[00:00:37]Things that you are supposed to know that I didn't know before I went to do my arms and my boobs surgery. Okay. And uh I want to just point out the positive and the negative parts things. Okay, before we get into it, I did um lipo and um brachoplasty basically brachoplasty.

[00:01:12]That's how like then it depends in part and then I did boobs. So basically what I did is boob lift with a little bit Yeah. Maf boobs.

So yeah, their white white blood cells are just but mine, trust me, mine is good cuz even my tummy scar really looks like it's not visible Jaka anything to make it fade. I know when I do it will fade at least 70 to 80%. Yeah. So those are the few things that I I knew before doing the surgery and then arms is that your boobs will look the size will not change for In fact, chances are very high that it decreases. It doesn't increase. Okay.

[00:08:09]Okay. Yeah. And I was told the the cheapest. Okay. Not the cheapest but in 250 implant without the surgery itself 250 up to 400 of just depending implant you know so yeah let's go to ants which I did a brachoplasty with a touch of lipo okay so skin after that lipo Okay.

[00:08:47]So, these are the things that I knew but I still went for it because I wanted that. Okay. And I'll tell you the reasons. So before I went for arms, um that the scar will be long here to deptop this one depends If your arms just fat, okay, just fat and it will look good. But lose weight.

[00:09:47]So you will have which is not good. to maf. Okay. So for Mimi I chose brachoplasty and lipo so that your mafut so yeah you will have a very long scar.

[00:10:12]So you will your your arms will look more tighter and more firm like long sleeve because as much as I did my tummy and my my back insecurities feel like my arms are so big like I can't wear a dress that shows my arms.

[00:10:42]Period. Another thing that I that you are supposed to know is that the results take months, not weeks. The results take months. Kango. Trust me, it it already shows like a very big progress, but I'm just like 22 days post um um surgery and it really really looks nice. But it takes months, for example, 6 months, same to Natami, for it to show results and I can't wait for it.

[00:11:19]Another thing that you should know, the sleeping position changes. So for your arms, you will not be for a certain period of time because I mean I am so so so so so I think firstborn syndrome is just all over me.

[00:12:06]So like that one is just always in my head. So it's always sometimes hard for me like without doing something.

[00:12:22]I'm not that kind of a person for your arms and the marks. If you are not okay, baby surgery because your mental health will be at stake.
