[00:00:00]The United States is short power. We're short compute. We're short chips. And there going to be shortages in all three. And and memory four things.

[00:00:12]I actually believe a new asset class will be buying futures of compute.

[00:00:17]We just don't have enough compute power right now.

[00:00:20]>> Good morning, afternoon, or evening, ladies and gentlemen. Happy Thursday. I hope you've all had a wonderful week so far. We played that clip for you of Larry Frink, who of course is the largest asset manager in the world, CEO of BlackRock, uh the largest asset management company in the world. I don't even know what they've got now. It's got to be 14, 15, 16 trillion assets under management.

[00:00:44]Uh talking about the future and the future asset class being around uh implied um compute, future implied compute, but he talks about energy. He talks about a whole buildup or buildout that is needed to facilitate the kind of AI needs um that tomorrow's world is going to run on. And there's such an opportunity there. Um we're taking it right now.

[00:01:11]We're doing well from it right now. You know, we had the Iran situation. We took a cautionary approach to markets and then very quickly pivoted back into a sector that we said you need to attach urgency to, which is the kind of AI buildout one. specifically around kind of um high powered compute and we gave you a number core cipher these have all done very well. We looked at hut 8 yesterday which unfortunately was a holding that we puked but we had held it and done 3 400% um on it already. Um we are now back very heavily wholly I would say uh despite fears around this being a bubble um in uh compute uh and I think one element that's missing you know when when you have all these AI agents it's going to change the economic world as we know and I'll talk to you about that towards the end in regards to some Coinbase news um and also Amazon news talking about the future world and and displacing the labor force but the replacement of that being AI, if it wants real world impact, it needs to have economic um ability that comes from crypto. And I believe crypto is actually an AI play, it has to be. And there's going to be a race for um currency dominance in the AI arena in the same way that there is um in the uh sort of real world. So there's there's so many opportunities there right now despite the world being very confusing. There is rumors that Black Rockck is to announce a hyperscala data center deal this week. Um, lots of speculation in regards to who it may be.

[00:02:43]We see the Nikai go on into new all-time highs here. Things look very toppy.

[00:02:49]Again, we pivot a lot earlier on the stock market and thus more broadly the market. It's the right thing to do. Um this really led by SoftBank which effectively is an AI play. They own ARM holdings um or have an ownership a large ownership in ARM holdings. They of course uh design CPU architecture. Uh they've got massive AI investment strategies. Um they've got the vision fund AI infrastructure ambitions to become an AI data center.

[00:03:22]Um, it's not a pure AI play, but what we're seeing is just AI lead everything, whether that's the South Korean stock market. South Korea is dependent, very dependent on oil that comes out of the straight of Harmuz, and are undoubtedly going to be feeling economic impact as a result of it. The markets just simply don't care. Look at SK Hinxes. Look at your um Samsung's. You know, these are all AI plays just like SoftBank effectively is or is moving off of that's causing your markets more broadly to surge. And actually, it's causing a breadth in markets. Obviously, the IWM was something that we looked at in regards to being in what we would call a cup and handle. Um, and we have a substantially higher target. We've we've given this as it was forming the handle and and and of course, it's on its way there. Your markets are going to continue. I don't believe Bitcoin is out of the woods yet at all. And actually, I think if there's a lesson to be learned in regards to how crypto is done in this environment where you have this K where you have AI being the main driver of markets is it actually hasn't done well. This is why we haven't seen that alt season. We've seen certain alts do well. I think you you'll see that continuing. um you know we own certain cryptos few now and even some of the players I talk about regularly I have small to no position in because I'm waiting for I think a next leg lower that may come they've shown no strength despite markets generally doing what they are but I think they will and that's because you know crypto I think is fundamental to AI buildout where we're at is a more primitive state in regards to energy you know infrastructure or or or or facilities um chips, production, we we're at the kind of production phase and then we get into you'll almost see kind of software around AI come back or SAS as a service um come back even though you know AI has kind of displaced a lot of that. So there's so much opportunity I mean really truly there's a lot of opportunity in regards to everything going on right now. You know if we look at uh Korea's uh EPS growth we we vision it appears all hyperscala capeex growth is going to Korea somewhat um there's a lot of it um the costby obviously doing very well I mean look at this and the questions undoubtedly is or undoubtedly is okay how long can this go on for and is this another you know 2000 style move and are we just kind of here potentially um we'll see but but I always give that cautionary tale of Bur who understood that the housing market was fragile and a bubble um but ultimately had to pay a three-year price to get the goal which most couldn't substain um and and and that's the reality of markets and I think your markets that are doing well are you know Korea very techheavy um the US we're not seeing too much out of Europe. Uh, you know, the DAX hasn't even gone on and made made a high.

[00:06:34]Undoubtedly, it will.

[00:06:37]Um, yeah, we're seeing things do very well.

[00:06:41]And it's the sector that we said would lead. You know, we gave you the breakout for Intel.

[00:06:46]We gave you the breakout for Dell.

[00:06:49]We gave you the breakout for Seagate Technologies, Nebius, by the way, which is nearly at the the long target we had from 2022.

[00:06:58]Um, Corewave, this continues.

[00:07:04]Cipher, which we've got a bigger target for Hut 8.

[00:07:10]We obviously were accumulators of of of Hut 8 down here. We puked it here, unfortunately, on the Iran stuff. Should have held on. That would have been sensational for us. But you live and learn and we still made 3 400%. Take advantage of this opportunity. If you guys want to become a patron, find out what we were buying today, do so. Um we we we called a specific crypto that just partnered with Coinbase very well recently and are all making money in it despite generally crypto is not doing too well. We're loading up on another crypto heavily and of course we've got your kind of data centers um but we still think there's a lot of juice left left to be squeezed. So this is the opportunity. Unfortunately it's not crypto. I do wonder is there a play saw Dan from Flux talking about Larry Frink effectively calling out or or or or somewhat in a roundabout way alluding to what decentralized CPU structures are doing. And we spoke to Render. We interviewed the CEO of Render. Amazing, unbelievably intelligent individual.

[00:08:09]And it's interesting because they have got these decentralized computing protocols. I wonder if there's a beard there to plug or they they become an option to plug the kind of hunger for AI. You know, we're looking at that as an opportunity. So, your markets are going to continue high, guys. Um, you're getting sort of good news from a stock point of view all around, whether it's Shell top profit earnings or estimates as Iran war boosts oil prices and they cut their share buybacks. It's not just big oil. Wind giants welcome profit beats as Iran war surplus energy pivots.

[00:08:43]the Nicki. It's all very positive, isn't it? Um, lots of investment in energy infrastructure.

[00:08:52]Um, PepsiCo Mandel social media is reshaping the world's fastest growing market for big brands. It's just a new technological world that we find ourselves in and we need to understand that. And talking about that, you know, this was interesting. Amazon completes the first ever drone parcel delivery in Britain.

[00:09:11]The future is here. And this was from Brian Armstrong. They're cutting uh 14% of their workforce just because they don't need them anymore. They they they've become, as Uvel Harrari would uh term them, useless humans.

[00:09:27]And there's this paradigm shift. And this is why your markets, there's been major divergences between like markets and major economic stats because they they they're not driven on um you know, okay, unemployment's a thing of course and and these kind of more legacy stats, but um yeah um it's it's not really driven on that. It's all it's all driven around kind of future imply valuations and and and the future world and this race that's taking place. Um I think there is definitely a spillover into crypto. I I don't think Bitcoin to me looks out of the woods at all personally and I can definitely see another leg lower. And one might say, okay, well Bitcoin is kind of a macro asset. Why would it do that?

[00:10:14]Well, actually that's exactly what we've seen for altcoins, even um despite the general stock markets doing extremely well. This is a this is a fundamental I guess mistake we made was thinking that all ships would rise together. I guess Bitcoin did rise with the stock market, but your altcoin sector more broadly didn't. So, we got back into markets literally here across the board.

[00:10:38]Bitcoin did well. We were more heavy on altcoins. They didn't quite perform the way we wanted them to. Stock market did well. everything sort of played out on a macro in the way that we wanted it to.

[00:10:47]Um the one thing that didn't was also I I think I think crypto unfortunately is going to get left behind here a little bit um for now and we're saying that as a channel called Allin Crypto.

[00:10:59]Um we we we we do believe crypto is going to be one of the greatest opportunities because it's the the financial layer of the future world.

[00:11:10]That's so evident. Um, if you guys didn't watch my Hideeracon video yesterday, do go give it a watch with Nadine Shakar Euro Clear City Moody's rating.

[00:11:18]Um, but right now that's not where the focus is and and markets are like dodos really or people are like dodos when it comes to markets. They'll go with where the noise is and that's why the dodos went extinct. Um, ultimately, you know, crypto, I think, takes a little bit longer to warm up.

[00:11:41]I think AI really is going to accelerate crypto adoption far far beyond Bitcoin.

[00:11:48]Um, for me, when we're making this call, we still see downside in in in Bitcoin and crypto more broadly. We're saying the area of urgency, which we've been right on, is is is AI build that, and that's going to continue to be the case.

[00:11:59]How long can this go on for? Well, who knows? Remember, markets can stay um irrational for longer than you can stay solvent, if they even are being irrational.

[00:12:08]Um, and that's really where you want to focus. There are certain cryptos that I think are going to do well in this environment. Um, because there's a broader economic plan, a kind of Brettonwoods 3 going on, and you want to take advantage of that in certain kind of stable coin infrastructure plays. Um, and yeah, that's really it from me guys.
