CEO: Failure Is Winning追加:
You can't learn without failing, and there's this really like weird perception, right, that if you fail, then that is a bad thing. Like, and I just wish that more people would change their perception of that. I mentioned the first event that we ever did here, and it the way that it completely changed the entire business. Just to be clear, nine out of 10 of the things that we did at that event were completely wrong. We didn't realize that we didn't buy hangers until we got here. So, imagine that, we're an apparel brand who just forgot to buy hangers. There's so many things about everything that we do at Gymshark that just don't go right, and we we Honestly, we do, in many respects, muddle our way through. But, as individuals, if you don't fail, you can't learn, and I've failed in so many different areas. I'm in a very privileged position now where [music] I've met so many incredible business people across Europe, the US, and Canada, [music] and many of them are significantly more successful than than I will ever be. And every single one of them says the same thing, and that is that they are just winging it. So, whether you're just starting for the first time or running a $40 billion corporation, believe you me, every single person is [music] winging it in their own little way. So, just remember that when you try something new.
