>> Thank you.
And we're back from the boot sale. Now, as I said at the beginning of this video, today's boot sale was like an extra one cuz today's Monday. Went to the Sunday boot sale yesterday. And when there's a bank holiday, which there are two in May, I believe, they'll always do an extra one on the Monday. So, which they did today. A lot of the time though, it is just the same people from the Sunday just with their leftover stuff trying to clear out a bit more on the Monday. There were some new sellers though, so we did get some good stuff. I got a lot of like I'd say bill payers.
Nothing too crazy. No like three figure items that you know are absolutely crazy finds, but the stuff I got paid very little for, I'd say. And they're quite solid sellers that I've sold in the past quite regularly. There was a couple of uh gamles, I'd say. But most of the things I picked up today were just quite solid, easy sellers. Some of the stuff that I've sold before in the past as well. But without further ado, let's flip the camera around and I'll show you what I got. And here's everything we picked up. Bit more things on the table than the last boot sale video which happened yesterday. That stuff is still like up there and up there. So I just left left that there. I haven't done any listing since yesterday. But cracking on with this stuff. Where should we start?
We'll start over here. We have very nice Batgammon set. Batgammon and chess. I just thought it looked quite nice because I saw this looked like a book and it said the history of Batgammon.
And then uh yeah, turns out is actually a set of bat gammon and chess. It was £5. They did want six, but I offered five and they were happy to do that.
This one is not like a crazy seller, but it' be hopefully 20 quid. Hopefully an easy 20 quid.
And then this one, this is quite obvious what it is yet again. It's a bat gammon set. But this one was a really good deal. If I can open it. There we go.
Really nice bat gammon set. This was only two pounds as well. It is complete.
I did count the pieces and it's practically in brand new condition. They literally said they they bought it, tried to play it, and couldn't figure it out. So, they didn't know how to play it, so they're just selling it. But yeah, it's literally in brand new condition. I can't even describe it. You probably can't see it in the video, but it looks like it's practically never been touched. But that from two and the size of this case, I think that would be an easy 30 quid. So, yeah, nice. £2 into 30 on that one and £5 into 20 on that one I'd say. I think 20 is a safe bet on that one. Then we have a couple of small little Nike bags. I found these quite near the end before I was leaving. Uh they wanted £3 each. I did offer Fiverr for the two, but they said no cuz they were just setting up even though I'd already been there for 2 hours practically, but they're late starters so they only just set up. But £3 each, that's pretty fine with me.
I'll probably sell these on vintage for about 12 each. 12 to 15. The closer it gets to festival season, the better these sort of things uh sell. People love a good cross body bag for festivals. So, basically two of the same bag, just one black, one red. Both £3 into at least 12, I'd say. And we did pick up some games. Nothing too crazy.
But some nice solid uh CEX tradeins.
Skate on the Xbox 360. I did not pay£10.
I don't know why that stick is on there, but this just simply trades into CEX for a pound voucher and I paid two pound for this one.
We have Minecraft the Xbox 360 edition.
This was only £1 and this trades in for a £5 voucher.
And from the same person as the Minecraft, they also had uh Call of Duty Infinite Warfare on the PS4. This has the Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered campaign on it as well. And this trades in for about 3 quid on a voucher. Nothing too crazy, but yet again, this was only £1. So, times my money by three. And then this is something I'm not going to trade into CX cuz I'm pretty sure they don't even accept it. Worms on the PlayStation one.
And this was £2. It sells for about six.
So, I'm going to put it on vintage for about6. But yeah, just what I picked up.
Conser to a PS1 game. So, that's all the games we picked up today. We did pick up some uh plush. did overpay on some of these plush, but it was a young kid trying to sell them, and I thought, you know what? I'll I'll pay it. I'll give him a good sale. At first, when I asked how much for this Eevee and this Minecraft B, the mother asked the kid, and the kid said, £10.
Obviously, I'm not going to pay £10 for those. Even the mom was like, "No, it's a bit silly." The mom offered Fiverr, but still a five was a bit too much for me. I was hoping for like a pound each on on these. Then she said, £4 and I was like, "You know what? I'll give the kid the £4." So, I paid £4 for Eevee and the Minecraft B. I know the Minecraft B sells for about six quid, and I maybe I'll try and sell Eevee on vintage for about six quid as well, just so I can uh squeeze a little bit of money out of it.
But, you know, I was giving the kids a sale, so I thought, you know what, I'll pay it. Then, we also paid just £1 for this Leafeon Pokémon plush. And yet again, I'll probably try and sell it on vintage for like five or six quid. All these plush as well, if they don't sell quite soon, I'll probably just take them to the boot sale with me when I do a boot sale to sell at. And then it it makes my store look a little bit more nicer when I have a big pile of plush on there.
Then we have, what do we have here? We have a Google Home Mini, I believe this is called. This was a Fiverr. And this would be again a simple thing to trade to CEX. You can get about I think it's £14 in a voucher for one of these at CEX. And I can't be asked to test these sort of things. That's why I trade them in. I just put them in my CEX pile and you know I'll deal with the voucher later. So yeah, few things to trade into CEX there then. What do we have? These were quite nice. I wasn't actually quite sure on these until I did a really quick bit of research as I was standing in front of someone's stool. And I'm glad I did because I paid well at first. They wanted £7 each on these. They are Hot Wheels Mario Kart like four packs.
They wanted seven. I said we do 12 for the two. So6 each. They were happy to take that. And most of them was are selling on eBay uh for about 20 plus. I can't find this one on eBay at the moment, but this one actually there are solds of £42.
Obviously, they have four different characters in each one. Like that one has Mario, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, and Orange Yoshi. And this one has Dry Bones, Bowser, Shy Guy, and Koopa Trooper. this one with the uh dry bones.
This one goes goes for £42.
So obviously I'm already up by about 30 quid. And then this one, even if it just goes for the minimum of what, £20, that's that's turned my uh12 into £62.
So that was quite a nice find. I don't know if that's probably the best find today. It might be. I don't know. But yeah, those were a nice find. There were some single ones as well, like some single packed ones. But as I was paying for those, another reseller came up beside me and grabbed those. But at least we still got some cuz he brought three of the single pack ones for a fiverr. And I know they still go for a lot more than that. All right, guys. I'm just interjecting in the middle of the video here cuz I'm listing some of this stuff right now. And I told you that this one goes about 40 quid and I couldn't find any about this one. But while I'm trying to do some research on this, I was hoping at least 20 quid for this one. Turns out this Yoshi alone unboxed goes for £25. And I'll put a listing up here just to prove it.
There's a sold of it. Just that Yoshi there is 25 quid without a box. I don't know what to price this at. I'm probably going to just price it the same as that one maybe and like go for another 40 quid. But those have turned out to be even better than I thought.
Now back to the video. Then moving on down here. Random manga book. don't tend to pick up these that much anymore, but this was a uh full metal alchemist volume one, two, and three. It's the only reason I picked it up and the only one to the pound for it. So, I was like, I'm pretty sure it's worth at least a fiverr. And I was right. It's worth a fiverr. But when I tried to pay for this, they didn't have any change and I only had a two pound coin. So, I was just scouring their table. What else can I get for, you know, another pound? I just grabbed a couple of these couple of Wii nunchucks. I use those all the time.
I get Nintendo Wii all the time. So, I'm willing to buy those. So yeah, I paid two pound for that book and those those will just go in with all my other wires and stuff down there.
And now this one was a random thing I bought today. A big pile of Neo anime manga magazines.
And now they only wanted£1 per magazine.
Some of these can go for some good money. It all depends on what anime is on the front cover. Now this one, this one has your name on the front cover.
That one there are listings for about12.
This one, Baruto. This one goes for also about £12. Then all the others I haven't actually looked up individually.
But hopefully, even if some of them are just worth a five each, should be some good money in these. I might just sell the ones the ones that are worth more than a tenner. I maybe I'll sell them separately. Then all the rest I might bundle together for like 20 25 quid and then I'll make a good chunk of profit on those. But yeah, those are quite interesting. Never picked up these before, so those were the nice little gamble today, but we still should make some good money. Then onto the clothing pile. Only picked up four items of clothing from one table. I got three band t-shirts. We got a Kiss t-shirt, Metallica, and I think this one's called is that Eval or I don't pronounce it. I don't know. I don't know how you meant to pronounce that band. So, if you know that band, let me know how it's pronounced. But they wanted two pound each on these. I said we should do three, four or five. They were happy to do that. And I know at a minimum band t-shirts like this are going to be about £10 each at a minimum. Some of them could be worth a bit more. I have to do a little bit more research, but our minimum this is £5 into 30 quid. And then the last item, we got a Northace sweatshirt. I did pay seven quid for this. They did say a tener at first and I put it back and then the woman literally just shouted, "He will take seven." So I was like, "Yeah, you know what? I'll I'll take seven. I'll do seven cuz it's quite a nice sweatshirt.
It's in pretty good condition. And I'm pretty sure it goes for about 20, maybe 25. I'll might list it for 25 and then if someone sends me an offer of 20 or so, I'll take it. It's a pretty nice sweatshirt. And that's everything we picked up today, minus the things I've already put in that uh box down there.
But yeah, there's yesterday's boot sale.
Just chilling up there. Haven't even got a chance to touch that yet. Now I've got all this and now I've got some spare time and now I need to get working on this. So yeah, not a bad boot sale haul.
Nothing like crazy. Like I said, I think those Mario Kart Hot Wheel things were probably like the best flips I'd say that I got today. The one that's I paid £6 for and goes for £42. That's probably the best flip today. But most stuff I picked up today was just like quite nice solid items. The bat gammon sets are always a sure thing for me. Band t-shirts easy 10 each. Those bags obviously festival season I easily get 12 to5 on those from vintage. So yeah, some decent stuff from the boot sale today and I wasn't even there for that long. I got there at 6:00, left at 8:00, home by like half 84 to 9. Happy days.
But now I've had such a busy weekend. I need to get cracking with loads of listing today cuz I haven't really done much all weekend and I'm behind and obviously my eBay and Vintage are dying when you don't list. So I need to revive those and get listing. So I'm going to get straight to that. Hope you guys enjoyed this little boot sale video. As usual, I'll be trying to keep up with my Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, you know, video posting days and maybe an extra one on the weekend, like I said. But thank you guys for watching.
