A compelling case for liquidity over brick-and-mortar, proving that tech dividends now offer better cash flow than Bangalore’s overvalued rentals. It’s a wake-up call for investors to prioritize capital efficiency over the traditional prestige of real estate.

IT Stocks dividends are beating Bangalore rentals - How? #shortsAdded:
So guys, here's a fun fact that you didn't know about. Today, the largest of the largest IT companies in India are giving more dividend yield than 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats in Bangalore because the rental yield in Bangalore is only around 2 and a half 3%. But today the largest of the largest IT companies are sitting at 2.5 Re 3.5 yield and one IT company is sitting at 5.6% dividend yield. Now this is obviously because of the fall of IT companies and we've seen that we already know the reasons but all of them are now shifting their services and they are saying that in the future there will still be a need for people to do AI services and that is where we come in.
Now these companies are cashri and currently they are doing out a lot of dividends doing buybacks at very attractive rates and today these companies are sitting at P ratios of less than 20. Now I don't know if this is going to be a contra play or it's going to be a long-term play or will they ever come back. I don't know but the dividend yield looks very attractive.
