Um, all right. Let me just share my screen and let's just go through it. So, the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to go through the additions. So, if I remember correctly, I just share and then I can choose the tab.

So, first of all, you're going to see if you if you are all if you are already in the agent vault, what I want you to do is go over to AI agency challenge and you'll see a button that says um join join the challenge. Okay? That's the first thing that I want you guys to do. But you don't have to do it now. I'll get to this in a second. Let me just go through some of uh the new builds. Okay. So, Paul Paul got a huge upgrade. All right.
So, I'll show you what it is. So, obviously the process is again I'm not this is not for a training on how to use it. Uh the trainings are in here, but I'm going to have to put a couple more videos out because I added this. So, if I'm going to search for uh chiropractors in or internationally, I could search in Wayne, New Jersey. I would hit search and I'd get a list. But I'm going to use painters as an example. All right. So I built this list about an hour ago. So this is all of the painters that it pulled within four 30 mile radius of where I live. All right. And off of the ma master list, I can build my prospecting list. All right. So I can choose them all and I can add them to a cold call list, add them to a cold email list. I can add them to a double tap list. If you don't know what a double tap is, um, you haven't got to that in the training, maybe you could always use Cali and ask her. She'll explain it to you. I can download it as a CSV or I can add them directly to go high level.
Okay, that was always there. But let me choose, well, actually, you know what I could do? I could just go let me do this. Let me go over to methods. So, basically, you you go you build a master list, then you build a prospecting list. And you can see here how how I have four lists in the cold email and I have five lists in my cold calling. Those lists are my prospecting list. So if I click start emailing, you'll see let me move this out of here. You'll see here uh I can now review and send emails directly from within agent vault. it will go right into um through goh high level right so we're still we're connected to go high level through agent vault you can do that through AVA all right and then you can start you can cold email out of here okay so that's a feature it took me freaking forever to build but if I hit generate oh I already emailed all these guys so it's not going to let me email them again uh let me find another one um you know what let me just build another list.
Let me go to painters. So, here's my prospecting list. So, I'm going to show Let me just look for Let me go all the way to the bottom. Need to find ones that I have emails for. One, two, three, four.
Oh, I know why. All right. So, I'm going to look for ones that have a website.
This is what I'll do. Okay. So, let me choose all of these.
And I'll show you why I'm choosing the ones that don't have emails because I already enriched a lot of these. So the word I'll show you what it means, but the like when you enrich emails, what we're doing is we're sending that should be good enough.
Uh we're scrubbing the internet looking for this business and what where it could find an email address. So now if I hit add to email list and I call it painters Wayne.
So I'm adding it to the method.
Then I hit start emailing painters Wayne. See over how it says enrich emails. So if I click enrich emails, what that's going to do is now it's going to scrub the internet. It's going to look up the business name and then it's going to try to match an email address to that business name. Usually it gets about a third 20 to 50% hit rate on how many emails it could match to the business. Okay. If So you see I got nine. So I got about a 50% rate, right?
Yeah. About a 50%. Uh four emails were not found on the site and there were six errors. Errors means like it found the site and it returned an email address that wasn't real. Fakefake.com, meme.com, you know, whatever it might be.
And so now what I can do is I can uh generate the emails. So this is for cold emailing. Now I have to pick a service that I want to push. So I would always suggest reputation management or message marketing. So if I choose reputation management, those are perfect foot in the doors or AI websites. We generate um the cold emails. So now no longer do you have to like do custom values and you know I don't know a lot of people probably don't know the the process that we used to have to take um to do cold emails but it was a really big pain in the butt. Now we're just having AI write our cold emails using the information that it found uh and it's going to personalize it. You'll see when it writes each of these the each email will be different depending on the business.

So now it'll say FastFired Paintings reviews verse the competitors. I just checked out your business. You've got a perfect five-star rating but only seven reviews. While most painting companies in Wayne are sitting at 50 to 100. That gap ma makes it easy for competitors to outrank you when someone's searching for painter. I help businesses get more fivestar reviews, right? Without bugging customers. Worth a quick chat. So these are all custom customary to each business. All right. It's pulling in all the information that it has per cold email.
All right. So, one way to do this is you would have to copy the subject, go to go high level, create one email, copy the body, and do it one at a time. No longer anymore. I can review and send all of them at once. So, first thing I want to do is I just want to go through make sure there's no weird email that might come back to bite me.
It looks like these are all normal. No, there's one. Anytime you have a Wix website, this Wix will always return this. So then what I do is I just drop a um an email that I have like that. All right. So that's why I have you go through. You could hit nextes. Here's another one.
Yeah, Wix sites are the worst.
Okay. All right. So out of the nine, seven will get an email. So I can hit send all nine and I send it. And now what it's doing is it's APIing sending this email each of these to the prospect through go high level. All right. And then you'll see it show up uh there'll be a status here and then you'll see it show up in the go high level in your go high level if you're using go high level.

So, if I go over to here, go to contacts, you'll see these are the emails that I just sent, and you can see if you go to the conversations tab, there's the email. Was looking at coast of painters.

So, these are the emails I just sent, and you'll see them in in the uh the contact uh the conversations tab. All right.
So, these are actual emails that I sent to real businesses except for the ones I had to change the two emails for. All right. So, that is um just a a big addition that I added to save people a lot of time. The only caveat that I will say is uh don't start using this right out of the box. Let me get the training video out because uh there's certain things that you need to do before you start shooting off 50 emails a day.
That's the first thing. Okay. So, that was a big addition to Bob. No, to Paul.

I just built Bob now has a new site redesign. So actual business site, right? So let me go through the process here. Mary is a mockup generator.
Dentists, you you start cold emailing, cold calling dentists. They don't have a website. You pitch them a website. You show them a mockup. You sell them on the website. Right? In the simplest terms to put if a dentist says yes, you use Bob to actually let's say I advanced dental tech JSC dentistry.
I use Bob to build an actual website.
Okay. It's going to pull in the reviews, photos. It's going to pull all the information that it has.
Oh jeez, that's the same building that I'm in. That's weird.
I don't remember seeing dentists anywhere.
Um, oh no, I'm 189 the So, I would choose the dentist. I would choose a style that I want or she would choose it and then I would send generate the the uh prompt for that. Okay, I'm not going to do that. Now, what is a site redesign? A site redesign is me finding or talking to a business owner that hates their website or old outdated websites. Let me see if I can find one. Um, let's just try to find like try to find an electrician site that's like old.
Uh, should have had one. See, this looks like it's going to be old.

All right, couple clicks of a button and you got yourself a a beautiful rebuild of the website, pulled in all the information directly from a URL, scanned it, inserted into the prompt, and bada bing, bada boom, you got yourself literally a full-blown website. Now, when you if you sell it to somebody, you get real pictures from them if they want. I told you I have clients or I have one client that was like, "You know what? The AI images are perfect. I don't need I don't want to send you they're fine. They look fine. They're better than the pictures that I have." So, some people go with that. All right. Um, and so that's where we're at with the rebuild. That was Bob. Let me go back to here and share this instead.

I mean, I can tell you how you could change your life. Get on the phone, start calling people, start emailing people, start building AI websites, reputation management, a you know, any AI automations. I mean, like the the I mean, it's just easier now than it's ever been.

With the generated prompts, you can use lovable or go high level. It doesn't matter what you use, honestly. Uh, I've just, you know, it took I've been using Lovable for almost a year. So, like for me, uh, I know what I'm going to get with Lovable, but it's not I'm not saying it's better than GoHigh Level AI Studio. I I will probably transition into using the GoHigh Level Studio. Uh, only just to keep everything under one roof and one bill to be honest with you.
But they work in both. They work in both.

I don't even think I didn't even realize like I didn't even know until somebody said it to me.
Uh yeah, I mean well I think there's there's two avenues you could do. who could work with um the AI website build for people who don't have websites is a no-brainer. Uh that's a that's a cold calling method because you can't really find if they don't have a website, you can't find their emails to cold email. It's very hard. It's very difficult to do it. I have all these scrubbing mechanisms in the background and um it just without a website it doesn't know who the business is. Uh but you know that's like a generate a list of a hundred businesses that don't have a website. I mean you know there's 11 million of them. Uh and just hit the phones and say I've already built you one. You got Mary mockup who will literally give you the mockup of the niche that you're going after.
What's the worst thing that could they're going to say okay oh I didn't realize. Show me. I mean you it's so easy to build. You sell it for $100 or sell it for $1,000. Who cares right?
Because ultimately what's the end goal?
The goal is make them happy, give value.
You're literally giving 20 minutes of your time. And by giving value, what's the next step that they have to take when you get a website? It needs to show up and that's the next conversation. So, if anything, you shouldn't be giving the site for free because everything that comes after that is recurring. like they need hosting, they need edits, they need to connect it to their Google business profile, they need to update it, then they need to look at their Google business profile and say, "Yo, you're that's" That's why I'm coming up with um the uh what the hell did I call it? Um Bob is going to get a probably get another feature for a audit.
So then you audit, you show them the audit that says that their their business is showing up nowhere on the internet. you know, another $400, another $500 a month, and next thing you know, you get you're at, you know, you're at $500, $600 a month per client.
You just repeat the process.

And then it's like, oh wait, I just took a look at your site. Let's jump on and talk about it. Your site sucks. Let's rebuild it. Or, oh my god, you don't even have a website. Let's build you a new one. Uh, okay. Now I built it. We got to rank it. I mean, and by the way, we it'll be it's going to come out in the training like we have a really really good um white label for uh for SEO if you don't want to do it because you know again fulfillment if you're trying to fulfill on all these different services SEO is going to take most of your time. This is why people run strictly SEO agencies because that is like a, you know, full-time job. Even with AI, by the way, believe me, I I'm with Caleb a lot. It's a lot of work. I mean, Caleb has a lot of people that works that work for him. Caleb, I talk about Caleb because he was a student of ours and he runs an SEO agency. Like, it's not just Caleb doing SEO. It's him and, you know, a dozen workers that still need to push real content. And you got to be careful. So there are white label um companies out there that are really good. He's you he's uh recommended some well one of them to me.
Uh well they'll literally they're not using AI to write content for a lot of stuff anymore because Google knows they they could tell.

Um I I booked uh I have a power washing company coming on Friday and I looked at his website and it sucked. Maybe I could try to record this. Uh, it's just weird to like like have to record. Hey man, do you mind if I record cuz I'm about to pitch you something. It's just a weird thing. I know people do it, but um I uh what I'm going to do is I'm going to do Alex exactly what you said. I'm going to build his site with Bob. I'm going to have it on my laptop and I'm going to have a comparison to what his site looks like. And um and then I'm going to say, "Look, I my pitch is going to be I'll give you this I'll give you the site for free and um I'll just do a recurring, you know, reputation management, auto texting out, miscalled, text back. I'll add some of these things to it and just have a discussion.
But my word of advice always is whoever you hire should give you the respect to pitch them. You you're paying them and hiring them. You should be able to and be allowed to also try to get them to hire you. That is my how I live with everything. And every time I get have a local business come through my door, they most of the time I wear this by the way. They because they ask, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. What's the marketing local marketing? What do you do? What do you do again?" And um or a hat, the LMV hat. and and I tell them I make sure everybody knows what I do and how we could help and I check their business before they come in 100% of the time.
Easy way to land clients, harder to, you know, cold call and cold email, but it's part of the prospecting method that you should be doing. And uh and then also arms reach, computers reach, and so on and so forth. So, I'm going to end it with this. uh to get in the challenge, join our school community at the premium level.
