[00:00:26]And the fourth bill to build their own house is not viable. Why? Inflation.

[00:00:33]Saving hard as hard as they can save, inflation is passing out what they can save. And that's the people that want to build their own house.

[00:00:44]He didn't We came on to the modular houses and we said to load them put in a modular unit is back in their own house. So what it allows even for the parents if they wanted to downsize or couples coming behind their own house, you still haven't got that legislation finished.

[00:01:00]You still haven't done We're talking about it last year. You still haven't got it sorted this year.

[00:01:10]How many people are in the local authority houses have their children and their partners stay with them?

[00:01:17]But what happens when you move into local authority house and [clears throat] you're paying rent?

[00:01:21]It's based on the income coming into house.

[00:01:24]So those people you can't provide a house for them, but you'll charge them rent in an overcrowded situation.

[00:01:35]So what could you do to to relieve the situation?

[00:01:41]Why is there so many people landlords leaving the market?

[00:01:47]And how can we stop this in the interim to help the the next generation?

[00:01:53]Well, what you could do, you could do the same thing as what you done for the Ukrainians.

[00:01:57]By dropping the rents down to a certain the price that they would be taxed, no tax.

[00:02:02]That and half the rent.

[00:02:04]That's what you could do.

[00:02:06]And let people provide houses. Because anyone that's charging rent in a household, a landlord, or whatever they're doing, they're raising their prices.

[00:02:16]Why are we giving the tax when you can't provide a home?

[00:02:22]You've no solutions. All your solution is tax. And that tax is added on to every renter in this country.

[00:02:31]That is your fault and your government's fault.

[00:02:35]That is why we have the situation we have today, because you've no business mind of how to tackle situations, but all you know is about inflation, cuz when something goes up, you get extra tax. What you do with it?

[00:02:50]And there's no accountability on the taxpayers' money in this country, because you don't know what to do. So, if you make a bags of it in the department and you spend millions overspent, what do they do? They reward you. Who suffers? Every person in this country that works.

[00:03:09]So, you want to learn.

[00:03:11]Listen to people that know.

[00:03:13]Because your advisors don't know. And that's what's putting this country in the situation it's in today.
