While the shift toward cell-free regenerative medicine is scientifically sound, the video’s sweeping claims for dozens of conditions lean more toward biohacking hype than rigorous clinical evidence. It is a classic example of over-marketing a promising biological concept before the large-scale, peer-reviewed data is truly in.

Beyond Stem Cell Therapy (This Blew My Mind)Added:
So it seems like everyone's talking about stem cell therapies and even peptides. And I've spoken about peptides a lot on my YouTube channel. But today, what I want to do is share with you a really cutting-edge breakthrough treatment called regenerative protein arrays, which are the next generation beyond stem cells. So this is a particular therapy in which I've actually interviewed three doctors from the US about this particular therapy.
And I've actually created a long-form podcast. If those of you interested in learning more, be sure to check out my podcast, Boost Your Biology Podcast. I'm on all the platforms. But what I want to do is share with you this cutting-edge treatment called RPA. All right, so let's look at the evolution of regenerative therapies. Now, looking at the timeline and the development of these particular treatments, we got PRP and Bmac. Then we've got the amnion.
Then we've got stem cells. And then we've got exosomes. Now, we can see the autologous therapies. They're things like PRP, the Bmac, and adipose. And now these autologous therapies include same surgical procedure exemption with the FDA. There's diminished risk of communicable disease. And there's diminished outcomes for patients greater than 55 years old, such as smokers, obese people, and systemic diseases. And the source of therapy limits breadth of healing proteins. All right, so what I'm sharing with you is truly groundbreaking. This particular regenerative protein array, RPA, is something that I want all of you who are watching this video to go and Google search and click on the links in the video descriptions down below to learn more about RPA. Now, some of the crazy things that I've heard about these doctors treating using RPA is just mind-blowing. All right, so looking at the allogenic therapies, we've got examples such as amnion or MSCs or exosomes. You know, the cellular {slash} DNA transfer between patients has risks.
And then it's typically sold by volume counts under electron microscope without definition of proteins contained in product. And the healing proteins have more vitality due to birthing tissue sourced. So, RPA is the next generation beyond MSCs and also exosomes. So, what's really crazy about RPAs is that it's all the healing proteins, all right? It contains 320 plus healing proteins such as growth factors, cytokines, and miRNA and proven by third-party proteomic testing. And there's typically no definition of protein content in MSC {slash} exosome products. Now, it contains 80 miRNA signaling proteins proven by third-party PCR testing, all right? So, basically, what we're seeing is the Wharton's jelly 27, amnion 13, PRP 9, bone marrow 7, and cord blood 6. So, it contains healing proteins from all three layers of placenta and cord. So, we're looking at the mesoderm, the MSK, endoderm, which is a soft tissue organ, and the ectoderm, which is the brain and nerve.
Now, the great thing about RPA, and this is what makes it superior in my opinion to the other treatments and therapies, it's without the risks associated with cellular and DNA transfer. This is absolutely key. It's quad filtered, so less than 220 nm to remove all cellular and DNA matter. And it's considered non-tumorigenic versus cellular products, all right? One of the biggest drawbacks associated with many types of stem cell therapy is that there's belief that using stem cells can actually potentially feed into tumorous cells and actually promote the growth and development of tumors. That is not the case with RPA. And it eliminates the MHC class 2 antigen reaction of cellular products. So, it actually removed the chances of a patient not responding well through rejection. What we need to explore here is the safety and regulatory consideration. Now, patient safety, the donors are US-based, consenting scheduled C-sections that have passed criteria of 20-plus years of no CA genetic disease, COVID-19 vaccine associated spike proteins, and third-party tested for communicable disease. So, it is clean, very, very clean material, and it's processed at an FDA-registered HCTP lab with oversight from regulatory with 30 years of experience. And each lot must pass third-party endotoxin testing.
Guys, any of you watching this video right now, and you're taking peptides, how do you know whether or not your peptides are clean and clear of endotoxin? How do you know? You're not going to know by whether or not you feel the effects of the peptide or you feel great using it. You're not going to know. Endotoxins are contaminants, all right? And they're found in many peptide products. This RPA technology, it's all been screened, every batch gets screened to make sure that there's no endotoxin.
That is a really important point. And so, within the process and regulation, it's a proprietary 30-day incubation of placenta cord, which allows for emission and collection of all three layers of proteins. And there's more information about that, which you can find in the video description down below. So, what are the clinicians and patients experiencing? Well, there's 10-plus clinical specialties using RPA and reporting positive outcomes in 60-plus different healthcare concerns. All right? So, this is like an all-encompassing modality that can help to treat many different types of clinical concerns. It's researched for 20 years. It's been used for 5 years on tens of thousands of patients. All right, this is not super super new that no one's really tried it. There's tens of thousands of patients that have reported positive effects and have healed many of their chronic diseases.
There's zero reported negative outcomes.
There's zero reported negative drug interactions. And the relative contraindications only are related to cancer and breastfeeding and or pregnancy. So, really we can see here this modality, this RPA, is beneficial for a wide variety of concerns. This is courtesy of Genesis Regenerative's medical doctors. So, we got Dr. Mark Jacobson. We've got Dr. Bankole Johnson.
And then Dr. Peter Bregman. All three of these doctors have been featured on my podcast and I actually interviewed them.
The reason why I interviewed them was because I wanted to learn about the best treatments that we have currently available in the US to heal really complex conditions and diseases. So, I'm going to actually share with you a really crazy Parkinson's patient a case study. This was a wheelchair-bound Parkinson's patient that was treated by Professor Dr. Bankole Johnson. And this was a 52-year-old female with severe Parkinson's disease. She was a young mother that had her Parkinson's wheelchair-bound and unable to participate in her family's or children's lives. And RPA was injected via intrathecal administration. Two full vials each round. Six rounds of treatment across 180 days including multiple sessions of Hbot or hyperbaric oxygen therapy to support healing. And guess what happened? This is a severe case of Parkinson's disease. The patient had regained fine motor skills, can skip across office, and perform exercises like low pulley rows and leg raises.
This is incredible. All right, so this is a a Parkinson's patient example. The next case study two here's spinal fractures and renal failure. This was treated by Dr. Mark Jacobson. Now, this was a 76-year-old male Vietnam veteran, history of osteoporosis, spinal fractures, and lumbar fusion, history of uh Hodgkin's lymphoma, stage four renal failure, had ongoing back pain resulting in feeling bedridden, um and increase in PTSD. Now, what happened was they administered the RPA as an IV push and paraspinal injection. So, by the way, guys, you can see here that this RPA therapy can actually be administered through multiple delivery methods that are chosen by doctors. It can be intravenous, it can be injection, it can be nasal spray, it can be through different delivery methods. Now, there was renal improvement, a GFR score in this patient went from 28 to 38, which is a dramatic increase, and joints and spine were less painful, and he was more upright in posture. That is not an easy thing to just placebo the patient. Like, this is cutting-edge therapy here. The next one was case three, a shark diver with nerve entrapment. This was treated by Dr. Peter Bregman. Um this was a 51-year-old female shark diver or underwater photographer. Now, prior to surgery in her left foot, she had bone spur, nerve entrapment syndrome, and pain in the fifth toe, and she was an avid distance runner and world traveler, was no longer able to run and was limited to walks to the mailbox. And then what happened was they administered RPA injected during surgery throughout the foot. And the patient is now back running 5 km, traveled to Paris for her birthday, and walked the city more than any other previous trip. So, again, another example, another case study of a successful outcome. Case number four is looking at Down syndrome, diabetes, and non-verbal. Now, this was a 4 and 1/2-year-old male, had Down syndrome, type 1 diabetes, non-verbal, um and the patient induces a uh limitations on families' ability to socialize. And a half a vial of RPA um treatment with thigh intramuscular injection, the diabetes controlled for over 20 weeks grew 1 and 3/4 inch and gained 12 lb and is able to sing and socialize with medical staff. Clearly, we can see here that this RPA technology is truly cutting edge. Um the reason why many of you follow me here on YouTube and also on Instagram is because you you know that I love sharing cutting-edge supplements, peptides, drugs, all that sort of stuff, biohacks. This is one of the most cutting-edge um biohacks that I've really come across. And when I did the podcast with the three doctors I mentioned, I thought I wanted to make a a YouTube video breaking this down in greater detail. So, if any of you are wanting to know more, check out genesisregenerative.com.
Um there's more information there. I'll leave a link to the in the video show notes. And then there's a PCR testing results section you can see here. And then you can see the proteomic testing results as well, all the different compounds that were that are found in RPA. So, if you did find this video insightful or useful, please do like the video and comment below to let me know your thoughts. Is this a particular therapy that you would consider exploring for yourself or a family member? If so, please do leave a comment down below. That's it for me today, guys. I look forward to seeing you on the next video.
