Making assumptions about the future like economic conditions and government policies. After doing this, the last follow-up option will be monitoring the plan's progress and making adjustments if there are deviations from the targets. So you will have to see how the progress of the plan is going and after that what changes will I have to make so that the deviation from my target does not happen, you will have to apply that here.

For example, in the war that is going on these days between Iran and the US, there are many sectors which will not be able to plan because there will be a dynamic environment here. So the future is unpredictable.

[00:07:03]Efficiency Minimize waste and overlaps in work through coordination. So here your waste is minimum because you have planned that thing and your coordination is so good that two people are not doing the work of one person. There is no work overlap.

[00:07:18]Can be time consuming and expensive to develop. Now planning is not so easy.

[00:07:21]When planning is done in a large organization, many teams are formed.

[00:07:25]Many departments are set up. Many tasks are given.

[00:07:28]It is analyzed. Trend analysis is also done to determine what the future will be like and its history.

[00:07:33]So after that it can be time consuming and expensive to develop. Now after planning, it is also difficult to develop the planning because it consumes time of many departments. I meet a lot of people.
