The most important mindset for a leader and for leadership journeys, firstly to be very intimately and authentically involved with your people. The people first aspect of leadership in my view is sort of essential. Secondly, I would say that you must always believe that anything is possible. There's nothing like the lexicon of impossible in any challenges that you face.

[00:00:47]Thirdly, I think delegation and empowerment and also the fact that you learn to trust your people is very very important in the leadership journey.

[00:01:04]You cannot authentically be there for people unless and until you're suspending judgment, you're without biases, and you're willing to be open to just see for who they are.

[00:01:15]And really delegate and trust them. So, I think those four fit in beautifully there.
