The video highlights Ripple’s genuine progress in building global financial infrastructure, but the sensationalist framing makes it hard to separate strategic reality from speculative noise. It’s a classic case of institutional substance being buried under the exhausting aesthetics of crypto-influencer hype.

OMG XRP ADOPTION PHASE NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???Added:
What is up everyone? Welcome back to the best show on YouTube. Let's just be honest and let's call it what it is. You get nothing but facts, the truth, real news. I don't see too many other YouTube videos doing that, right? They're all carrying the whole the reverse carry trait, $10,000.
This is it. When here, I'm just keeping it real with y'all. I've been here 10 freaking years, man. This is a journey.
A journey that you For me to be completely honest with you, I'm happy I'm a part of because I am learning so much and this is changing my life. And this is changing so many lives from people who listen to this video and they keep a level head throughout this entire process. That process being you involved in digital assets. Now, this video, we got two stories that look completely separate until you realize that they are actually the same story that is just being told from opposite ends of the world. That's right. I've been following Fortex for quite some time and what I like is that they continue to move towards greater transparency and security. Their platform's designed for long-term holders who want to put assets like XRP to work through liquidity pools and simply instead of keeping them idle.
Over the past months, the team has completed audits with CertiK and Cyberscope and they made the company publicly visible through SEC Edgar filings and recently they launched a 50,000 CertiK bug bounty program so independent security researchers can test the platform. They clearly keep investing in security and transparency, which is exactly what you want to see from a project, folks. If you've been holding XRP for the long term and you want to learn more, check out the link in Washington. We got the Clarity Act.
Described by analysts at the out there as the most significant crypto legislation in US history, which I agree with them. It's going to unlock trillions in capital. And it's advancing through Congress and it is this close, this close to unlocking trillions of dollars in institutional capital.
Senator Cynthia Lummis, she just dropped a line on the Senate floor that every XRP holder, you need to hear. And in Africa, a continent with over 1.4 billion people with an 8.78 average remittance fee. And six of the most 688, excuse me, most expensive payment corridors on Earth. Well, good old Ripple. They've been quietly building the financial infrastructure of the future. The Central Bank Namibia, they launched instant payments. Well, they're launching it next month, in 2 weeks.
RLUSD is live. Abyssa is the custody over there. And XRP's on demand liquidity. It hasn't even started yet.
This is the biggest story in crypto that almost nobody is covering. But as always, Rip got your back. And I need you to have my back. Hit that thumbs up, folks. Subscribe to the channel. It's free and it takes you 2 seconds. That's it. So, let's start the macro first because what's going on in Washington right now, this is the regulatory foundation that makes everything else in today's video possible. The Clarity Act is advancing. Analysts are calling it the most significant piece of crypto legislation in US history. And I'll drink to that. And now the specific reasons that this matters is because of the money involved. Trillions. Not billions, not millions, trillions in dollars of institutional capital. It's currently sitting over there in left field. It's not involved yet. And it will be. It will be. And it's not because these institutions, they don't want digital asset exposure. But because the legal framework to hold, trade, and custody those assets, it's non-existent at a federal level. The Clarity Act is the green light. Green means go. When it passes, and the momentum right now suggests that it is so close. That legal uncertainty that has kept the world's largest asset managers, pension funds, and all these sovereign wealth funds on the sidelines, it's going to evaporate.
And you know what happens to that capital? Not going to freaking trickle in, folks. It is going to flood in like something you never seen before. And XRP, with its legal clarity, it's already established through the Ripple ruling. Its prime brokerage infrastructure, it's live. Ripple's custody solutions deployed, the settlement rails are operational. XRP is the asset that is most directly positioned to receive that institutional flood once the gate opens. You know what we call that? We call that a head start.
Think about it. If you get a head start in a race, usually the person with that head start usually freaking wins, don't they? Now, let's listen to this clip from Cynthia Lummis. And I really want you to listen to it, okay? If you hold XRP, this clip, what she stated, is very, very important. This connects the Clarity Act directly to Ripple's entire reason for existing. Listen up. It provides a level playing field regardless of whether you live in Rwanda or Queens, New York about transmitting money faster and cheaper. It provides a woman who's trying to get out of a battered, miserable marriage the opportunity to walk away with her money in her head. It provides people who are being tortured in foreign countries the opportunity to walk away from that country with their money in their head because Bitcoin can be memorized. This is an innovation that provides individual freedom, individual savings.
It is faster, cheaper, it is secure, and we're inviting that consumer environment into our country. Faster. It provides a Cheaper. individual freedom, a level playing field. Now, I want you to think about what Ripple has been building for the last decade. Cross-border payments that settle in 3 to 5 seconds for less than a penny. On-demand liquidity corridors that remove your pre-funded nostro account requirements that cost global banks billions and billions in idle capital. Our USD stablecoin for payment stability and Ripple custody for institutional-grade asset security. Every word here that Senator Lummus just said on the Senate floor, it describes exactly what the XRP ledger does at scale in production right now. The legislation is catching up to the technology, and the people writing the legislation are describing the infrastructure that Ripple built as the vision that they are trying to enable.
That is not a coincidence. I'm sorry.
That is what we call alignment. Now, let's get to the story that's not getting enough attention in the Western crypto media. And it may be the most important geographic expansion happening in digital finance right now today.
Let's start with the infrastructure layer of this up here in the upper left.
Abiza Bank in South Africa, Ripple's first major custody partner on the continent. Now, Abiza uses Ripple's institutional-grade custody technology to store digital assets and to tokenize assets for its clients. This is a top five African bank and custody's already integrated with Ripple. It's live and it's operational today. Dubai's DIFC, right under it. Ripple's Middle East and African regional headquarters are covering the entire continent after six years of building partnerships in that region. The team is doubling. Our USD Ripple stablecoin and next box down. It is now available to institutions across Africa through its distribution partner network. That is dollar denominated stablecoin infrastructure deployed across one of the months most undeserved financial markets on the planet. Now let's move to the right cuz I want to talk about the adoption network, okay?
The adoption network in Africa is already live. Saipar cash, which you probably heard of, 5 million plus users across seven African countries and the UK's Vawlt. That's South Africa's largest crypto exchange. You got yellow card stablecoin on ramps and off ramps across 20 plus African country. And we can't forget Mercury Corp down there at the bottom now, can we? RLX It's already powering your human humanitarian pilot projects including blockchain-based drought and rainfall insurance. Folks, nuts. Absolutely insane. Now look look at the numbers.
The market context down here at the bottom. 205 billion in on-chain value received by the sub-Saharan Africa within the past 12 months. They had a 52% year-over-year growth making Africa the third fastest growing crypto region in the world. I bet you they know that.
Four African countries now in the global crypto adoption top 20 and an 8.78 average remittance fee. The highest cost of sending money anywhere in this world.
Now you're going to tell me that Ripple and ODL is not a perfect fit here? Of course they are. Of course they are.
Look at this last section I put together. Six of the eight global payment corridors where fees top 20% originate from Africa. 20% folks. Family sending money home are losing nearly a quarter of every dollar to fees. That's not an economic footnote. This is hundreds of billions of dollars extracted from one of the poorest populations on Earth every single year by a broken correspondent banking system. Thank you, Swift. And Ripple with RLUSD, with Abacus Custody, with Yellow Card on with ramps with Chipper Cash distribution, they're building the infrastructure to end it. Look, on an honest note here, in this infographic I put together flags it directly. None of Ripple's current African partnerships actually use XRP yet. This is an RLUSD and custody story today. But, on-demand liquidity, that's the future upside.
That is where we're going. Show them blockchain works, use a stablecoin so they don't have to worry about slippage, and then introduce them to XRP. It's the holy grail. This is not a weakness, this is a setup. The rails are being laid, the custody is in place, the stablecoin is distributed, XRP on-demand liquidity activation needs corridor. It's not a question of if, it's all a question of when. Now, here is the one specific country-level development that makes this African story urgent right now. Not eventually, right now. The Bank of Namibia is launching its instant payment system before the end of next month. The governor confirmed that the platform is at an advanced stage, that multiple participants are already integrated, and that the user acceptance testing is already completed. The system goes live with at least three use cases, targeted financial inclusion for the underserved populations. Now, here is why this matters specifically in Ripple's context, okay? I went over to Claude and I asked it give me the bottom line on all, okay? Namibia's payment modernization, it's built on ISO, you know, the global messaging standard that aligns directly with Ripple's infrastructure. Namibia is also part of the CMA multi-country central bank digital currency project or project Sunbird. Abiza, which is Ripple's custody partner, they have a presence with the Central Bank of Namibia. And Ripple, they are explicitly targeting Africa for expansion with regulatory frameworks now falling into place across the continent. There was an article back on Ripple's website all the way back in 2020 talking about ISO and how it was shaping the future of cross-border payments. Think about this. Regulatory framework, payment monetization, regional central bank digital currency work, Ripple's continental expansion, you got Abiza's custody infrastructure.
Every prerequisite for a formal Ripple-Namibia announcement already in place. This is the kind of setup that precedes a formal announcement. It's not guaranteed, but the patterns I have seen laid out over my 10 years of being in this space, this is very, very clear. And I want to make no mistake about it. Namibia is not alone. Instant payments are going live across Africa next month. And both Ripple and Stellar, they are positioned to provide the infrastructure underneath them. Which leads us over, and here's the tweet talking about it. Which leads us over to a name, a name you probably haven't heard in quite some time, Mojaloop. Who's been around long enough to remember Mojaloop? A Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation looking to bank over 1.7 billion people, folks. This goes back to 2020, a Ripple Insights article titled Mojaloop: Creating a More Financially Inclusive Future. Let's talk about how this connects. So, Ripple's founding vision is the internet of value, as we all know, enabling the world to move money the way that information moves today. Nothing new to any of us at this point, right? Instant, borderless, essentially free. And the highest social impact priority in that vision is financial inclusion for the 1.7 billion unbanked people on Earth.
Ripple is a founding technical partner and now a sponsored member of the Mojaloop Foundation. You can see that highlighted on your screen. This is an open-source payment interoperability platform who's backed by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation alongside can't forget Google. Mojaloop is designed specifically to make it easier and more affordable to send and receive money in emerging markets. The global remittance market extracts as we just went over billions from the world's most vulnerable population through fees that would be considered criminal if applied to any other financial transaction.
Ripple's ODL, O R L USD, Mojaloop partnerships are the technical answers to that extraction. So when XRP activates across the African corridors, Ripple's already building in it. It does not just create upside for XRP holders.
It creates economic access for hundreds of millions of people who have never had a fair entry point into the global financial system. That's the internet of value. That's the mission and it's being built right now. One custody partner, one instant payment system, and one country at a time. Folks, I hope you enjoyed. I hope you are excited about this as I am. I couldn't wait to make this video. If you're not subscribed to my other channel, The Bullwinkle Blueprint, get on over there. As always, none of this is financial advice. It never is. I just take the news, the real news, and nothing but the news, all documented and sourced. I don't make up theories. I show you what's going on.
Please, do your own research at the end of the day. that's all I ask. That's going to do it for me. I hope all you enjoyed it. Hit that like on your way out and subscribe, folks. I'll see all y'all on the next one.
