37]You can set a price.

[00:07:42]Often times towards the of my videos I need to sneeze, but Oh man, excuse me.

[00:07:47]But that's just how things go and I'm a one take kind of guy, so we're going to keep the camera rolling. Now, a $1.47 if you're happy getting in at $1.47 you can do that. But the best part about limit buy orders is let's say you want to execute your buy at a previous support zone.

[00:08:01]So right now for XRP, let's just say we want to go for the higher low that was tested at $1.41 and you want to buy 1,000 XRP tokens at that price.

[00:08:10]So for 1410 you can buy it by setting this limit buy order, set it and forget it. Go away, hang out with family, spend time doing what you want to do and once that price is touched, if anything happens that causes that red candle to candle down, you can do so. Or of course you can do a market buy where you buy at the exact price that the market has it at the moment. So again, that's this tab right here that says market and you can off you can do either of these two depending on what kind of you investor you are, but I think regardless if we're saying a $20 XRP narrative uh via even Wall Street and big banks saying so then hey anything below $2, anything below $5 it's considered cheap if you're looking at it from the long term. That's what really is going to be the deciding factor for institutional capital unlocks that can cause this market to absolutely rage just like the equities market is these days especially with the AI bubble that has been forming.
