FSI Alone Won’t Make Your Project Successful!Added:
So just I'm doing one commercial project where I could you know build around easily around 20 lakh square feet of so 2 million square feet of leaseable area.
Whereas we built only 13 1.3 million. Because if I build more it will take more time. My exposure in one project will be far more.
So my interest cost will be more and the chances of me making losses are very high. So if it's like a picture in the background up to calculation with the total but try with efficiency which is very important. People don't even look at the efficiency.
With efficiency, a good efficiency, less waiting period for commercial project. Once you achieve that, that's it.
