ASMR Teaching you German Basics 🇩🇪Added:
Hello, welcome my love on Bambi ASMR channel.
How are you doing?
Everyone, everyone of you is doing amazing.
And today we are not at my home. We are in the classroom today. Okay?
We are at school, guys, cuz I have something to teach you.
And it's not ASMR.
It's German.
German is my native language language.
And a lot of you guys were interested interested in getting to know a little bit German. And as I love teaching already, I was like, okay, let's do that.
So today, my love, I am going to teach you the very basics of German language. Okay. So lay back.
Lay back because it will be not a lot of work.
You can just relax and I will make it easy for you to listen.
So let's learn in our sleep guys. Okay.
Okay guys, I hope you made yourself comfortable.
Comfortable.
I did this for you actually all by myself.
I want to teach you the very basics.
Okay.
And first and foremost, I feel like when you're in a new country or you talking to someone, talking to someone from another country, I feel like the most important thing is to say like knowing how to introduce yourself and saying hello.
So, I wrote down some of the common Germans.
Greetings.
So this is you, okay?
You want to go up to someone who is German, okay? And you want to say, "Hi."
Hi. [sighs] So, what would you say in German then?
You would say, "Hello."
Hello.
This is like the most common. Okay, it's an informal way to say hello.
If you want to say a formal way, then you go.
Okay, we always got formal and informal ways to say stuff in language.
So would be the formal way.
You want to say it with me together?
Okay.
It um you could translate it to you could translate it to good day. You don't say that in English, but in German.
In German, it's a way to say hello.
Okay. Another way to say hi would be got close got close got. Okay. It's a very um old way to say hello. Um mostly mostly old people in Germany say that.
Or if you go into the mountains here in Bavaria and you come across somebody else on the path, the people there say good. Okay.
Um it could be translated to um great god. I would say great god but that's the other thing you don't say that in English but that would be like the exact exact translation.
And also a cool thing in Germany is um depending on your location in Germany, if you're like in the west or in the south or in the east um there are different ways to say hello. Okay. So in the south in the south where I am you also say savos savos sav.
Okay.
So, so as you see our little person here, um, has different options to say hello when she goes up to that guy she's into, okay? And she really want to impress him. So, she thought about a lot of different ways to say hello. And she's my little princess.
So I gave her this cute crown.
And princess in German is princess.
Princess Princess.
I hope I'm your little ASMR princess or big. I'm already big, guys.
And in German, it's actually quite the same as many words in German are very similar to English. I mean, not a lot, but there's still some.
Okay, let's get over to our little guy here.
He also has a crown. Okay, I don't leave my boys out on this channel.
Everyone deserves a crown. Okay.
And um he will teach you now what to say when you want to say bye.
Bye.
There are again um quite many ways to say bye.
So the most the most common is just just sounds funny. I feel like it's a for for a German word it's it's quite funny. I don't know why. Maybe my German people understand me.
And the formal way to say bye to someone is vin.
Okay.
V.
Did you say it with me? I'm proud of you.
I forgot to show you how ju is written. Okay, this is just and this is of VA.
It um means um until we see each other again. If you want translated guys, I'm loving my hair today.
I missed myself with girls actually.
Um, as I colored my hair um last year, um, they got less curls, which is quite sad. And I really wanna really want to return to my old girls, whatever.
I wanted to tell you another way to say bye. Another word for by in German is actually an Italian word and it's all my Italian people will know this of course. Um I don't know why it's like that you it's very common to say that.
Um, I would even go so far to say that me personally, me personally, I say cha quite more often than just Yeah, I believe it's because um, Italy and Germany are neighbors.
So from the south of Germany, it's not very far to Italy. I love Italy.
In the next step, I will teach you how to introduce yourself.
Introduce yourself.
So if you just want to say hey my name is so for example I've written down my name hello my name is Betty Betty which is actually my actual name maybe not all of you know when you want to say that you say in German hello my My name is Betty.
Hello.
My nama is Betty.
Okay, I was too fast, guys. I have to slow down.
Hello, my name is Betty.
Okay, very easy as you see again name and nama it's very similar so the German language took a lot from English or I think it has to do something with um the origin of languages they are like groups groups People who study languages probably know what I'm saying. So, English and German are in the same group of languages. Okay. In the same group.
Same group.
Somebody of you has to tell me how the group is named, but I know that they're like groups of languages.
And if you want to say then and yours and yours what is your name?
Then you simply say question mark.
Okay. Now let's head over to the next sheet.
I also made this guys. I want to hear some applause please in the comments.
I like paper sounds.
Are you already sleeping my love?
Okay, let's head over to the numbers.
The numbers which in German is called is called.
So let's start with the number one.
Okay.
One is called in German eyes.
The number two is called spy.
Spy spy.
The number three three is called try.
You got it.
Try the number four.
Four is fear.
I said it in English voice.
Fear.
Fear.
Fear.
Fear. Okay.
Then we got the number five.
Five is the next number is the number six.
Six.
Six is called in German sex.
Sex.
Sex.
Sex.
Then we go over to seven.
Seven in German is se [snorts] eight eight is okay.
We already that far. I'm proud of you if you're still awake.
People who start studying German have problems with that pronunciation because this this word is really hard to say the [laughter] it's a weird thing you do in German language. I think I think for many foreign people it's really hard to say like this. Um you really have to train that with um your tongue. But if I make more videos um for teaching German in the future on this channel, I can teach you that too if you're interested.
So we go over we go over to nine. Okay.
Nine.
Nine.
Nine.
Can you tell me which what is the English word for that? I mean you already have the number and make it easy for you. about my way.
Nine. Yes, thank you. Okay, now we head over to the double digits and we start with the number 10.
10 which is Zane.
The next one is 11 which is in German.
F if like the brand the makeup brand.
Next one is which is 12 in English.
12.
Okay, you've got this one.
The next one is which is 13 in English.
13.
So I forgot to mark it in a different color like the other ones. See?
But it's the same um the same thing.
When we start here with 13 in German, the way the word is constructed is differently.
You use the number in the end.
You start with it in the beginning.
For example, in 13 we have a three.
Okay, we have a three.
And what did we learn? Three means try in German. Yeah.
So we take that dry and we put it in front. Okay. Not in the back like here.
In the front.
And then we add it in. Okay.
This one.
Okay. And that's the way the numbers are constructed in German.
I just forgot to mark it. My bad here. I did it with all the other numbers.
So that's basically how it works. And it also works for every other number that comes there.
Okay? like it's the same the same thing when you start like 21 22 23 okay but I will tell you I will speak those numbers for you now okay that you heard them one time 14 15 is 15.
16 is 17 is 16.
18 is and 19 is 19.
I think if you listened correctly, you yourself have seen that it's like always the same. You know, you always have the and the and then you have the numbers in the beginning. Okay. And 14 is a four. Okay.
So, we take the four which is fear in German. Fear and we put it in the beginning. Okay.
And Add that same to 10. You got it.
What makes 10 + 4?
14 correctly.
Okay guys, I think we made it. Should we maybe do a test?
A quick a quick test to see if you listened to my lesson.
Although I'm not mad if you've already fallen asleep, my love. That's the intention of this videos. But if you're still awake, I will make a test with you quickly.
Okay.
So, I will test if you listen.
I got this here. It's a linear.
Lineal.
Is that the word in English?
Okay.
Okay. I will put my finger on the number and you will tell me the number in German. Okay.
What is one in German, my love?
Right.
One applause.
Let's go on to two.
I will give you a second just a second. Okay.
Yes, it's fine.
It's fine.
You're doing amazing.
Okay, [sighs] maybe let's test this one.
Can you see it correctly?
I will go a little bit closer.
It's no problem. I want you to succeed for what is for in German.
Did you listen?
Okay, only one second.
You did well. Okay, maybe we want to turn what we got here.
Let's go to this the double digit.
What is this number German?
What is the number German?
of good. Okay. And as this is lineal, you can see that here it's 12 cm. Okay. This is 12 cm. Can you tell me 12 cm in German?
What is 12 in German?
Do you still know that? That would be awesome.
[sighs] You did well, my love. We came to an end. I had so much fun.
actually the most fun in a lot of videos.
And if you want to see more teaching videos in German or other teaching videos like for astrology or whatever you're interested in, then write it in the comments, my love. I would love to see your feedback, okay? And yes, I wish you a restful night wherever you are.
Lots of kisses. Bye-bye.
