>> Well, one one key area they struggle where where teams struggle is when the leader finds it it's really really tough to coach people who don't want to be coached. If you're not on the team as as we've talked about and you're not open and vulnerable enough to be coached or to accept constructive feedback, I mean it's going to be really really challenging for everybody. You know, if you get somebody who doesn't want to be coached but also has a bad attitude about it, it's it's going to infiltrate into the team and kind of poison the well.
So, I would I would mitigate that.
