[00:00:18]Hey, good evening everybody, Militia Man and crew. I hope everybody's having a wonderful weekend. It's a long one. And uh we're going to maybe do this in two parts because uh big day coming up, everybody's holiday. So, but the bottom line is we'll see what happens. Okay. Um the first off is that the big picture as far as Iraq's concerned. We're watching history in my view unfold. That's that's the lead in because over the last 24 hours Iraq has shown remarkable web of coordinated progress and really if you look at the the bigger picture it is coordinated. You can see that it's complex but there's a lot of things taking place. I think at militia man and crew at patreon.com we lay that out quite uh easily. People are are very accustomed to it now because it really is it makes sense. It really does make sense. It isn't just about Iraq, but yet it is about Iraq. It's not all, but it's but it is.

[00:01:20]Iraq has shown remarkable web of coordinated progress. The new government under the prime minister, Alzedi, Ali Alzi, he's not waiting around. He's been executing with a purpose. You can see that from the get-go. And you actually saw evidence, and I mentioned it before, two weeks in advance before he got in.

[00:01:38]They were talking about the hydrocarbon law, HCL. The convergences we've followed for years are no longer separate threads. They're really not separate anymore because they all tied tie into one another. They're weaving together into a single powerful moment towards full integration into the global financial system. That's how I see it.

[00:01:56]From banking cleanup, digital transformation to diversification, political stabilization, high level of coordination, very high level of coordination.

[00:02:08]Everything's pointing in the same direction. This is not a random issue.

[00:02:12]It just really isn't random in my view.

[00:02:15]This is the quiet foundational work of the last several years. Finally, delivering visible momentum. After many years of studying this, I can I can say this with confidence. We're in one of the most exciting and important windows I think we've ever seen. I'm not really sure how long everybody's been around, but I've been around long enough to know that um what we're seeing is not the same as it was 15 years ago. It's not even close.

[00:02:44]But it's very exciting to see everything tying in. And I think in my second part, um if everything goes right, I hope it does because I think it's powerful. Um, there's been some breaking news today that is uh a tie-in because it has a deal with trading partners and one of the largest trading partners of Iraq.

[00:03:01]And so you have to watch the news. It's been out today. Um, I think you guys probably know what I'm getting at, but we'll see. Political stability over Iraq. Well, we've seen we've seen that for three years, relatively speaking.

[00:03:16]They had a lot of convoluted things happening which was you know the oil trade situation between the cyan pipeline that was shut down for two and a half years that's been flowing and we also know that they've had testing done uh the hydrostatic testing. So those are things that you have to take into consideration and that's been because why it's not because they're just resuming oil today is resuming means increase in supply big deal. So political stability, cleaner slate is being is delivering that cleaner slate we talked about. The new government continues to build momentum. Prime Minister, Minister Al Zadei is personally driving key files. He's chairing financial stability council that's just brand new and engaging regionally while receiving constructive support from major political voices.

[00:04:12]high level meetings with the Kurdistan region government and major and major Shia blocks show a deliberate effort to reduce the friction and create a more functional political environment. You see Alzadi talking with Barzani. You see, you've seen again today Barzani talking with Al Sudani. Got to remember who's behind the curtain. Sometimes there's powerful people that are not public in the sense of prime minister.

[00:04:39]They still have influence and big. So banking and global financial integration final stages are unfolding. The central bank is pushing hard on multiple fronts that include like international audits or in their final evaluation stage for major banks. Think of like Rasheed Rafidane. Remember there's like 38 banks I think they talked about and there was only one or two left.

[00:05:09]So anyway, as noted before, we we noted that before, but anyway, an important meeting with the United States Federal Reserve is coming up. US Treasury is going to be there. Oliver Wyman is coming soon to advance the next phase or even complete it. Yeah, we'll see.

[00:05:26]Compliant banks are being prepared to deal in multiple foreign currencies, not just the United States dollar, you know, the UAE, Euro, etc., etc., etc. So, but there's only a couple left like one to two banks.

[00:05:41]Okay. So, they've cleaned up the the lion share. That's what that what they've done. We have the governor Alak has been firm and confident repeatedly ruling out devaluation.

[00:05:54]He's been saying it numerous times which is fascinating because um they can't tell you about a revaluation because that's just not in in the cards you guys. It's they're not going to tell us a time and date. I don't care how many people talk about that. They're just not going to do that. So, but we can see the forward movement. That's what we can see. Basically what they're talking about is uh stability. Alaka has been emphasizing the stability. All the things that he's done, he's knocked it out the park. He's basically talking about reserves stacked. He's got gold stacked. All those things have come into play. Non-oil revenues in the news again today. They're going to be delivering again. They've been doing this. That's part of the unification. Kurdistan region's on board. Baghdad's on board.

[00:06:43]This is just not talk that they're they're doing. They're this is real execution that they're taking that's taking place. That's how I see it.

[00:06:51]Banking sectors being cleaned up and aligned with global standards. That's like the new technologies which is one of the most critical requirements for deeper integration into the international financial system.

[00:07:06]They have to they have to be in line and uh that's why that pressure was out there by the United States. it looks like is because they uh they need them to um hey you got to do what you got to do. You said you were going to do things and you didn't do it. So here we go.

[00:07:20]Let's get it done. So anyway, the digital transformation rails are being built fast. The CBI has held a major meeting with all licensed electronic payment companies to upgrade services, strengthen their compliance, and accelerate financial inclusion. And even so the that the new justice minister is involved. He directed a full digitalization program across courts and services.

[00:07:51]So you not only have the government getting in line with the banking system, but they're doing it electronically so they can tie it all in. It's all interconnected.

[00:08:01]Let's not all forget the CBI also granted its first explicit license for blockchain and digital technologies.

[00:08:09]Even pro provinces like Carbala are aligning with a national digital push.

[00:08:14]So it's not just Baghdad. It's it's around the it's around the country and provinces and some very important ones.

[00:08:21]Like I just mentioned this is coordinated effort is building the modern infrastructure needed for a cash economy, better oversight and seamless global financial connectivity. These are the rails that make everything everything possible. And I love the term I think one of our members in in Patreon and Discord, we had a good laugh about this because uh cash light instead of saying cash less. It's easier to understand. So it's kind of like this. Uh how you doing on your bills? I'm a little cash light this week.

[00:08:58]It's good. I think I think it Well, I think it's interesting. You might think I'm nuts, but I am. uh diversification and trade resilience.

[00:09:07]Real results are showing custom revenues have reached over that one trillion mark that we talked about so far this year. That's a lot of that's a lot. That's huge you guys.

[00:09:21]uh clearly what what's taking place is uh even compared to to 2024 2025 that what's it one one.35 mil billion dinars they increased so that that's the non-oil revenues that's the unification and they're going to have to make another payment I guess within days or however long that takes the Rabia port crossing with Syria is now active with Turkish convoys we we see we've seen that creating shorter routes diversification and written all over this. We know the Cyan pipeline has been hydrostatic tested in March of this year.

[00:09:58]That's when they test pipelines to make sure that they can handle capacity. So, if they're going to go from 200,000 barrels a day to a million to a million.5, they got to test the pipeline to make sure they did it. They think they did about 100 kilometers of testing. That was in March, by the way.

[00:10:14]That's in March. The oil minister has set a clear target to end gas flaring by 2029.

[00:10:22]Well, it takes a long time to do that because they have to build the infrastructure, but that's fine. But the bottom line is they're already doing it.

[00:10:29]They've been successful at it.

[00:10:32]They for crying out loud, they have floating floating boats that were coming in. I'm not sure if they actually stayed because of the hormone situation, because of the nature of the circumstances, but that's about to change. You're going to see that in the news, I believe. Well, we're going to find out if it changes quickly. But it looks promising when, you know, deals are made and you get to a certain percentage. The chances are if you're 95% complete, you're probably going to get a deal. We'll see. So, anyway, the oil minister set a clear target to end that gas by flaring in 2029. Develop value added industries. Do you remember saying that today? He's specifically using those terms. Value added industries. Value added. Yeah. So value added change. End quote. That's sole.

[00:11:22]The KRG is accelerating its new federally licensed national bank. Take that into consideration, too. Again, unification. These are very t tangible wins for the country. As far as I can tell, Iraq is actively building multiple export arteries and non-oil revenue streams like we've never seen before.

[00:11:43]This diversification is the foundation that makes a stronger by far more credible dinar realistic in international compliant terms. In international compliant terms, new technologies, right? Remember the ISO 2022 we talked about so much that's in the background. Trust me on this one I believe.

[00:12:07]So if we look at the full picture we bring here at MMC a functional new government active financial stability council banking audits Oliver Wyman remember Ernston Young and all of them okay and they're in their final stages or at least with Oliver Wyman digital transformation across ministries like we talked about justice department rising non-oil revenue ice cuta system trir those types of things improving the kg coordination with Baghdad in high level international engagements. And we can see that's there's evidence of all of these different things. Baghdad, Barzani talking to Saddani, Barz Barzani talking to the new prime minister.

[00:12:50]All of them. It's excellent. These are not separate stories. They're interlocking pieces of the same strategy. They're preparing for Iraq for full integration into the global financial system.

[00:13:03]The gatekeepers know what has been built and they approve it. They really do. The pressure is real and it's driving action. Be sure it's it's driving this action. The platform for a managed rear is becoming significantly more mature than we've ever seen and it's effectively every day. That's what we're seeing. So tonight, in my closing thoughts on this particular situation, the last 24 hours have been genuinely powerful. We're watching the convergence tighten in real time across political stability, banking reform, digital infrastructure, trade resilience, and divers diversification.

[00:13:44]All of these things are taking place.

[00:13:46]The foundational work we have followed for years is now delivering visible results under apparent more functional government focused on economic and financial reform. Al Sudani did his part. Now the new prime minister has effectively taken up the baton and he's running with it.

[00:14:05]He like I said two weeks in advance they're talking about the hydrocarbon law. There's more out on it today. It's priority.

[00:14:13]They know that they need to get it done.

[00:14:15]They have to have it ready. I think I think you know where that's going. But anyway, to me, all of this is extremely uplifting and excited period we're in.

[00:14:24]Iraq is not standing still. It's moving with purpose toward deeper global integration and stronger financial economic future.

[00:14:36]To me, there's no like there's no denying it. I'd have to say if you see all the aligning that the and the momentum that's taking place I mean it's as real as it gets you guys. It really is to me anyway. I think that long game that we've been through already the last three years at least with Sudani has shown that he has set the stage and he's built the foundation and now the new guy has the baton and he's running with it.

[00:15:01]That long game that we've studied so carefully in all these years is entering a critical phase as I see it. It's happening like now to me. I don't know if it's going to be today or tomorrow, the next day or whatever, but the bottom line is um advancement is really really focused.

[00:15:18]So we at Motion Manic Crew, we stay focused. We keep watching real signals.

[00:15:23]That's what we do. Take the news, analyze it best that we can. We remain grounded in this huge tremendous progress that we're seeing. It is really huge. Tremendous progress to me. The future looks really bright for the country. It looks bright for everybody.

[00:15:42]To me, it it does. Um and let's see what happens in the next day or so. U maybe the next couple of days because there's things that are still happening when you're dealing with their whole region because I mean think about all the different region regional countries that you've seen. They all are on board with Iraq. They all all are. All but one so far. We got Syria's involved. I think the Lebanon's involved. Um I know the Jordan, UAE, Dubai, every I mean all these different names. Okay, they're all involved and on board.

[00:16:17]It's It's really big to me. Anyway, I like I like the future and it does look bright. So, let's just keep following it together with with Militia Man and Crew and I'll bring you some more and if I can get this other um second segment, we'll tie it in. Okay, you guys enjoy.
